Midnight, a chilly sea breeze.

Yu Li stood on the roof of a warehouse, using binoculars to look at the scene at the warehouse entrance not far away.

The wind made his clothes flutter, and beside him were Rose, Bread, and three others who had come with him, as well as Poison Thorn who had joined him.

"Boss, this is a bugging device." Sting handed over a small headset. "The brothers had already planted the bugging device over at the warehouse before they arrived. Wear this and you'll be able to hear what's coming from over there."

"Are there any issues with the weapons and manpower?" Yu Li asked as he took the weapons.

"Boss, you can rest assured that I'll handle things well." Sting chuckled.

Logically, he would not ask any further questions.

This was the first time his men were working for him, and he needed to test their abilities, while Sting and his men also needed to prove themselves.

After putting on the headset, I could hear a rather unclear sound.

To Yu Li's surprise, they weren't discussing a deal; instead, they brought up his name.

"Yu Li? Is that the real name of that Ah Bao under your command?" Da Shan's slightly amused voice came from behind. "Tony, I'm only here today to watch you load the cargo onto the ship, and also to collect the money. Now you're not paying me, and what's the meaning of bringing up the name of some scoundrel?"

"Don't worry, Brother Shan," Tony chuckled. "You know, this Ah Bao took 40 million from the hero and ran away. But he's definitely still in Hong Kong. We Vietnamese gangs are small, so finding this bastard won't be easy. That's why I'm asking you for help."

"Why should I help you?" Da Shan sneered.

"This guy, Ah Bao, has never respected the three of us brothers since he joined the group, and he's always causing us trouble," Tony said. "The incident with Beef Offal and Cannon was all his doing, almost ruining our brotherhood. Here, find him and I'll hand him over to you!"

"Hehe, so the money's mine too?" Da Shan's laughter was even more playful.

"The money belongs to Four-Eyes and Baldy. Do you dare take it?" Tony retorted.

"If you dare, there's nothing I wouldn't dare," Da Shan said. "You take the blame, I'll handle the rest."

"Great!" Tony chuckled. "I'll give you 30% after it's done."

"No, I want half!" Da Shan said proudly.

"Impossible." Tony immediately refused. "At worst, I'll ask the Sun Yee On triad, or I might as well ask Wong Po for help."

"Sun Yee On? Hah, those loan sharks and casino owners, do they even know how to find someone?" Da Shan said with disdain. "Relying on them is less effective than putting up missing person ads."

"As for Wang Bao... Tony, if you ask him for help, you'll get neither money nor his life!"

Tony paused for a moment: "I'll give you 40% at most! And after it's done, you'll have your uncle from the Chaozhou gang speak on our behalf!"

"Okay, I don't care about the percentage, once I find the person, you give me 15 million, and I'll agree to this," Da Shan said.

"Okay, deal!" Tony readily agreed to Da Shan's request.

Upon hearing this, Yu Li couldn't help but sneer.

These two people appeared to have reached a deal, but in his view, they were definitely each harboring their own ulterior motives.

Having read the original storyline, Yu Li knew very well that Tony had no intention of paying for the goods. Now he was asking Da Shan for help finding someone, and no matter what the outcome, Tony would definitely use this as an excuse to refuse payment, blatantly cheating him out of his money.

Moreover, I'm certain that Tony will shift the blame to Dashantou, letting the Number Gang and the Chaozhou Gang fight like dogs.

Most importantly, Tony knew very well that he had already given Aja ten million. Even if he had taken forty million, he would only have thirty million left. He couldn't possibly give Dashan fifteen million. This alone showed that Tony had no sincerity whatsoever.

As for Da Shan, this guy is probably also plotting a double-cross. Even if he finds the person, he'll say he didn't, pocket all the money, and watch Tony and the number fight like dogs.

Of course, Tony certainly had ways to prevent this, after all, he was much smarter than Da Shan.

At this moment, the underlings of both sides had already begun loading the vehicles. Seeing this, Yu Li said to Stinger, "You are the commander of tonight's operation. Don't worry about me. Just get to work."

He paused, then added, "Tony and Tiger are both formidable; they're very skilled fighters. One of you can stay here with me; the rest of you can go help."

"Understood!" Stinger nodded. "Xiao Mei stays. Rose, Bread, and Wasp, let's go check out this tough Vietnamese guy!"

"good!"

After Stinger and the others left, Yu Li picked up his binoculars to watch the show.

"Ah Bao's real name is Yu Li. He used to live in Tai Hing Village, Tuen Mun. But his whole family moved away a few days ago, and we don't know where they went," Tony said. "He has an old mother and a younger sister. As for his father, my brother has already found out his location, and we should be able to catch him tonight."

Cheap old man Yu Tai?

Yu Li raised an eyebrow, but his heart remained completely unmoved.

It was indeed unexpected that Brother Zha could find Yu Tai, but it didn't matter. If he were to meet Yu Tai, Yu Li would only give him a bullet; Yu Tai wouldn't be able to threaten him.

However, Tony's mention of his mother and younger sister did indeed make Yu Li's heart tighten, and a murderous intent arose within him.

The three Vietnamese brothers really have no bottom line; they actually used their family members to threaten each other so decisively.

Da Shan seemed somewhat opposed: "Tony, don't involve family members!"

"Hey, you sell heroin," Tony sneered. "Your stuff has ruined so many families, and now you're telling me you don't have to blame your own family?"

"This is not the same thing!" Dashan said, somewhat annoyed.

"We're in the underworld," Tony said, enunciating each word clearly. "The day we started out in this business, our own lives, our families' lives, were no longer our own to decide! Brother Shan, if you ever want to kill me, just grab Ah Hu and my brother, and I'll definitely run away obediently. It's that simple, Brother Shan, you're not going to refuse because of some damn morality, are you? Fifteen million, how many goods would you have to sell to earn that?"

"Fine!" Brother Shan gritted his teeth. "I'll send someone to find his mother and younger sister!"

"That's more like it," Tony chuckled. "By the way, he has a girlfriend named Qiu Di, and he dotes on her. For her, Ah Bao killed Niu Za, crippled Da Pao, and even risked turning against the three of us brothers. Brother Shan, you know what to do, right?"

"How come I heard that his girlfriend is Hua Niu's cousin?" Da Shan sneered. "If I remember correctly, your older brother went to see Hua Niu, but he was warned by his uncles and got a cold shoulder."

"They were warning the three of us brothers, not you. What are you afraid of?" Tony chuckled. "At worst, just don't kill that girl, okay?"

"You really have no bottom line," Da Shan laughed and cursed. "Fine, since it's a collaboration, I'll handle this!"

"Then I wish us a pleasant and successful collaboration," Tony said.

"It's a pleasure working with you."

Upon hearing this, Yu Li remained expressionless on the surface, but a murderous intent surged within him.

If it weren't for completing the mission, he would have loved to go down there right now and shoot all those bastards.

But he can't do that now.

He told himself secretly, "A small act of impatience can ruin a great plan."

but……

Yu Li quickly sneered.

Tony, don't you have any family?

He immediately picked up his phone and called Viper.

"At the Nanshan Sanatorium, there's an old lady who's the mother of the Vietnamese brothers," Yu Li said coldly to Viper over the phone. "Have someone sneak her out quietly, but don't make things difficult for her. Remember, use secret guards, not people in the open."

"Understood, I'll get on it right away," Viper said.

The three Vietnamese brothers may be vicious and extremely cruel, but they have one great virtue: they are very filial to their mother.

In the original storyline, the scumbag brother ended up in the hands of the police because of his mother.

Thinking of this, Yu Li's heart stirred again.

After the bottom line was crossed, he found it much easier to complete the task.

"Boss, I'll begin the operation in ten seconds!" came the Stinger's voice over the walkie-talkie.

"receive."

Yu Li couldn't help but feel hopeful. He picked up his binoculars and stared intently into the distance.

Unseen by Tony and his team, dozens of shadowy figures were stealthily approaching. Because the outer outposts had been taken down silently, Tony and his team were completely unaware.

Soon, all personnel were in position and stopped in their tracks, following Stinger's tactical instructions.

At one point, all of them rushed out at once!

There were people all around, and these people were very purposeful. They didn't intend to kill, but their aim was to incapacitate their opponents as quickly as possible.

They worked in pairs, with the first person taking down the opponent and the second person immediately taking out prepared cable ties to quickly tie the opponent's hands and feet.

"Oh no! There's a ghost!"

"What's going on!"

"Damn it, someone's double-crossing us!"

A cacophony of shouting came through the headset.

Dashan and the others reacted quickly, immediately drawing their guns in preparation for a counterattack.

Bang bang bang!

Gunshots rang out soon after.

But it wasn't Yu Li's men who fell; it was Da Shan and Tony's men.

The high ground on all sides had long been occupied by the Stingers, who were positioned high above and would shoot anyone who pulled out a gun.

"Put down your guns, or we'll all kill you!" someone shouted through a megaphone. "I'll repeat that: put down your guns, or we'll all kill you!"

boom!

The man was answered by a gunshot.

Tony fired the shot, but fortunately, he could only locate the source of the sound in the dark, and the shot missed.

But this shot also marked the beginning of a chaotic battle between the two sides.

Soon, gunshots rang out all around.

Bullets have no eyes, and both sides suffered casualties. Yu Li learned from the walkie-talkie that one of his men was dead and three were wounded, all by Tony and Ah Hu.

He felt a chill in his heart, yet he also knew that this was unavoidable.

No matter how loyal or capable your subordinates are, they are still flesh and blood, and injuries and deaths are inevitable.

The gunfire continued for more than ten minutes before gradually stopping.

Tony and his men hid behind several cars, barely able to lift their heads.

The Stinger had taken control of all the high ground on all sides, making it impossible for them to return to the warehouse. They could only fight back from behind the vehicles.

Unable to raise their heads, the mercenaries surrounding them stealthily devoured the gangsters who couldn't escape in time, were alone, or had run out of bullets.

These mercenaries were highly disciplined, and gangsters were constantly being captured and bound amidst their terrified screams.

This is where the difference between the regular army and the gangsters becomes apparent.

Da Shan's men were almost powerless to fight back, and Poison Sting's men swiftly and decisively destroyed them.

Even Dashan himself was quickly beaten until his face was covered in blood, tied up, and thrown against the wall.

The Vietnamese gang members were all veterans who had participated in the Vietnam War and seen blood on the battlefield.

But compared to mercenaries who have spent years training in the hail of bullets in Africa, they have been living a life of ease for far too long.

As a result, the Vietnamese gang's men were defeated and captured one by one.

Soon, only Tony and Tiger remained.

"Surrender!" Tony's hoarse voice came from behind the car.

He was desperate; he only had one bullet left, and Ah Hu was also shot.

He was pinned down behind the car and dared not show his face, unable to use his fighting skills at all.

"I don't know which gang you're from, take all the goods and spare our lives!" Tony hissed.

"Throw out the guns!" came the wasp's voice. "Don't try anything funny. I know you have four guns, and you can't lose a single one!"

As mercenaries, they had the ability to tell how many guns the enemy had, shattering Tony's last hope for a counterattack.

"How do I know you won't kill me?" Tony yelled desperately. "If you don't give me a guarantee, I'd rather fight you to the death!"

The wasp chuckled coldly: "You have no choice! Obey and you might live. Disobey and you'll die!"

"Don't say we didn't give you a chance," Sting spoke up. "You two, we'll send four of us to fight you. If you win one, we'll let one of you go!"

"This isn't fair!" Tony, despite his confidence, still managed a flicker in his eyes to buy himself time and an opportunity. He had already called Azar, who was calling people over.

But Poison Sting gave him no time to stall, coldly saying, "I'll count to three. If you don't come out by then, don't blame me for blowing you all up!"

Tony felt a chill run through him; he dared not gamble on whether the other person was bluffing him.

But with so many enemies and such heavy firepower, there's a high probability they have bombs.

"Three, two..."

"I'm coming out!" Tony's dejected voice rang out.

Soon, four guns were thrown out.

Tony helped the wounded Tiger out of the back of the car.

By this time, the mercenaries had tied up all the remaining people, and more than ten of them began to clean up the battlefield, carrying the tied-up people into the warehouse.

But dozens of people completely surrounded Tony and his group, each armed with a gun.

Seeing this, Tony and Tiger were completely heartbroken.

He knew very well that he was likely to die here tonight.

"Who exactly are you people?" Tony gritted his teeth, looking around before finally fixing his gaze on Stinger, Rose, and the others. "You're not gangsters, not even ordinary thugs. You're mercenaries, aren't you?"

"You got it right, but there's no reward." Sting chuckled as he looked at Tony.

"If you're after the goods, can you spare our brothers' lives?" Tony continued to plead for his life. "If you're willing to let our brothers go, we'll even pay a ransom. Name your price, as long as we have it!"

"Don't waste your energy," Sting said with a chuckle. "Our boss will be here soon. He asked me to give you his regards."

"Boss?" Tony asked, puzzled. "Who's your boss? Have I offended him?"
