"Alright, let's begin the lesson now."

After spending about fifteen minutes composing himself, Elder Huaizhen picked up the teaching materials with a sense of loss and began today's lesson on the Refining Heart Hall.

When the dantian is fully gathered within the Jade Palace, with the aid of cultivation and elixirs, the previously dull and lifeless pill-shaped dantian can suddenly reveal a dazzling golden light. When the golden light appears, the Golden Core is formed.

Therefore, the Core Formation stage is actually more like a transitional period. During the Foundation Establishment stage, you cultivate the Jade Palace; during the Core Formation stage, you cultivate the Dantian. When the Dantian is complete, you form the Golden Core.

For us, the unorthodox cultivators of the Life-Generating Elixir path, the Core Formation stage is also a transitional period—a genuine transitional period. In fact, those of you who passed through the 'Heart-Refining Purification Pool' yesterday have already become Jade Palace cultivators; and Qian Zhe, Tang Anran, Chen Yu, Zeng... Zeng Yixi, the four of you who successfully generated elixirs, have already formed your cores and are naturally disciples of the Core Formation stage.”

"What?" Chen Yu asked in confusion.

"So fast?" Qian Zhe exclaimed in surprise.

"We've only been here for three days, and we've already advanced a whole realm in just one day!?" Tang Anran asked uneasily.

In other words, once you reach Foundation Establishment, you should form the Core; naturally, there is no question of crossing three major realms. At most, you have simply advanced from Qi Refining to Foundation Establishment in a single day, nothing more.”

"So that's how it is..." Wang Hao murmured as if suddenly realizing something.

"As for the matter of Core Formation itself, that is the focus of our lesson today." At this point, Elder Huaizhen finally opened his eyes, stood up, and began to speak seriously. "There are two types of Core Formation: one is the birth of the Core, and the other is the acquisition of the Core."

In the end, one also needs talent, some opportunities, and comprehension. It takes a lot of painstaking effort to complete the production of a pill."

Aside from geniuses like Su Wanqing, who possess extraordinary spiritual roots unseen in millennia, there are virtually no cultivators who can immediately form a pill after coming into contact with the "Secret Method of Pill Formation." Even I, back then, spent a year forming my first pill.
