"So... this is the true origin of the Three Thousand Chaotic Great Daos..."

A relieved smile slowly appeared on Tianci's tender little face.

Once his mind was settled, he focused his attention on carefully comprehending the three thousand great Daos.

Time flies by quietly.

As time slowly passed.

At this moment, Hongjun, who was on the high platform, had already spoken about the core of the Great Luo Dao.

At this very moment, inside the magnificent Zixiao Palace.

As Hongjun's voice slowly spread, all the living beings in the hall were completely immersed in the Daoist sounds, as if they were mesmerized.

Every being who can step into the Purple Cloud Palace to listen to the Dao is a being with immense fortune; otherwise, they would never be able to find the exact location of the Purple Cloud Palace in this boundless chaos.

Therefore, the fact that they were able to step into this great hall is enough to show that they all possess great fortune and are among the most deeply rooted innate divine and demonic beings.

Otherwise, they would never have been able to step into the Zixiao Palace to listen to the sage's teachings.

Moreover, if they weren't blessed with abundant good fortune, the chaotic winds and turbulent currents that permeated the endless chaos alone would have been enough to bring them to their deaths.

And so, Hongjun sat upright on the cloud bed, speaking eloquently, while Tianci quietly comprehended and digested the supreme mysteries of the three thousand Great Daos he had just acquired from the system.

To be fair, Hongjun, as the first immortal saint in the primordial world, spoke of the profound and unparalleled principles of the Great Dao.

The Great Luo Dao contains three thousand complete Great Dao Laws.

If we were to break it down in detail, it would take at least millions of years to explain.

However, Hongjun did not explain all three thousand laws in detail; he only selected the content most suitable for the cultivation of beings in the primordial world.

Hongjun's sacred voice slowly lingered in the main hall of Zixiao Palace, like celestial music, clearly reaching the ears of every living being listening to the Dao in Zixiao Palace.

Some creatures listened with rapt attention, completely absorbed, while others listened with sudden enlightenment, clapping their hands and laughing heartily.

However, some beings, moved by the Dao, wept bitterly, their hearts filled with sorrow, tears streaming down their faces.

The primordial beings who were able to enter the Purple Cloud Palace undoubtedly possessed top-tier cultivation talents and innate foundations.

However, the talent of each living being in comprehending and understanding the Great Dao varies greatly.

This is similar to the Three Pure Ones, Nuwa, Fuxi, and others. Although they are all among the most outstanding innate beings, the Three Pure Ones, who are the transformations of the primordial spirit of the Great God Pangu, have a more profound origin.

Therefore, it is not surprising at all that some people are happy and some are sad in this great hall at this moment, in the process of comprehending the Great Dao.

At this moment, all living beings were sitting in the front row of the main hall of Zixiao Palace.

People like Yaochi, Dongwanggong, Zhenyuanzi, Dijun, Taiyi, Hongyun, Minghe, Kunpeng, and Fuxi could easily understand and comprehend the principles of the Great Dao that Hongjun was speaking of at this moment.

However, the creatures sitting in the back row might not feel the same way.

"The spirit follows the earth, the earth follows heaven, heaven follows the Dao, and the Dao follows nature—what does this mean?"

"I don't understand either!"

"This is way too difficult!"

"I really can't understand this sentence!"

The beings sitting in the last row of the Zixiao Palace were almost crying with anxiety.

However, those creatures sitting in the front row all gained something.

The true meaning of this statement is that humans depend on the earth for existence, the earth depends on the sky for existence, the sky depends on the Great Dao for existence, and the Great Dao depends on the true nature for existence.

Simply put, cultivation should follow the natural order and not go against it.

As time slowly passed, the principles of the Great Dao that Hongjun spoke of at this moment became increasingly profound and obscure.

This caused immense suffering to most of the creatures in the main hall.

Apart from the top beings in the first tier, such as Laozi, Yuanshi, Tongtian, Nuwa, Fuxi, Jieyin, and Zhunti, who can barely keep up with the pace.

The Dongwanggong and others in the second echelon have already begun to show signs of anxiety.

As for the beings in the third echelon at the back, they were already scratching their heads, completely unable to understand the principles of the Great Dao that Hongjun was talking about.

As the Taoist arts become more profound, those beings who cannot comprehend their true meaning gradually begin to lose their minds.

Some creatures, lost in thought, simply fell into a deep sleep.

"Is the Great Luo Path really that difficult to understand?"

However, Hongjun would never stop preaching just because they couldn't understand.

Time flies by, and in the blink of an eye, a whole thousand years have passed.

As Hongjun slowly uttered the core mysteries and laws of the Great Luo, even Laozi, Yuanshi, Jieyin, Zhunti, and others gradually began to feel overwhelmed.

I had no choice but to grit my teeth and continue listening.

Jieyin and Zhunti were completely dumbfounded.

"How come I can't understand a word of it!"

"Who am I?!"

"What am I doing?!"

"Am I not here listening to the sage preach?"

At this moment, all the living beings in the hall were completely bewildered.

They could no longer understand what Hongjun meant by the principles of the Great Dao.

Inside the magnificent hall.

Hongjun slowly uttered sacred words, and one after another, profound and mysterious Heavenly Dao runes floated in the air above the hall, forming texts containing the true meaning of the Great Dao.

Time flew by, and Hongjun's three-thousand-year-long sermon came to a complete end.

A moment later.

Hongjun, seated on the high cloud bed, slowly spoke calmly: "My first sermon has ended. If you have any doubts or questions, please feel free to ask me."

At this moment, all the beings in the hall who were still in a state of confusion and bewilderment, seeing that Hongjun had stopped preaching, involuntarily focused their gazes on Hongjun.

They hadn't even understood what came next, so how could the sermon have ended so quickly?

Could it be that three thousand years have passed so quickly?

The beings in the hall exchanged glances, all hoping that Hongjun would continue his sermon.

Unfortunately, Hongjun stopped preaching.

Seeing this, the creatures in the hall had no choice but to give up, for they dared not act recklessly in front of the Sage Hongjun.

"If you still have any doubts or questions about the Great Dao that I have just spoken of, please feel free to ask me."

Hongjun's majestic holy voice resounded once again in the hall.

At that very moment, inside the main hall.

Those beings who were disheartened because they couldn't understand the Great Dao that Hongjun was about to explain immediately lost their disappointment when they heard Hongjun say that they could still ask questions and get answers. Instead, they showed undisguised excitement.

There were so many things they couldn't understand or comprehend during this sermon.

If one could ask a sage a question now, all the doubts that have accumulated in one's heart could be resolved.

In the blink of an eye.

All the living beings in the hall bowed respectfully to Hongjun and said, "Your Majesty, have mercy!"

"Alright, now it's your turn to ask your questions," Hongjun said with a smile.

The voice just fell.

Just as Laozi was about to rise, clasp his hands in greeting, and ask Hongjun for clarification, Tongtian preempted him, rising to ask, "May I ask Master Hongjun, what is meant by 'Three Flowers Gathering at the Crown' and 'Five Qi Returning to the Origin'?"

Hongjun smiled slightly and said, "Good question. The Three Flowers Gathering at the Top and the Five Qi Converging at the Origin are the core symbols of the Great Luo Golden Immortal. So what is the Three Flowers Gathering at the Top? Let me explain in detail."

Immediately afterwards, Hongjun began to speak eloquently and meticulously explain what the Three Flowers Gathering at the Top meant.

"When the three flowers converge at the top of the head, it means that the spirit, qi, and essence are mixed into one. The mysterious gate is the point where the spirit, qi, and essence converge. The three flowers are specifically divided into: the human flower, the earth flower, and the heaven flower."

"Human Flower - Refining Essence into Qi. Humans are born from essence and qi, so essence is the root and seed of cultivation. Cultivators must empty their minds in the lower burner, abstain from lust, and not recklessly release their essence. Then, when the essence is full, one will not think of lust, and the lead flower will bloom."

Earth Flower - Refining Qi into Spirit: Human survival depends entirely on Qi to nourish the body. The mind must be empty in the middle Jiao, without fear, anger, or resentment. Then the Qi channels will be smooth, the pathways will be unobstructed, the middle Qi will be sufficient, and one will not crave food. Silver Flower will then appear.

Smallpox - Refining the spirit to return to emptiness: Even if one's essence and energy are abundant, without the spirit as the master, the body will lack radiance, and the person will lack a fundamental life foundation. Therefore, the spirit is the master of the body. Now, the mind is empty in the upper burner, without attachment or clinging, the spirit is full and there is no desire to sleep, always clear and awake, then one sheds the shell and returns to emptiness, entering the supreme realm of emptiness, and the golden flower will bloom.

"The above is the true meaning of 'Three Flowers Gathering at the Crown,' so what is 'Five Elements Returning to the Origin'?"

"The Five Qi Gathering at the Origin corresponds to the five internal organs of the human body: heart, liver, spleen, lungs, and kidneys."

"First, the heart stores the spirit. The acquired spirit is the consciousness spirit, while the innate spirit belongs to propriety. When one is free from sorrow, the spirit is at peace, and the fire energy of the Southern Red Emperor returns to the origin."

Second, the liver stores the soul. The acquired soul is a wandering soul, while the innate soul belongs to benevolence. When the soul is free from joy and happiness, it is at peace, and the wood energy of the Eastern Green Emperor returns to its origin.

Third, the spleen stores intention. Acquired intention is delusional, while innate intention belongs to faith. When greed is emptied, intention is stable, and the earth energy of the Yellow Emperor in the center returns to its origin.

Fourth, the lungs store the Po (魄), which is acquired as the ghost Po (鬼魄) and innately belongs to righteousness. When one is free from anger and resentment, the Po is at peace, and the golden Qi of the White Emperor of the West flows to the origin.

Fifth, the kidneys store essence. Acquired essence is turbid essence, while innate essence belongs to wisdom. When one is free from pleasure and indulgence, the essence is settled, and the water qi of the Northern Ink Emperor returns to its origin.

The above is the core principle of the Three Flowers Gathering at the Top and the Five Elements Returning to the Origin. In the cultivation of immortality, one must first return the Five Elements to the Five Elders, and transform the Three Flowers into the Three Pure Ones, in order to return to the primordial essence and reach the supreme state of perfect harmony.

At this moment, all the living beings in the hall suddenly understood and had their minds cleared after listening to Hongjun's detailed explanation.

Their gazes toward Tongtian were filled with deep gratitude.

Because their greatest confusion lies precisely here.

Now that they have received the sage's accurate answer, they are naturally overjoyed and extremely excited.

But at this moment, Lao Tzu was at a loss for words, both amused and exasperated.

Because he was originally planning to get up and ask about the true meaning of "Three Flowers Gathering at the Top" and "Five Qi Converging at the Origin".

But to everyone's surprise, Tongtian asked the question first.

A moment later, all the living beings in the hall bowed respectfully to Hongjun once again and said, "Thank you for your understanding, Sage."

"This is my duty. Now that the sermon is over, I have something else to announce to you," Hongjun said calmly.

Ok?

Is there something else that needs to be announced in public?

What else is going on?

In an instant, everyone's eyes were once again focused on Hongjun, eagerly anticipating his next words.

"Now that the Dragon-Han Calamity has ended, many beings in the primordial world act recklessly, wantonly killing and slaughtering all living beings, destroying the peace of the primordial world, disrupting the order of the primordial world, and affecting the development of the primordial world. Therefore, today I, the humble Daoist, hereby establish the Head of Male Immortals and the Head of Female Immortals to govern the myriad beings of the primordial world."

After Hongjun finished speaking, he raised his eyes and slowly swept them over all the living beings in the hall.

In an instant, all the living beings in the main hall of Zixiao Palace were excited upon hearing this, and their hearts raced.

They all secretly hoped that Hongjun would choose them.

To be the head of the male or female immortals is an unparalleled honor.

Furthermore, it can be used to govern the myriad creatures of the primordial world.

This is simply the immense power to rule over the entire primordial world!

Every living being present wanted to vie for these two supreme positions.

Jieyin and Zhunti exchanged a glance, both seemingly lost in thought, while Dijun and Taiyi's eyes gleamed with a dazzling light.

At this moment, the most excited people present were none other than Di Jun and Tai Yi.

Both of them were born with the aura of innate emperors.

If we were to choose the top male immortal...

The two of them are undoubtedly the best choices.

Immediately, Di Jun and Tai Yi exchanged a glance, and Di Jun stood up from the futon, went to the cloud bed, bowed respectfully to Hong Jun, and introduced himself: "Sage Hong Jun, Di Jun is willing to serve as the head of the male immortals and to manage the living beings of the primordial world on behalf of my teacher."
