Yu-Gi-Oh! 5Ds: The Path of Evolution

Yusei swiftly drew a card and inserted it directly into the Duel Disk on his D-Wheel.

"Activate High-Speed Magic - Angel's Scepter!"

"Draw two cards from your deck, then discard one card from your hand."

He quickly drew two more cards, then tossed one from his hand.

The movements were so fluid and natural that Guan Bai's eyes widened in amazement.

Xiao Tian's luck is really that good!

After casually passing the cards, Yusei summons a monster to the field.

"Normal Summon: Tuner Monster, Junk Synchron!"

The yellow warrior somersaults into the arena from in front of the card, forming a starfish shape in the air, his two eyes gazing resolutely ahead.

"Activate the effect of Junk Synchron: Negate the effects of one Level 2 or lower monster in your Graveyard and Special Summon it in Defense Position!"

"I want to Special Summon a Screw Hedgehog!"

The adorable, fluffy creature, like a ball of yellow yarn, rolled out of the dimensional gate and stood guard in front of the Scrap Synchron.

They're trash tuners and screw hedgehogs!

Kanpaku was extremely familiar with these two monsters!

Seeing them made him feel like he was back to the first time he saw a 5DS.

Back then, Kanpaku was sitting in front of the computer, just an innocent newbie who had just started playing DL!

Because he watched Crab Bro's duel, his first main deck in DL was the Meteor Dragon deck!

Now, times have changed.

He went from an ordinary newbie to a competitive player who plays YGO every day.

But he still remembers the excitement of his first time summoning a junk warrior!

As if echoing the sentiments of the Regent, Yusei's resolute voice rang out.

"Duel Killer, it's time to use your monster!"

Guan Bai responded with affirmation of trust.

"Use it with confidence!"

Upon receiving the reply, Yusei's expressionless face broke into a smile.

He shouted.

"I'll use a level 2 Screw Hedgehog, a level 3 Dragoon Legion, and a level 3 Junk Synchron to adjust my star level!"

"Let our united fighting spirit awaken the roaring demons and pave a path of dazzling light!"

"Synchro Summon, Crush, Junk Destroyer!"

The Scrap Synchron pulled the pressure rope of the Acceleration Backpack, launching himself into the air like a catapult, transforming into three green halos.

The screw hedgehog started running, its orange lightning flashing through the air, transforming into a green pillar of light!

Silver-white diagonal cross-shaped iron wings tore through space, and the pure black body spewed out molten iron at high heat. The roaring steel demon descended from the pillar of light!

"The effects of the Junk Destroyer!"

"When a Synchro Summon is successfully performed, target cards on the field based on the number of non-Tuner monsters among the Synchro Materials on the field, and destroy those cards!"

The star points to the back of the cow's tail.

"I have two non-Tuner monsters among my Synchro Materials, therefore, I destroy two of your face-down cards!"

The Destroyer of Scrap Metal raised his arms, and two huge balls of sparks shot from his palms.

"What?!"

Junki Shigeru shouted in surprise as he watched the Destroyer's beam cannon fly toward his defenses!

The experienced oxtail had recovered from its shock.

How could he possibly stand by and watch his carefully laid plans be destroyed by the enemy's monsters?!

Activate one of the cards immediately!

"Activate Trap Card, enter forbidden! No Entry!"

"Change all Attack Position monsters on the field to Defense Position!"

The alarms blared, and imposing warning lights shone simultaneously on both monsters.

Both monsters were stunned by this power and changed their posture to go into defensive stance.

In this way, no matter how powerful Wreck-It Ralph is, he will no longer be able to break through our defenses!

Niuwei secretly breathed a sigh of relief.

Yusei's expression remained unchanged; instead, a confident smile appeared on his lips.

The cow's tail was exactly what he expected.

Synchro Summon Junk Destroyer first, not only to clear out face-down cards, but also to bait out the enemy's next move!

Now, all the cards are linked together!

"Activate High-Speed Magic - Illusionary Wind, to revive the Screw Hedgehog in the graveyard!"

"By discarding a monster from my hand, I can Special Summon a Quick-Play Synchro in Defense Position."

"This monster can replace a Synchro Summoner!"

"What?! Two Synchro Summonings in one turn?!"

Junki Shigeru couldn't believe that the Satellite District had such a powerful duelist!

Seeing Crab Bro, just like in the animation, singing in unison with great enthusiasm.

Kanpaku smiled knowingly.

This is Fudo Yusei, the second most popular storyteller among all the main characters!

This is a junk deck that can unleash the ultimate burst of power by summoning three Shooting Quasar Dragons in a single turn!

Yusei looked up and shouted loudly.

"I'll use a level 2 Screw Hedgehog and a level 5 Quick-Attack Synchro to adjust my star level!"

"Let our gathered shouts become echoing arrows piercing the sky, a path streaked with light!"

"Synchronization Summon, appear, you junk archer!"

Arrows cleaved through dimensions, and mech warriors in orange-yellow armor emerged from the shattered portal.

"Activate the effect of Scrap Archer once per turn. Target your Infernal Twins, and banish this monster until the end of the turn!"

"Dimensional Arrow!"

The junk archer drew back its steel longbow and fired a beam of bright blue light!

In the blink of an eye, the light arrow struck the Hell's Twin Guards, creating a distorted dimensional vortex on their bodies!

"What?! The Hell's Double Police!"

Ushio and Junki Shigeru couldn't help but swallow hard as they watched the two Hell Police officers disappear.

Their field is now completely empty!

Next, we will face the enemy's direct attack!

Yusei waved his right hand, and the shoddy archer immediately prepared.

"During combat phase, the lousy archer will attack directly!"

"Scrap Arrow!"

The two guards gritted their teeth, bracing themselves for the immense combat damage.

A strange sense of relief flashed through Junki Shigeru's mind.

Fortunately, the combat damage was only 2300, so they still have another round!

However, Yusei's voice, like a pronouncement, shattered their expectations.

"Activate my comrade's face-down card, synchronize the attack, and increase the Scrap Archer's attack power by 1000!"

[Scrap Archer]

【7星】2300/2000→3300/2000

"Attack power 3300?!"

Master Niuwei and his apprentice cried out in disbelief.

In the graveyard, the phantoms of the Quick-Attack Synchron and the Screw Hedgehog transformed into two streaks of blue lightning.

Lightning merged into the arrow, causing hundreds of terrifying silver snakes to emerge from the silvery-white arrowhead!

The sharp, high-strength steel arrow is charged up—and fired!

The silver streak shot out in a straight line, heading directly towards Ushio and Junki Shigeru!

They watched helplessly as the lightning-streaked arrows exploded among the guards!

"boom!"

"Aaaaaah!!!"
