After this second primordial spirit is refined, something similar to a true spirit must be cultivated from it, otherwise it will be unable to bear the opposite of the Great Dao.

But how to transform "qi" into spirit? That's a big question.

"Thank you, senior," Luo Zu said gratefully.

"Fellow Daoist Wu Shi, you're a senior who gave me benefits. You're such a greedy kid," Hunyuan Jindou grumbled incessantly.

Luo Zu was happy to endure His nagging, after all, He had given him benefits, so what was a little noise?

"Boy, come with me." Hunyuan Jindou urged.

Transforming "Qi" into spirit is no easy task, and Luo Zu has only recently achieved the perfection of the Five Qi Convergence. Taking this step requires some foundation, at least to firmly establish oneself in the Five Qi Convergence realm.

However, judging from the meaning of Hunyuan Jindou, He can help Luo Zu leap to this realm without having to force the seedlings to grow.

What one sees is green mountains and clear waters, red flowers and purple leaves, with spiritual energy accumulating like colorful glass. Although the Great Dao is not as complicated as it is "now", it is still wonderful and easy to sense.

What kind of Western concept is this? There is not a trace of barrenness; it is even comparable to the environment near Buzhou Mountain "now".

Before Luo Zu could study it in detail, he suddenly heard a soft shout calling out.

"I am Rahu, now opening the way in the primordial wilderness, expounding the Dharma to all sentient beings."

What era is this? Luo Zu now had a clear idea.

However, the legends of this era never reached the present. Even though Luo Zu inquired about the past history of the prehistoric world in the Kunlun Mountains, and although the three races of dragon, phoenix and qilin fought for supremacy and the era of the Three Sovereigns also existed, this Rahu never appeared.

Now, however, he has been sent to this era.

Luo Zu couldn't help but wonder if he had truly benefited, or if he was about to be used as a pawn again.

Fortunately, nothing unexpected happened afterward. Only a series of phantoms appeared before his eyes, and a hazy, indistinct figure accompanied by the sound of preaching and expounding the Dharma fell into his sight.

As he listened, Luo Zu actually grasped the secret of transforming "qi" into spirit.

"Is this what it means to open the way and expound the Dharma?" Luo Zu's heart stirred.

Therefore, Rahu is also a pioneer in the current cultivation realm of the prehistoric world, but he is not visible in the "present" due to certain events.

This Rahu then pioneered the cultivation of the Golden Immortal realm.

However, he only heard about the second step of the Golden Immortal realm. When he tried to hear about the subsequent Golden Immortal realms, he felt dizzy and his mind returned to the "present".

Time remained unchanged, without a single movement, and neither the Daoist Duobao nor the Antarctic Immortal discovered that he had traveled to the extremely distant past.

But Luo Zu already had a direction for the second step of becoming a Golden Immortal. All that was left was for things to happen naturally. After being exposed to the passage of time, his second primordial spirit would gradually be created.

The Taoist method explained by Luo Hou is the so-called "Three Corpses Method". Yes, severing the three corpses is not the method of becoming a saint in the ancient novels, but the precursor to the second step of the Golden Immortal realm.

The Five Elements are sought externally and then internally, while the Three Corpses Method only seeks internally and not externally. Luo Zu has already sought externally, so the next step is to seek internally in order to refine the second primordial spirit.

Therefore, it was quite wonderful that this Three Corpses Technique fell upon him.

The Three Corpses Method involves cutting off one's own desires, from which a divine soul gradually emerges, from which a second true spirit is born, and finally, the true spirit becomes a Dao fruit.

However, there are still a few key points missing in the middle of this Three Corpses Method. It is necessary to harm the heavens and harm life in order to replenish oneself and make the second divine soul and the second true spirit complete.

As for how to harm nature and life, it is to damage living beings and absorb their spirituality, which is precisely the place that can be filled by the Five Elements Returning to the Origin.

Perhaps the Five Qi Gathering at the Origin evolved from the Three Corpse Method, and it was derived from these harmful and destructive methods.

The Five Qi Convergence will be much gentler. Starting from oneself, one can sense the five elements and five directions of Qi in the world. Even if one has not comprehended the Great Dao of the Five Elements, one can still sense the subtle creation within them and, with the help of the power of heaven and earth, refine a second primordial spirit.

The deeper Luo Zu pondered, the more insights he gained. Perhaps in that thought, the first step for a Golden Immortal was not the Five Qi Gathering, but the Three Corpses Technique, which involved severing the three corpses and then directly harming the heavens and the living, thereby achieving a second divine soul.

Rahu must have had a very good reputation during those years, but later, because the heavens and earth were severely damaged, he suffered a calamity...

Of course, this is just Luo Zu's own speculation. He doesn't know why Luo Hou didn't leave his name. Perhaps even if he becomes a Great Luo, he won't know. After all, now only projections of the River of Time remain. The real River of Time has been hidden, and only the Great Luo Wuji can verify this history.

However, it is more likely that this period of time could not be traced, and it was erased by some powerful figures.

After much thought, Luo Zu realized that the Hunyuan Golden Cauldron had truly given him an opportunity, but not directly. He still had to comprehend it himself and could not directly use the Three Corpses Technique. Instead, he had to deduce from it a method suitable for him to cultivate his second primordial spirit.

But who instructed the Hunyuan Golden Cauldron to deliver this opportunity? Was it the Shangqing Sage? Or another sage? Or perhaps the Dao Ancestor?

Luo Zu now dares to contemplate the existence of Dao Zu. After all, he has reached the level of Golden Immortal and should know about Hongjun Ancestor. In fact, there are legends of His ancestor everywhere in the prehistoric world. However, in the past, he was just a nobody and was not worthy of knowing about him. Considering the primordial history that has been arbitrarily altered, Luo Zu couldn't help but wonder if the history he was hearing about Luo Hou Dao Zu was fabricated, specifically made up for him.

Moreover, he had no way to verify this with anyone, since Hunyuan Jindou had already said that this history had been intercepted by Hongjun Daozu. Among the Daoist friends that Luozu knew, only Antarctic Immortal Weng had been practicing the Dao since the time of the Three Races' War of Hegemony. The rest of the Daoist friends were all "younger generations".

No, that's not right either. He also knows Ancestor Hongyun and Zhen Yuanzi...

However, Hunyuan Jindou added a patch to his words, saying that He had also forgotten this history and only "remembered" it after being enlightened by Shangqing Sage.

"Forget it, just focus on your cultivation. Once you reach a high enough level, these things won't matter anymore, and all your doubts and problems will be easily solved."

After comforting himself in this way, he settled this memory in his primordial spirit world and stopped thinking about it in the primordial world.

He then bid farewell to Daoist Duobao and the Antarctic Immortal, and returned to his cave to enter seclusion.

Cultivation is inherently a difficult task. When things go smoothly, all is well; when every step is fraught with obstacles, it is arduous. When troubled by all sides, nothing is accomplished. In the end, it is like trying to catch the moon's reflection in a well, and all cultivation is like a dream or a bubble.

Therefore, Luo Zu always felt that spiritual cultivation still required cultivating the mind.

When cultivating, it is best to first clear your mind of all distracting thoughts and focus your mind on the Tao. Only in this way can you achieve success in your cultivation.

At other times, I also have many distracting thoughts, so I let them grow, which can be considered a form of relaxation outside of my spiritual practice.

Therefore, the Supreme Pure Heart Sutra, bestowed by the Sage of Taiqing, is truly useful. Every time I use it, my mind becomes much more relaxed. It is indeed the best method for cultivation.

After sealing up his secluded cave, Luo Zu instructed his divine consciousness clone in Luo Xiang to notify him immediately if anything happened. If the situation was urgent and would endanger the entire tribe, he would use the faith that the human race had stored in the Fire Cloud Cave for many years to propel him to the True God realm of the Divine Path. This realm would allow him to directly contend with Golden Immortals and buy him a lot of time.

If the situation were to become even more urgent, at this point it would be almost as if the powerful demon race would abandon all pretense and personally come to destroy the cavemen. At that time, everyone would lie down, and Luo Zu would directly use the power of the myriad heavens in his heart to take them all in.

If he can't collect them in time, there's no need to panic. Luo Zu can still collect their souls into the myriad heavens of the heart, where they can reincarnate and become lively, energetic children again.

After explaining all this, Luo Zu began to circulate the Supreme Pure Heart Sutra, discarding distracting thoughts and purifying his mind.
