Tokyo Jujutsu High School, Principal's Office.

Moth Masamichi leaned back on the sofa, his wounds having been given basic treatment, but his face was still pale.

Li Ren stood by the window, gazing at the campus shrouded in twilight.

Itachi and Sho sat on chairs on the other side, while Kinji leaned lazily against the door frame, with Kirara Hoshi standing beside him.

"The college has been completely controlled by the higher-ups. After I was thrown into the dungeon, they placed at least ten of their trusted confidants in various key positions," Moth said hoarsely.

"What about those teachers who are willing to stand on our side?" Rito asked without turning his head.

"Most of them have been transferred, and the remaining people don't dare to make any rash moves," Night Moth sighed.

"The Tokyo Sorcery Academy is no longer a place to train sorcerers, but a cage for the higher-ups to monitor and control dissidents."

"Then let's break in. I've already agreed to help anyway, so let's go all the way." Kinji casually toyed with a silver coin.

"No." Rito turned around, her gaze calm.

"Forcing our way in will only alert them. Our most important task now is to find the cursed artifact that seals Gojo-sensei."

"So what are your plans?" Kinji asked.

Just as Rito was about to speak, suddenly—

hum! ! !

A massive surge of magical energy emanated from afar, sweeping across the entire space like an invisible giant wave.

The walls shook, fine cracks appeared on the floor, and books fell from the shelves.

"What's going on?!" Itajō suddenly stood up and assumed a fighting stance.

Li Ren's pupils suddenly contracted.

He sensed that it wasn't a single source of magical power.

More than a dozen powerful surges of magical energy erupted simultaneously from all directions of Tokyo, and were being drawn together towards the sky by some force.

"This is..." The silver coin in Shinji's hand fell to the ground with a crisp sound.

He rarely showed a serious expression. "What the hell is that?"

The moth staggered to the window, supporting itself.

The sky has changed.

The night sky, which had been darkened, was now shrouded in a blood-red barrier.

The barrier resembled a giant bowl inverted over Tokyo, its surface swirling with eerie, cursed patterns.

Inside the barrier, countless points of light appeared, each emitting varying degrees of magical energy fluctuations, as faint as fireflies and as bright as stars.

"What are those?" Itachi walked to the window and stared incredulously at the points of light.

Li Ren's expression turned serious.

Death Returns! The Scroll of Destruction has finally unleashed that millennia-old conspiracy.

"This is the return of the dead." Rito's voice rang out in the room, carrying a hint of coldness.

"A massive barrier covering the entire city of Tokyo will drag all the chosen ones into a killing game."

"Returning from the dead?" Kinji frowned. "How did you know?"

Instead of answering the question, Rihito continued, "There is one important reason why the higher-ups in the jutsu world dared to touch Gojo-sensei."

"They received a promise from Maki, who told them that as long as Gojo Satoru was sealed away, he would leave Japan after the Death Extinction Tour ended."

"Rolling Rope?" Moth was taken aback. "That cursed mage?"

"He's no ordinary curse caster." Rito turned around, his gaze sweeping over everyone present.

"He is a sorcerer from a thousand years ago who possesses Xia Youjie's body, has the ability to manipulate spirits, and has the means to transfer his soul into different containers to survive to this day."

"He orchestrated all of this: the Shibuya Incident, Gojo-sensei's sealing, and now the Death Returns."

Li Ren paused for a moment: "I learned all of this from the True Man's top-tier cursed spirit."

Faced with this inexplicable answer, Rinto could only leave it all to the real person.

After all, the return journey of death has already begun, proving that the real person has already died at the hands of Juan Suo.

A brief silence fell over the room.

Just then, a series of hurried footsteps came from outside the door, and the door was pushed open.

It's a family-owned glass.

She looked exhausted, her white coat stained with blood. She glanced at everyone in the room and said in a deep voice, "Fushiguro and Kugizaki's injuries have stabilized for now."

Hadana suddenly turned her head: "How are they?"

"Fukuguro has several broken ribs, and the internal bleeding has been brought under control, but he still needs to rest for at least a week. Kugizaki's curse power is severely depleted, and he has multiple fractures. Although he is out of danger, he will not be able to fight for a while."

Ieyasu leaned against the door frame, her voice weary.

"I have arranged for them to stay in the basement wards of the logistics building, which is relatively safe."

Li Ren nodded.

"Thank you for your hard work, Mr. Ieiri."

"And you?" Suddenly, Shoko Ieiri looked at the blood-red barrier outside the window. "What's that?"

"The journey of death and destruction," Rihito replied succinctly. "We'll be going in soon."

Ieiri Shoko frowned.

"What about Fushiguro and Kugizaki? They won't be happy if they find out they've been abandoned."

"There's no time. The longer this drags on, the more dangerous it will be for Gojo-sensei." Rito's gaze was resolute.

"By the time we get back, they should have recovered somewhat," Itadori said in a low voice.

Shoko Ieiri glanced at them and sighed, "Don't die."

"Don't worry." Kinji grinned. "I'm a gambler. I won't let this bet end prematurely."

"What should we do after we get in?" Itadori asked.

Rito took a deep breath and said slowly, "We need to find someone."

"Who?" asked Kinji.

"Kurasu Hana." Rito said the name, his gaze hardening.

"She possesses the 'Angel' spell, which is the only power capable of breaking the seal on Gojo-sensei."

"Angelic spell?" A hint of surprise flashed in Moth's eyes.

"Yes." Rito nodded.

"That's a technique specifically designed to counter curses and seals, capable of purifying all impurities. Once we find her and get her to release the seal on the prison gate, Gojo-sensei will be able to leave."

"Prison Gate? That thing is a legendary top-grade cursed artifact." Kinji raised an eyebrow.

"That's why we need the Angelic Formula," Rito said.

"But...where is she?" Itadori asked.

Rito pointed to the blood-red barrier outside the window.

"Inside, the cycle of death has begun. We must enter the barrier and find her."

"Going into that hellhole? That doesn't sound good." Kinji whistled.

"This is indeed bad," Rito admitted.

"The rules of Death Return are simple: you get a certain number of points for each person you kill."

"Once you reach 100 points, you can make any request to the barrier, which means that everyone inside is an assassin."

"Wouldn't we be sending ourselves to our deaths if we went in?" Kinji asked.

"Yes." Rito looked directly into Kinji's eyes.

"But this may be our only chance. The magnum opus has already begun its operation. If we don't rescue Gojo-sensei as soon as possible, it will be too late."

Silence fell in the room once again.

The first to break the silence was Huzhang.

"I'll go." His voice was calm and firm.

"Yujin..." Zhang Xiang looked at him.

"Gojo-sensei was sealed away because of me. If it weren't for protecting me, he wouldn't have been targeted. So I have to save him." Itadori clenched his fist.

Zhang Xiang was silent for a moment, then nodded: "I'll go too."

Kinji looked at Itadori, then at Bulgo, and finally his gaze fell on Rito.

"What about you? Are you really going?"

"I have no choice." Rito's voice was calm, but his eyes burned with an unwavering determination.

Kinji remained silent for a moment, then grinned.

"Interesting. Since you're all going, I certainly can't be absent. After all, I'm a gambler; how can I miss such a big gamble?"

Xing Qiluo sighed softly, but did not speak.

Rito walked to the window and pushed it open.

The night wind, carrying the smell of gunpowder from afar, rushed in and ruffled his hair.

"Let's go." He turned around and looked at his companions behind him.

"Go find Kurusu Hana and rescue Gojo-sensei."

Itadori clenched his fist, his gaze turning serious, while Kinji and Kirara straightened up from the door frame.

"Then stop dawdling," Kinji said with a grin.

Rito nodded and was the first to climb out of the window, landing on the ground.

His companions followed one after another behind him.

In the darkness, the group disappeared into the shadows at the end of the streetlights, heading towards the blood-red barrier.

Behind them, Masamichi Nobi stood by the window, watching their figures disappear.

"You must come back alive..."
