Uzumaki Hanamichi still has quite a bit of an impression of this perennial genin in Naruto. Although Kosuke is only a genin of Konoha, in terms of true strength, he has reached the level of jonin, or even an elite jonin.

Uzumaki Hanamichi quickly poured himself a cup of sake and sat opposite Kosuke.
