Greece: I am the master of destiny!

Chapter 10: Kill the Prophet First!

The great Earth Mother, Gaia, the mother of life, could not bear to see her children tormented by Uranus.

Although he still harbored a lot of resentment towards Uranus, he still took the initiative to invite the king of the gods to enjoy himself.

Because this is the only thing that can make Uranus temporarily give up causing trouble for the children and is very interested in.

However, Uranus had previously struck the mountain with a star, which also damaged the earth. Gaia's old wounds had not yet healed, and coupled with her resentment, she was not as enthusiastic as before.

Uranus was angry about this, but there was nothing he could do, because Gaia had not rejected him, she was just not enthusiastic enough.

Uranus, dissatisfied, became even more violent, pressing the sky down on the earth. In an instant, countless mountains were crushed and shattered, and countless cracks appeared on the ground.

Gaia let out a painful groan, but the sound only excited Uranus more. The entire universe was filled with divine rhythms, and the laws of the world were constantly colliding violently.

The twelve first-generation gods dared not move upon seeing this, for such intense power of law, once touched, would likely cause even the mighty to suffer greatly.

Gaia's voice grew increasingly pained, and Uriah, the mountain god connected to Gaia by blood, was suffering both physical and mental torment.

With each mountain crushed by the sky, Uriah felt the pain of being cut to pieces; moreover, He could feel the pain of the earth.

Uras, the god of the mountains, stands tall on the earth and is the child most closely connected with Gaia. The two gods share in each other's glory and misfortune.

Uriah has always disliked fighting, so even though she was targeted by Uranus before, she just silently endured it without saying a word, because she didn't want to see the kind Gaia in a difficult position.

But Uriah, who had endured so much torment for so many years, could no longer bear it at this moment.

Because every painful cry of Gaia echoed in His mind, the torment of that pain was far more unbearable for Him than physical pain!

He suddenly unleashed a powerful divine force, causing countless mountains to rise simultaneously, attempting to push open the sky that covered the earth.

He angrily protested to God!

But this action of His completely enraged Uranus, who was already harboring resentment.

The prophecy of being betrayed by his loved ones made Uranus extremely wary of Uria and Pontus. Now, Uria actually dared to rebel, which, in the eyes of the arrogant god-king, precisely confirmed the prophecy!

This is betrayal! Uriah, the god of the mountains, has betrayed Him!

Thus, this Lord of the Heavens, the King of Gods, did not hesitate at all and directly used his supreme creative power.

"No!"

Gaia let out a painful and desperate cry, but she could not stop Uranus's actions. She could only watch helplessly as the immense power capable of destroying everything slammed into Uranus.

God cannot be killed.

Just as a law, once born, will never perish.

But Uranus directly erased Uriah's personality and consciousness! And amidst Gaia's desperate pleas, he used the power of creation to crush all the mountains in the world!

From then on, the mountain god Uriah was no more, only the mountain range riddled with holes after being suppressed by the power of creation.

Gaia watched helplessly as her child disappeared, feeling immense pain as if her heart was being torn apart. But no matter how much she wailed and cried, Uranus remained unmoved.

Faced with the king of gods' ruthlessness and absolute dictatorial control over all things, the laws of the entire universe trembled, and the gods who witnessed this scene were filled with immense fear.

But Uranus, listening to the earth mother's cries and wails and feeling the gods tremble, felt no remorse whatsoever; instead, he felt immense pleasure and triumph.

This joy gave Him the urge to vent. Ignoring Mother Earth's rejection and struggle, He descended again, bringing the sky and the earth together tightly, forcibly uniting with Gaia.

In an instant, the entire world merged together, leaving only chaos.

This time, however, no Uriah will stand up to oppose it.

Looking at the world darkened by the merging of heaven and earth, Prometheus had no time for lamentation, for His laws of destiny had actually strengthened slightly when Uria disappeared.

"What's going on? Is Uriah's death related to me?"

Prometheus was completely baffled; he had absolutely no connection with Uriah...

But He soon had no time to think about that, because...

Trouble has come knocking.

The demise of Uriah greatly shocked the twelve original gods, especially Hyperion, the sun god who had been persecuted by Uranus during this period, and Crios, the god of the heavens.

Fearing that they would be the next god to suffer such a fate, they took advantage of the fact that Uranus and Gaia were together and had no time to pay attention to the other gods, and went together to the dwelling of Iapetus.

Accompanying them was Hyperion's wife, the radiant goddess Theia.

Their purpose in coming here was simple: to try to persuade Iapetus to join them in completely defeating Prometheus and preventing him from ever making another prophecy.

If Iapetus agrees, then it would mean that all four of the original gods were involved. Even if Uranus blamed them, he couldn't simply wipe them all out.

Although retribution from the King of Gods is inevitable, it's still better than Prometheus uttering their names at some point, leading to their complete erasure by Uranus!

Although Hyperion and Clios both believed they had no intention of rebelling, they did not believe Prometheus.

Especially after Prometheus was the first to prove that Oceanus was not the one who wielded the sword.

Everyone knows that Oceanus was Prometheus's grandfather, and that it was Tethys who personally went to the sacred mountain to plead with Prometheus to give him the prophecy.

In the eyes of the gods, this is blatant favoritism towards their own people.

Hyperion and Crios were not aware of this until Cronus reminded them, at which point they were suddenly struck by it.

They could even imagine that the next person to be prophesied by Prometheus, if not the one to raise the sword, would be his father, Iapetus.

Thus, Uranus's suspects were reduced to four, with Hyperion and Crios still being the focus of attention, since Cronus and Coeus were indeed much weaker than them.

The next one prophesied by Prometheus might be Cronus or Coeus, who are weaker than the two of them.

Hyperion and Clios will only become more and more dangerous!

Who knows when they might anger Uranus and end up like Uriah today?

The most terrifying thing than being executed is waiting to die!

So Hyperion and Clios could wait no longer and decided to strike first.

If Prometheus is killed, the King of the Gods will never know who will raise the sword against Him, and the gods will still be saved. After all, there are still five suspects, and Hyperion and Clios will not be easily sentenced to death.

If Prometheus were allowed to eliminate one or two more, the King of Gods might just wipe out the rest!

Faced with the insistent demands of Hyperion and Clios, Iapetus, who already disliked Prometheus, immediately hesitated and wavered, and was about to agree.

Unable to persuade him otherwise, Clymene could not bear to see her child wiped out, so she secretly went to Prometheus's dwelling and told him the truth.

The beautiful ocean goddess cried and said to Him, "Child, run away quickly and find a place to hide."

But Prometheus simply shook his head.
