Ground football: Ronaldo thought I was going to assist him

People like this are just shameless.

And now, rumors are circulating that Barcelona wants Ronaldinho to succeed Rivaldo.

Sporting Lisbon has firmly stated that "this is not for sale."

However, if Barcelona can offer a record transfer fee, Sporting Lisbon would not refuse.

After all, Ronaldinho really wanted to be the core of the team after learning a lesson from Deng Kai.

Otherwise, this year's support role would have been wasted on Kaito Kid.

Regarding the Premier League...

The League Cup champions are Blackburn Rovers. As a newly promoted team in the Premier League this year, it is quite remarkable that they were able to win a cup title.

But in England, the FA Cup carries more weight than the EFL Cup.

Arsenal won the FA Cup.

Moreover, Arsenal defeated Manchester United and Liverpool to win the Premier League title.

Liverpool originally had a chance to compete with Arsenal for the Premier League title.

They kept the suspense until the final round.

Their Portuguese defensive starlet Gilop, on loan from Ajax, performed brilliantly and at one point held up the team's defense.

However, Simão, who was acquired from Barcelona and greatly strengthened Liverpool, was injured during training.

As expected, Liverpool faltered and failed to capitalize on their opportunities.

Manchester United finished third.

This year's England champions have a connection with Manchester United.

In the 1994-1995 season, Blackburn Rovers won the Premier League title, shattering Manchester United's dream of a three-peat.

In the 1997-1998 season, Arsenal won the Premier League title, shattering Manchester United's dream of a three-peat.

Now, Arsenal have personally ended Manchester United's three-peat in the Premier League.

It has to be said, these are indeed mortal enemies.

Finally, regarding Serie A.

Parma avenged Juventus's poaching of Buffon and Thuram in the Italian Cup, successfully defeating Juventus to win the Italian Cup.

In terms of leagues, Serie A is arguably the most exciting.

It's a pity that Florence, once a formidable team, was relegated so early in the season.

Inter Milan, Juventus, and Roma all have a chance to win the championship.

Meanwhile, AC Milan, Bologna, Chievo, and Lazio will all be locked in a fierce battle for the last Champions League qualifying spot.

In the final round, Inter Milan will face Lazio directly.

In this match, Lazio's Poborsky was expected to dominate Inter Milan's flanks, causing Ronaldo to shed tears of regret after missing out on the Serie A title.

However, this time, Inter Milan, having signed Viana, did not give head coach Cuper a chance to make a mistake.

Despite Cooper fielding the legendary Gresco at full-back, he has caused his team to miss out on the championship in the final round for two consecutive years.

This should have been the third year.

His abilities are suited to playing as a winger, not a full-back.

With Cooper's whimsical idea of pairing Recoba and Gresco as a "fast lane wing," Poborsky quickly cleared the level.

But Viana promptly corrected Cooper's mistake in the locker room.

Because Deng Kai frequently suggested tactical changes to Triguera and Maxa before, after, and during halftime, Viana gradually learned some of these techniques from observing them.

As a result, Viana's proposal was endorsed by a series of players, including Ronaldo, Vieri, Zanetti, and Seedorf.

Ultimately, Cooper had to drop Recoba and bring on a defensive midfielder.

With this move, they successfully stifled Poborsky's performance and won the Serie A title.

After the match, Ronaldo and Vieri were moved to tears.

After winning the title in 1988-1989, Inter Milan finally returned to the top of Serie A, living up to their reputation as a powerhouse in the league.

Moratti even rushed onto the field and hugged Viana tightly with a series of kisses.

Moratti is fully aware of everything that happened in the locker room.

He promised the Inter Milan players on the spot that he would bring in a head coach next season who would better match their expectations.

Based on his description, he almost said the name Maxa.

Juventus thus finished second in the league, Roma third, and AC Milan made it to fourth place, just in time for Serie A.

Chievo finished fifth, and Lazio sixth.

At this point, only two matches remain in the entire European competition.

May 9th.

The UEFA Cup final has officially begun.

Mourinho's Feyenoord's young player Robin van Persie made a threatening start and performed admirably.

Feyenoord also scored two goals with Van Persie's support.

You know, this is Porto.

This is a top-tier defensive team.

Unfortunately, Deco carried the entire game.

With two assists and one goal, he was named Man of the Match and helped his team defeat Feyenoord 3-2, reaching the pinnacle of European competition.

Porto's star striker, Jardel, scored twice and delivered an outstanding performance.

Suddenly, people exclaimed that even the secondary leagues could have a bright future.

In the subsequent press interview, the "Special One" Mourinho stole the show.

He became the first manager to predict at the start of the season that his team would win the UEFA Cup.

Although his original words were, "If we also played in the UEFA Cup, we could also win it."

Reporter: "Mourinho, you've taken Porto from an ordinary European competition team to the top of European competitions, making them the best team in Portugal. What's your secret?"

"We noticed that you used to work as a translator in Barcelona."

Mourinho shook his head: "I did work at Barcelona for a period of time, but it wasn't a pleasant experience, and I don't want people to talk about it too much."

"Also, I have to correct you, Porto is the best team in this year's UEFA Cup, and one of the best teams in European competitions. But we are not the best team in Portugal, at least not this year."

"Even so, it's very upsetting for our management, fans, players, and even myself. But we have to accept this fact. Only by recognizing the gap can we strive to catch up and make up for it."

"Sporting Lisbon is the best team in Portugal this year. Of course, I also hope they are the best team in all of Europe this year. That way, clubs all over Europe will know what we've been through!"

Mourinho's comments have put Sporting Lisbon in the spotlight.

The UEFA Cup champions say Sporting Lisbon is stronger and hope they can beat Real Madrid.

This……

Is the Portuguese league planning to sweep all the European trophies this year?

This is insane!

Bild: "The Portuguese league is on a tear! Porto takes the lead, but can Sporting Lisbon rise to the occasion?"

Kicker: "Mourinho: We are one of the best teams in Europe, but not the best team in Portugal!"

Sky Sports: "Deco, Portugal's best midfielder: Ke is underrated by everyone; he's an incredible player. In my eyes, he's Zidane!"

The Times: "Sporting Lisbon may not have a top striker, but they have a top midfield, and they are able to create more chances!"

I like playing football on the ground: Ronaldo thought I was going to assist him.
