Greece: I am the master of destiny!

Chapter 27 Now it really is a towering Titan.

Atlas didn't actually see Hecate at first, even though Hecate had deliberately walked past him.

But Keatlas was so preoccupied with figuring out how to deal with the twins at home and how to get them both killed by Uranus that he didn't notice Hecate's approach at all.

Of course, it could also be because the Life Bottle concealed its aura too perfectly.

In short, such poor vigilance even made Epimetheus, who was secretly observing, think that they should just kill Him right here instead of going through all this trouble.

Prometheus and Hecate are both powerful gods. If the two of them joined forces to fight against Atlas, who was of medium strength, even if Atlas was incredibly strong, they might not be unable to defeat him.

Not to mention His vigilance... well, He has no vigilance at all.

However, Prometheus righteously rejected Epimetheus's suggestion, feeling that it was not a safe course of action.

Epimetheus then countered, "Is it really safe to rely on the King of Gods? You must know how powerful the King of Gods is; he could wipe them out with a single hand!"

Prometheus simply smiled and remained silent.

Uranus was undoubtedly the strongest god in the world at that time, there is no doubt about that, but!

Unfortunately, His strength was inversely proportional to His intelligence.

As the saying goes, you need both strength and brains.

Unfortunately, he's also prone to suspicion and likes to overthink things, but his assumptions are often wrong...

In this situation, with just a little guidance, it becomes the most powerful summoned beast and the best fighter.

Cronus was the best example of this.

That's why Prometheus was unwilling to do it himself. Atlas was strong and reckless, and fighting him would be exhausting and prone to unforeseen complications.

But the problem now is... Atlas's vigilance is so poor, Hecate was dancing right in front of Him and He still hadn't noticed!

So Hecate simply stopped pretending to encounter Him by chance and appeared directly in front of Him, blocking His path.

Atlas then noticed the goddess in black and the powerful energy emanating from her.

The Titan was instantly filled with surprise and uncertainty.

Because there are only a few gods in the world now, and because the God-King previously revoked the gods' reproductive authority, Atlas knows every single one of them, except for the three thousand ocean goddesses and three thousand river gods of the water system.

Atlas especially kept a silent record of the gods with great divine power, not missing a single one.

This was largely thanks to the fact that Uranus always took Atlas with him when he went to torment the gods.

Therefore, Atlas was certain that he had never seen this goddess before! Not to mention the divine power emanating from her, which, although powerful, seemed somewhat weak and imperfect.

This is a common problem for newly born gods, because they are not yet familiar with their own laws and cannot master them, so they are not perfect.

Atlas had also felt this sensation in Prometheus, but Epimetheus was too weak to possess this aura.

Therefore, Atlas concluded that this was definitely a newly born law, and one that had only recently been created!

He immediately wanted to seize the goddess and take her to the God-King for judgment, but the goddess in black only gave him a provocative smile and disappeared in an instant.

Atlas could only watch helplessly, and in a fit of anger, he went straight back to the mountain to complain!

To His surprise, the God King couldn't deduce anything, and felt that no laws had ever been born in the world, and even felt that He was being deceived!

Atlas experienced the wrath of the god-king for the first time.

Previously, He had always stood with Uranus, watching Uranus put pressure on His God. Not only was He not afraid at all, He even felt excited and honored, and looked down on the gods who knelt down and begged for mercy before the King of Gods.

I felt that they were rather petty.

Only now, when He too faced the overwhelming power of Uranus's creation, did He finally realize just how terrifying that trembling, soul-shaking force truly was.

Atlas's legs went weak, and he immediately knelt down, trembling as he listened to the angry voice of the Divine Warrior King.

"Atlas, you have betrayed my trust! I have failed to deduce the birth of any laws; what else do you have to say?!"

Atlas's eyes widened instantly, and he exclaimed in disbelief, "How could there not be!"

"Even now, you're still trying to deny it?" Gaia sneered. "Your Majesty the God-King, it seems He may not be so loyal to you after all..."

"And you trust Him so much, I truly feel sorry for you."

With Gaia's subtle provocation, Uranus's anger grew even stronger.

Uranus, who possessed the power of creation, was extremely arrogant. He only did one deduction and was convinced of the result of his deduction. He also believed from the bottom of his heart that Gaia would not dare to deceive him.

In His eyes, Gaia couldn't even defeat Atlas, so how could he dare to deceive Him, the king of gods?

But Atlas was different.

As Uranus recalled Atlas's extreme worship of power over the years, he became increasingly suspicious that Atlas might have harbored other intentions after the Twelve Titans were sealed away.

Once the God-King has any doubts, the charge has already been established.

Uranus neither would nor bother to seek evidence; in His eyes, everyone who displeased Him should disappear.

And so, under Atlas's incredulous gaze, the god-king who had once held Him in the highest regard declared in a cold voice:

"I, Uranus, in the name of the King of Gods, declare Atlas guilty of deception and sentence him to hold up the heavens on his shoulders at the westernmost edge of the world! His sentence is eternal!"

Upon hearing this, the laws of the world instantly responded, emitting a buzzing sound, and Atlas's face turned deathly pale.

When He was trapped in the West, struggling to lift up the heavens with His strength, He still didn't understand what was happening.

How did it develop into this...?

Not long ago, He was the god that Uranus trusted most!

Atlas was completely baffled when a black figure appeared before him.

It was that new goddess whose name we don't even know!

"Look, what's wrong with our God of the Sky? Aren't you the most trusted by the God King? Why are you being punished?" Hecate said exaggeratedly, her mockery undisguised.

"Who are you?!" Atlas roared through gritted teeth, "How did you manage to escape His Majesty's notice?"

"Is this difficult?" Hecate tilted her head and smiled at him, emanating a trace of the aura of law.

Atlas's eyes widened immediately.

Although he didn't know what this law was, it was the most powerful law he had ever sensed so far!

Even the heavens, represented by the Celestial King, and the earth, represented by the Earth Mother Goddess, paled in comparison to such laws!
