Greece: I am the master of destiny!

Eternal darkness shrouded everything, and the gods could not see what was happening inside.

Because of a prophecy by Prometheus, He was divided from His origin by Uranus, which made Him the weakest god in the entire universe. If He cannot obtain the throne of the gods, then His life is ruined.

But He didn't want to be a useless person like that; He still wanted to settle accounts with Prometheus for what happened back then.

Cronus was courageous and ambitious, and he had had enough of being looked down upon. This was his only chance to change his fate and his only chance to turn things around, so of course he would try to seize it firmly.

But His current disadvantages are too great.

Leaving aside the twelve Titans, in this world today, any god is stronger than Him.

Moreover, because of the lack of its original source, it is difficult for it to become powerful unless it finds its original source again.

But His origin can never be found again.

When Uranus was still the king of the gods, he completely merged his essence into the abyss, the ocean, and the depths of the earth.

In this situation, if He were to say that He wants to be the King of Gods, He would probably be laughed at.

Not to mention Prometheus, even the twelve Titans wouldn't agree.

After eliminating the biggest threat, Cronus began to sow discord among the gods.

Having been tormented and oppressed by Uranus for so many years, the Twelve Titans were terrified of the dictatorial god-king to the core.

However, the difference in their strength is not significant. Anyone who sits in that position and obtains the power of creation has the potential to become the next dictator.

Under Cronus's words, the gods looked at each other with suspicion and wariness, feeling that no one was suitable to be the king of the gods.

Seeing that the gods were completely led by the nose by him, Cronus felt much more at ease and smiled as he made his suggestion.

"Since my brothers can't come up with a solution, I'll volunteer myself."

Upon hearing this, the gods immediately frowned, and Crios, who was most displeased with Cronus, blurted out, "Cronus, do you know what you're saying?"

"Do you know how weak you are? If you were to become the God-King, you would only be ridiculed by everyone."

Crios's words showed absolutely no respect for Cronus; he was practically pointing his finger at Cronus and calling him delusional.

Instead of being angry, Cronus smiled and nodded, replying, "Yes, I am so weak, so I will become the king of the gods, so that I will not become like Uranus, the lord of the heavens, and turn the whole world into a dictator's one-man show."

Upon hearing this, everyone looked at each other in surprise.

They hadn't expected... there could be such an angle?

And upon closer examination, one finds that what Cronus said makes a lot of sense.

They were all of similar strength, and none of them would agree to let any one of them become the God-King. But it was impossible for all five of them to become God-Kings.

If one person must be chosen as the king of the gods, then Cronus, who is too weak to pose any threat to them, seems to be the best choice...

Only Themis, the goddess of justice and order, felt that something was amiss, but she couldn't quite put her finger on it, and ultimately remained silent.
