I'm the King of Curry at Hogwarts

Chapter 150: Five Years of OWL, Three Years of Simulation
"What...what are you going to do?" Vitalie swallowed hard, took out her wand and assumed a defensive stance. She made up her mind that even if this woman used Fiendfire to destroy her masterpiece, she would do everything in her power to protect her snow sculpture!
"Oh ho ho ho, why are you so nervous? Do you think I'm some kind of bad guy?" Catherine covered her mouth with one hand and laughed exaggeratedly.
"You, you, you... I won't believe your nonsense!" Vitalie flicked her wand, casting a protective spell on the snow sculpture.
"Protego Maxima!"
Catherine did nothing but stretch out her foot and place it in front of Christa.
Christa was so engrossed in eating the mochi that she didn't notice Catherine's little tricks. Catherine tripped her, and several mochi in her hands flew high into the air amidst her cries of pain.
Under Vitali's horrified gaze, Christa stumbled a few steps and fell onto the snow sculpture she had painstakingly created.
Well, that's just how it is. Kristassa, being a dragon in her true form, is incredibly strong. Combined with her weight, she cleanly and decisively knocked down the tall snow eagle's legs, causing it to crash to the ground amidst Catherine's somewhat regretful gaze.
Even the most maximal protection is utterly useless against absolute power.
"Oh, what a pity, how could it have fallen over?" Catherine covered her lips with her hand, trying to hide her wildly upturned lips.
After all, they are mother and daughter, and Catherine has inherited quite a bit of Solarian's pink-faced but cunning nature.
Vitali's legs gave way, and she knelt helplessly on the snow.
"My snow sculpture... my snow sculpture..." She stared blankly ahead, muttering to herself. Louis immediately thought of Xianglin's Wife from Mr. Treeman's novel.
"Oh no, Louis's leg is broken." The three kids continued to add insult to injury, with a mix of schadenfreude and glee.
Louis's face darkened. What do you mean Louis's leg is broken? My leg is perfectly fine!
That's clearly the statue's leg that's broken off, what does it have to do with me, Louis!
"Ah, Casey," Louis chuckled, looking at Catherine. "Weren't you busy making snow sculptures? Why are you back?"
"Isn't it because I noticed—" Catherine suddenly stopped, abruptly changing her words, "Isn't it because I came to see how your snow sculpture is going?"
"And what about you?" Louis asked, glancing sideways.
"Look, that's it over there," Catherine pointed to a spot not far away.
A replica of Hogwarts Castle, built to the exact same dimensions, suddenly appeared before his eyes.
"Too...too strong..." Hermione's legs went weak and she collapsed to the ground.
The castle had a tremendous impact on her.
Louis said nothing, silently pulled out the cannon barrel and threw it on the ground.
It's so difficult! Creating a proper snow sculpture is incredibly challenging!
"What's wrong?" Catherine asked with a knowing smile.
"I'm done," Louis said unhappily. He'd given up; there was no way he could surpass Catherine anyway...
"Silly boy," Catherine said with a light laugh, pulling his hand. "Isn't what's mine yours?"
"No, I didn't do it. I wasn't involved at all." Louis pouted, looking like a spoiled child.
"Okay, good boy." Catherine patted his little face and took his hand. "I still have two of the hardest points to do. You have to teach me how to do them. Ugh, I'm so clumsy. It's so hard. Without your help, I don't know what to do..."
Louis immediately perked up, and he took Catherine's hand and led her over, looking very enthusiastic.
It's common knowledge that when educating children, if you command them to "finish your homework," they definitely won't complete the task properly. However, if you say to them, "Mommy isn't very good at this problem, can you teach Mommy?" most children will readily agree.
This is human instinct; the vast majority of humans are fond of teaching.
Catherine also took advantage of this, as well as the human instinct of "feeling needed." Although her acting was somewhat clumsy, it was sweet enough.
The three little ones standing to the side were so overwhelmed by the sweetness of Louis and his wife's love that they couldn't even look at themselves. It was just too sweet!
Only Vitali stood to the side, constantly pouting, looking incredibly jealous.
She wanted to get revenge on Catherine, but she couldn't beat her.
Vitali also believed that if she dared to ruin Catherine's masterpiece, she would suffer a terrible fate.
Even Louis couldn't protect her—more likely, Louis and Catherine would play mixed doubles.
As evening approached, the snow sculpture competition finally came to a successful conclusion, with Catherine and Lewis's Hogwarts Castle winning the unanimous first place.
The prize is ten sets of OWLs practice tests, exclusively sponsored by Moonberry Workshop.
Louis, holding the mock exam questions, was furious. Wasn't this just shooting himself in the foot?
The second and third place winners all received various vouchers, so why did this become a mock exam for him?
Something must be wrong.
Catherine didn't care; she only cared whether Louis was happy—at least Louis was happy when they built the castle together, and that was enough.
The snowball fight took place as scheduled the next day.
Professor Dumbledore only stated two points: first, do not get really angry; second, do not use offensive spells.
Unlike the students who were enjoying their youth to the fullest, Louis was taking a walk on campus with Catherine.
"What a vibrant youth..." Louis remarked, watching his enthusiastic classmates.
"Of course." Catherine smiled gently as she brushed the snowflakes from Louis's hair.
It's true what they say, Louis is a jerk. Back when his senior was sharp-tongued and arrogant, Louis always hoped she would be gentler. But now that she's actually become gentle, Louis is starting to miss the days when they used to banter and argue all the time.
He steeled himself, wanting to see if you could keep up the act any longer...
With that thought in mind, Louis squatted down, grabbed a handful of snow, and, taking advantage of Catherine's inattention, slipped it inside her collar.
"You little rascal!" Catherine was so stimulated by the cold ice and snow that the feeling was too intense. Almost instinctively, she used a bell to hang Louis upside down.
"Is it cold?" Louis grinned slyly, showing no sign of admitting his mistake.
Catherine stomped her foot and put him down, then pounced on him and pressed him down. Seeing that Louis was still joking and laughing with her, Catherine grabbed a piece of snow next to her and pressed it down on Louis's stomach along his clothes.
"Ouch...you silly woman...it's cold..." Louis struggled to fight back.
The end result was that Louis caught a cold...
Drinking Snape's specially made potion, Louise sniffled in his office, looking utterly dejected.
Meanwhile, Catherine, the instigator, got away scot-free. Because of the Christmas holidays, they didn't need to attend classes and could just stay in the office.
"Cassie, I feel unwell." Louis sniffled, putting on a pitiful look.
"Serves you right, who told you to court death?" Catherine said to Louis, but she was actually still concerned about him and poured him a cup of hot water.
"Mom said drinking hot water helps recover from a cold... Oh, I remember now." At this point, Catherine suddenly pointed at Louise: "That's what Aunt Emma said to my mom when she caught a cold while having a snowball fight with her..."
Louis picked up the hot water and remained silent for a moment.
Good heavens, so that's what they were waiting for.
To be fair, hot water does work, and he's not some unreasonable little brat; he just drank it without thinking.
The potion master's potion was indeed effective; within ten minutes of drinking it, the illness was cured.
Louis couldn't help but have a ruthless idea: how much money could he make in the Muggle world if he mass-produced potions?
They're probably going to make a fortune.
But then again, who would complain about having too much money?
As Christmas draws ever closer, the entire school is filled with the festive spirit. Thanks to the tireless efforts of the house-elves and professors, the castle is adorned with numerous Christmas decorations, and the kitchen has prepared special Christmas foods such as gingerbread and eggnog, but hardly anyone is interested.
After all, everyone prefers meat, especially the young wizards, who are all meat lovers and would never think of eating anything else if they could eat meat.
Louis was certainly busy, but he was busy with the Moonberry Workshop.
Christmas is here, so of course it's time to give the employees some perks. Since there's enough moonberry juice in stock to last for six months of famine relief, Louis decided to give them a full month-long vacation, whether they're visiting relatives and friends or doing something else.
The employees were naturally very grateful and spoke highly of Louis to everyone they met. The Daily Prophet also began to boast about Louis's workshop's year-end bonuses and various welfare policies, which made many wizards envious and even wondered why they weren't Squibs.
Every employee received an extra two months' salary as a year-end bonus and enjoyed paid leave—especially Joseph Mills, who was named a "model worker" at the staff meeting due to his exceptional work efficiency throughout the year.
Of course, being a model worker wasn't just some empty reward; it genuinely elevated Joseph's status. The factory had nine employee levels, and model workers automatically became seventh-level employees, enjoying benefits such as a month of paid leave per year and priority employment for their children.
As a result, the employees' enthusiasm for work has soared. Who wouldn't want to become the next model worker and enjoy the benefits?
The profits of Moonberry Workshop are self-evident. This extremely popular product has swept across several continents and has become a darling of the political and business circles. Now, whether it's holding a symposium or doing anything else, as long as you say you have moonberry juice, you are considered successful; otherwise, you will be despised—you don't even have moonberry juice, what kind of meeting are you holding here?
Even among Russians, this approach still works; many have found that drinking moonberry juice gradually reduces their alcohol dependence. However, this doesn't necessarily mean it's effective for them, as many of the new Russian drinkers in recent years aren't due to alcohol dependence, but rather to drown their sorrows.
After resolving the issues at the Moonberry Workshop, Louis returned to school, intending to go home with Catherine.
Despite his words and jokes, he still missed Solanlian very much.
However, an incident soon disrupted his plans.
That afternoon, as he was having Christa pack her things, he saw Ron stumble into his office, shouting, "Something terrible has happened!"
"What's wrong?" Louis went over and helped Ron up. "Tell me slowly."
"Justin... Justin Finley has been petrified... you know, the Ravenclaw one." Ron, not bothering to catch his breath, spoke at breakneck speed, like a machine gun.
It's a shame he doesn't rap; even Eminem would have been impressed by that string of lines he just rapped.
Upon hearing this, Louis put down the towel in his hand, greeted Catherine, and followed Ron to the scene.
On the way, I happened to see Mrs. Pomfrey and a few people carrying Justin toward the medical wing, and they even thoughtfully covered him with a white sheet. Anyone who didn't know better would have thought he had died.
Behind them were several classmates who were close to Justin, as well as Hermione and Hannah.
Following Mrs. Pomfrey and the others to the medical wing, Louis lifted the white sheet and saw Justin's face frozen in disbelief.
Pale and bloodless, he looked terrified.
He was holding a mirror in his hand, pointing it forward, and his gaze was fixed on the mirror.
"Oh... Justin..." Hannah clenched her handkerchief and sobbed softly.
This crying had a significant impact, as it stirred up the atmosphere among the students around her, who began to sob quietly, creating an atmosphere of extreme sadness.
"Alright, stop crying, children." It was Mrs. Pomfrey who spoke. She covered Justin's face with the white sheet again and said to everyone, "Don't worry, he's still alive... Once the mandrakes that Professor Sprout is growing are ripe, he will come back to you, lively and energetic."
"But you all need to be careful. Be mindful when you walk, and don't go out alone, lest you end up like him," Mrs. Pomfrey kindly reminded everyone.
But these words immediately instilled fear in everyone.
Looking at Colin Crevey and Luna covered with white sheets on the side, and then at Justin in front of them, everyone couldn't help but feel a chill.
Nobody wants to be petrified, just lying stiffly on the bed like a corpse.
Being petrified is actually quite unpleasant. According to people who have been petrified, they are still conscious, but they are stuck there and cannot move, which is even more painful than being in a vegetative state.
On the way back, everyone felt a heavy weight in their hearts, but there wasn't much fear, since Louis had gone with them. As the saying goes, when the sky falls, the tall ones hold it up, and as a member of the professors, Louis, even if he wasn't very tall, was certainly strong.
And this "tall guy" naturally took on the responsibility of escorting the students back to their respective common rooms. After watching Ron and Hermione enter the Gryffindor common room, Louis looked down and saw a figure in a black cloak sneaking up the stairs.
