What should I do if my pet loves watching anime?

Just as the silken spider was about to collide with Mare the sheep—

"Meow—!!!"

A cry, louder and clearer than ever before, burst forth from deep within Mare's throat!

That voice contained a mixture of pain, defiance, and a power about to break free from its cocoon!

With that cry, Mare the sheep suddenly burst forth with an unprecedentedly dazzling golden light!

That was neither the electricity of the electrical field nor the light of the shield of retaliation, but a dazzling light bursting forth from the deepest part of its body, as bright as the birth of a star!

The light instantly engulfed its body, as well as the swarming round silk spider.

The two round silk spiders seemed to have crashed into an invisible wall, and were violently thrown back, rolling several times on the grass before coming to a stop, looking at the center of the light with surprise and uncertainty.

Gu Beiri was also stunned. He even forgot to breathe, just staring blankly at the increasingly bright and intense white cocoon of light.

Within the light, the outline of Mare the sheep's body was undergoing a dramatic change!

Its size is increasing, rapidly growing from about half a meter tall to nearly one meter!

The furry body began to shrink and reshape, becoming longer and more upright.

The fluffy, soft white down that originally covered the whole body receded like the tide, leaving only a ring of snow-white fluffy down around the neck like a scarf.

The skin that was revealed was a healthy pink, as tough as rubber, and shimmered faintly in the light.

The short, thick arms became longer and more powerful, and the small hooves transformed into stable, standing feet.

The most obvious change is in the tail—the original fluffy short tail has now become a longer tail with a crystal-clear blue sphere at the end, and it seems that there is an electric current flowing slowly inside the sphere.

The iconic horns on its head became thicker and sharper, their spiral patterns resembling natural conductor circuits, shimmering with golden static sparks.

The light gradually faded.

When the last ray of golden light faded, what appeared before Gu Beiri was no longer that fluffy, soft little lamb.

Instead, it is a brand new elf that walks upright, has a lithe body, and sharp, piercing eyes!

It stood there, slightly panting, its pink skin bearing the scars of battle and the purple marks of venom.

But those eyes—those originally gentle brown pupils—had now turned into a deeper amber color, and their gaze held a calmness and sharpness honed by battle.

The light of evolution washed away the dust and bloodstains from it, and gave it a brand new appearance and power!

Fluffy Sheep!

Mareep's evolved form!

Gu Beiri opened his mouth, but no sound came out.

He could only look at this familiar yet unfamiliar companion in front of him, feeling the data panel in his mind refresh wildly.

In just three months, Mare the Sheep... no, I mean, Moomin the Sheep completed the leap from level 8 to level 16, which is unbelievable.

Gu Beiri looked at the figure standing in front of him, a smile appeared on his face, and he did not give any more orders.

Let the fluffy sheep do its thing in the battle to come.

Moogle takes a deep breath—a gesture it has maintained since its Mareep days, and it has become even more pronounced after evolution.

The white downy hair around the neck moved erratically without wind, and golden static electricity began to jump and flow rhythmically on the pink skin surface.

It was not the lively but somewhat scattered electric sparks of the past, but a more solid, more restrained current, like liquid gold surging through the veins on the body's surface.

The two round silk spiders recovered from their initial shock.

After all, they were wild, untamed predators. After a brief hesitation, their ferocity once again overwhelmed their fear.

"hiss--!"

Two round silk spiders simultaneously let out sharp hisses, one from the left and one from the right, and pounced on the fluffy sheep again!

This time, they no longer held back; all eight scythe-like limbs were fully extended, and purple poisonous light flashed on the blades, clearly unleashing a full-force "combo slash"!

Facing attacks from both sides, the fluffy sheep neither dodged nor avoided.

It simply bent its knees slightly, lowered its center of gravity, and clenched its pink fists.

On his fist, golden lightning began to converge, compress, and entwine wildly!

That wasn't ordinary static electricity, but highly condensed, almost tangible lightning energy that formed two pairs of fist gloves made of pure lightning on the surface of the fist!

Thunder Punch, an electric-type physical attack with a power of 75, has a certain chance to paralyze the opponent!

"Rose!"

With a low shout, the fluffy sheep simultaneously unleashed its fists to the left and right!

"Boom! Boom!"

Two explosions rang out almost simultaneously!

The moment the scythe-like limbs of the round silk spider on the left collided head-on with the lightning fist, the golden lightning shattered the purple poisonous light.

The lightning bolt instantly traveled along the limbs and spread throughout the entire body of the orb-weaver spider, stunning it until it was stiff and unable to move.

The fluffy sheep's fist continued its momentum, slamming heavily into the round silk spider's vulnerable abdomen!

"Pfft!"

The round silk spider's carapace was like paper in front of the lightning fist, easily pierced.

Before it could even scream, it was blasted away by the terrifying impact and lightning energy, crashing into a tree, sliding softly to the ground, and falling silent.

The spider on the right was a little luckier.

Its slashing motion struck the velvety sheep's raised left arm.

However, the tough, rubbery skin of the evolved sheep, combined with the lightning energy flowing across its body, made the blow feel like it had struck a wet cowhide, leaving only a shallow white mark.

The fluffy sheep didn't even budge.

It retracted its right fist, swung its left arm to deflect the spider's limbs, and then blasted out its right fist again!

A simple straight punch, yet it carried the force of a thunderbolt!

"Bang!"

The round silk spider was hit squarely in the face by this punch, and its entire body was sent flying more than ten meters away as if it had been hit by a truck. It rolled on the ground seven or eight times before it stopped.

It struggled to get up, but the paralyzing effect of the lightning fist had already taken effect, and its body twitched incessantly, only able to emit painful hissing sounds.

In just three seconds.

Two spiders in their prime, one dead and one crippled.

The evolved Fluffy Sheep displayed overwhelming power!

Gu Beiri stood still, watching as the fluffy sheep slowly withdrew its fist, the golden lightning on its body gradually subsiding.

A morning breeze blew by, ruffling the white downy fur around its neck.

The fluffy sheep at this moment is completely different from the little lamb that was running away in a sorry state through the vine forest yesterday.

"Rongrong Sheep..." Gu Beiri called softly.

The fluffy sheep turned its head, walked up to him, lowered its head, and gently touched Gu Beiri's hand with its forehead.

The movement was exactly the same as before.

Gu Beiri smiled and reached out to stroke the soft fur around its neck.

It feels thicker and warmer than when it was Mare the Sheep.

"Congratulations, you've evolved."

"Rong~"

The fluffy sheep bleated contentedly, and the blue sphere at the end of its tail swayed gently, the current flowing inside it becoming even more merrily.
