Ground football: Ronaldo thought I was going to assist him

The tragedy of Sporting Lisbon: they escaped Kaiserslautern but couldn't escape Bayer Leverkusen! Former key player in Kaiserslautern's miracle, Ballack, refuses to discuss Bayern Munich!

Bayern Munich are interested in signing Michael Ballack, who has surpassed 20 goals and 10 assists across all competitions this season!

Bayer Leverkusen defeated Sporting Lisbon to become the biggest winner in this season's Champions League.

If they make it to the Champions League semi-finals, the market value of their players will increase by at least two to three million euros.

The value of key players can increase several times over – provided they are not poached by Bayern Munich.

Many people may dislike Bayern's reputation as a "Bundesliga talent scout," thinking that everyone else is bringing in excellent players, so why does Bayern get such a bad reputation?

For example, Dortmund poached players, Werder Bremen poached players, and other top clubs in other leagues also poached players.

But it's really not quite the same.

Other teams call it "recruiting players," but only Bayern calls it "poaching players."

Bayern Munich's signings have two characteristics: first, the transfer fees are significantly lower than market prices.

This is not just about leveraging the team's appeal. Real Madrid, Manchester United, and Juventus also have appeal, but why are their signings always at market price or even at a premium?

Bayern Munich used a series of peripheral means here, including their regional influence and the power to reserve national team players.

It's no exaggeration to say that the Bundesliga is their youth training base.

The second is Bayern's signings, which often involve key players from teams in the Bundesliga that pose a threat to their dominance.

They maintain their Bundesliga dominance through non-competitive factors, even though they could have continued to dominate purely from a competitive standpoint.

This is not about making me stronger if you are strong, but about making you weak even if I am strong, which goes against the essence of "higher, faster, stronger" in sports.

The effect of this acquisition is that even if these core players are useless to me, I still dismantle your lineup and eliminate your threat to us.

Kaiserslautern, Bayer Leverkusen, Werder Bremen, Schalke 04, and Borussia Dortmund all collapsed in this way.

Poaching one or two core players like these would be more damaging than buying half your team.

Barcelona did this to Arsenal once, and it cemented their place in the annals of transfer history as a shameful act.

As for Bayern Munich... well, you could say they've gotten a good deal, so they're not going to play the victim.

Operating an excavator openly and honestly is actually quite cool; many wealthy families envy this kind of environment.

……

April 7th, the 30th round of the Portuguese Super League.

Matthäus returns, while Duncan remains sidelined with injury.

Sporting Lisbon defeated Marítimo 2-0, bringing their league points total to 67, six points ahead of Porto.

In theory, they could successfully defend their Portuguese league title as early as the next match.

After the match, media outlets filmed the scene outside the Alvalade Stadium, sparking discussion.

Four concert-level stages were set up around the Alvalade Stadium, facing east, west, south, and north.

It has a large screen, sound system, seating area, and standing area.

In terms of scale, it can accommodate tens of thousands of people in total.

Dongqiudi reported on the background of the project: "Alvalade Stadium punished for Champions League, home games to be played behind closed doors."

"Considering the feelings of the fans and the survival of the team, the club, despite already losing two million euros on ticket sales, has invested heavily in building four temporary concert-level stages, which are provided to the fans free of charge."

"Priority seating will be given to Sporting Lisbon registered fans, those with proof of two or more years of social security contributions in the Lisbon area, and Chinese fans, among others."

"We hope everyone will actively participate and support the team off the field! Be the team's twelfth man!"

This is...

How can one word describe how incredibly sexy she is!

Barcelona and Bayer Leverkusen immediately filed a complaint against Sporting Lisbon.

The latter complaint is justified. After all, the effect of Leverkusen playing at your empty home stadium is different from playing at your home stadium surrounded by tens of thousands of people.

The atmosphere in the stadium has a significant impact on the outcome and the quality of the game.

But Barcelona... is simply unilaterally dissatisfied with Sporting Lisbon's exploitation of loopholes.

After all, this was a home game for them played in an empty stadium.

In the first leg of the Champions League quarter-final, Manchester United thrashed La Liga side Deportivo La Coruña 2-0 at home.

Van Nistelrooy scored a goal, bringing his total to nine, surpassing Cristiano Ronaldo and Thierry Henry to lead the Champions League top scorer list.

Liverpool beat Real Madrid 1-0 at home, with Michael Owen shining once again to deliver the decisive blow.

Barcelona defeated Bayern Munich 3-1 away from home, with Quaresma delivering a superb performance, scoring two goals and providing one assist, earning him the Man of the Match award.

Logically speaking, Barcelona's performance should be the most reliable.

With a two-goal lead and three away goals, it would be difficult for them to lose.

However, the empty stadium at home in the second leg gave Bayern a glimmer of hope.

The empty Camp Nou may be full of uncertainties.

The result is that Sporting Lisbon can find ways to avoid the same punishment, so why can't Barcelona?

This stunt demonstrates, at least in terms of attitude, that Sporting Lisbon takes the match far more seriously than Barcelona.

Barcelona fans are naturally unhappy that they can't watch the games.

Even the Barcelona players felt that the club had not fully exercised its initiative and fulfilled its due responsibilities, which led to considerable dissatisfaction with the club.

It is widely believed that Sporting Lisbon's management and marketing department are far superior to those of Barcelona.

Following Sporting Lisbon's actions, registered fans surged, and the number of fans and followers on various platforms also increased significantly.

Every football fan hopes to be treated with such seriousness.

Barcelona's management was speechless at this.

Sporting Lisbon lost one or two million euros on ticket sales.

But we lost a whopping five or six million euros!

How much would it cost them to build the stage?

We spent at least three or four times more money building our stage than they did.

Moreover, personnel management, project reporting, etc... If this is Barcelona's Champions League victory parade, is it really worth the team worrying about this so much?

We messed up a mere quarter-final second leg match like this, and people will think that Barcelona has never made it to the quarter-finals or semi-finals!

They are different sizes, so they cannot be compared directly.

Smaller clubs tend to have a stronger sense of community and offer better service in terms of details.

But the prestige of a big club makes it easier to show off. There are more fans, more girls, and it's easier to play frisbee with girls in the second half!

This is similar to how, with the same cost of around 200,000, domestic cars sell for around 200,000, which benefits consumers, while Mercedes-Benz sells for over 400,000, but owners can save 500 to 2,000 every night.

On April 8, Bayer Leverkusen arrived in Lisbon a day early to prepare for tomorrow's match.

On the morning of April 9th, Dongqiudi (a sports betting platform) published another photo on its headline.

The website crashed within three minutes.

Guess what it is?

I like playing football on the ground: Ronaldo thought I was going to assist him.
