Therefore, Phoenix Publishing House was willing to make certain concessions in terms of royalties and other aspects.

On that day, both parties reached a cooperation agreement on the publication of 68 short and medium-length novels by Lord Da Ming outside of Asia.

The agreement also included an additional clause: Macmillan Publishers would have the right of first refusal to sign contracts for any new books written by the Marquis of Ming Dynasty under the same conditions.

A week later, Teresa Teng returned to Hong Kong after concluding her "frequent flyer" record promotion tour in Europe and America.
