Ground football: Ronaldo thought I was going to assist him

After Cole left, Van Nistelrooy asked Ferguson for the number.

However, Ferguson told Van Nistelrooy, "Your number 10 jersey is already very good. I'm afraid you won't be able to handle this number 9. I have other uses for it."

result……

So this is for Cristiano Ronaldo!

In addition, Ferguson previously stated that "Cristiano Ronaldo is the ideal player in his mind."

Fanny was undoubtedly jealous.

He single-handedly carried Manchester United across three competitions last season, like a god, and yet you won't even give me the number nine jersey?

Ferguson: You failed in all three lines, which means you weren't destined for it, Fan Zi!

Before they even met, a rift had already begun to develop between the two Manchester United strike duo, Van Nistelrooy and Ronaldo.

Their future is uncertain.

……

Of course.

In the ranking of the most shocking transfers this summer, Cristiano Ronaldo's transfer to Manchester United can only be second.

Firstly, Ronaldo joined Real Madrid for a transfer fee of 45 million euros!

The Galacticos, one superstar a year, for three consecutive years, have officially taken off!

That's the influence of a World Cup champion!

This goes beyond rational thinking at the competitive level.

Inter Milan, who had previously insisted that Ronaldo would never leave, had no choice but to turn around and spend 40 million euros to take away Lazio's Argentine striker Crespo!

Then, they added 23 million euros to Cannavaro's contract, completing the season's signings.

As a player who was at the peak of his ability, played in Serie A for nine years, won a UEFA Cup, two Italian Cups, and an Italian Super Cup for Mallorca, and was named Serie A's best defender in 1999, his market value was only 23 million euros.

This shows just how outrageous the market value of players like Barzagli, Drogba, Imbula, Pepe, and Kaká really is.

Most of them had only played in the Portuguese league for two years; before that, the league level was either lower or even amateur.

Some have calculated that Sporting Lisbon has made a net profit of over 160 million euros in transfers during this window!

Given the current shrinkage in the market, and considering the unspoken rule of discounts for bundled player purchases, this could even buy the entire starting eleven of Real Madrid!

Isn't this absolutely mind-blowing?

Sporting Lisbon is completely corrupt in both matches and transfers!

It can be called the epitome of football clubs worldwide.

In short, a classic among classics!

……

Fan Zhiyi joins Cardiff City for another year!

Manchester City has begun its move.

Manchester City fans, however, are disappointed with Mansour's moves this summer.

Look at Manchester United next door.

Cristiano Ronaldo!

Ferdinand!

Now look at us.

Deschamps, assistant coach.

Qu Bo, a loaned player.

They're both in Manchester, so why is there such a big difference?

Some well-informed Manchester City fans have even learned that Ferguson seems to have his eye on Duncan. Only with both players on the roster can Manchester United contend with the ultimate Galacticos!

Although Manchester United no longer has transfer funds.

But... Deng Kai doesn't want a transfer fee!

He's a free agent!

"Of course, I know your attitude, and I also really like Manchester United." Deng Kai looked at Beckham's name on the screen and listened to Ferguson's voice on the phone, who had scolded Beckham countless times.

I'm not Cao Wei, and this is how you repay me?

"As long as the salary isn't a problem, I'm ready to join Manchester United anytime!" Duncan offered Ferguson a way out.

Ferguson was also very satisfied.

I finally won over Deng Kai.

But the very next day, the club's transfer staff came to Ferguson.

They said they couldn't meet Deng Kai's demands.

Ferguson was surprised.

That shouldn't be the case.

Ferguson made all the promises: a guaranteed starting position, guaranteed playing time, and tactical compatibility.

He even hinted to Duncan that if he came to Manchester United, the club would build a completely new tactical system around him.

This is not because Ferguson was humble.

The main reason is that Ferguson's tactical continental reforms coincided with Duncan's technical style.

Isn't that just a coincidence?

Deng Kai had absolutely no reason to refuse.

"Where did things go wrong?" Ferguson asked.

Staff member: "Salary."

Ferguson: "Salary? Are you kidding me? I told you, even if he wants a top salary, we can give it to him! Are you taking my words for granted?"

The staff member said helplessly, "It is indeed the maximum salary, but we... are afraid we can't afford it."

Ferguson was speechless: "I know those damn bosses have a problem with me giving Keane a top salary. They have no idea what Keane means to Manchester United. Just like Markieff Morrison did for Real Madrid, anyone who underestimates them will be punished."

This summer, Manchester United and Keane completed a contract extension.

Keane has secured the Premier League's new top salary of £90,000 per week!

Converted to an annual salary, it would be approximately six million euros.

This is very close to the highest salary in world football.

The highest-paid player in world football right now is Zinedine Zidane, who transferred to Real Madrid last year. His annual salary is about 6.5 million euros, which is only slightly more than Keane's.

If you give Deng Kai a top Premier League salary of six million euros, for a five-year contract.

Considering the player's development, Deng Kai's age, and his contributions to the team, over the course of five years, Deng Kai received approximately five to nine million euros more.

It seems Manchester United got the short end of the stick.

But Deng Kai didn't receive a transfer fee.

His transfer fee cannot be lower than Cristiano Ronaldo's.

For players like this, their salaries should be higher.

So by signing Duncan, Manchester United not only didn't lose money, but actually made a profit of around 40 million euros!

Can't you even do basic math?

But the next moment, Ferguson blurted out, "Oh! Damn it! Did you make a mistake?"

Deng Kai's salary requirements do not include the Premier League's top salary of six million euros.

It's not the world's highest salary of 6.5 million euros.

Instead... a weekly wage of 150,000 pounds.

That translates to... nine million euros!

It's half the price of Zidane!

In the current economic climate... even Ronaldo, who just signed with Real Madrid, didn't have this many!

And there are far fewer than that!

I like playing football on the ground: Ronaldo thought I was going to assist him.
