Huayu: From "Good Fortune Across the Sky" to becoming a top star

Chapter 30: Wasn't it the time to call for Daddy last night?

"Is it ready?" Sun Yining asked.

Jiang Xun looked at the three clips he had filmed and felt that something was missing.

"Something's missing." He stroked his chin. "If you don't mind, I can lend you my shirt; it might feel better that way."

Sun Yining's cheeks flushed even more, and she couldn't help but cough twice.

But seeing Jiang Xun's serious and open expression, she simply nodded.

Jiang Xun didn't hesitate. He took off his suit jacket right by the bed, unbuttoned his shirt, and handed her the white shirt, revealing his well-defined upper body.

"Go inside and change."

Sun Yining bit her lower lip, took the shirt, and went into the bathroom.

A moment later, she poked her head out: "Stockings...do I need to take them off?"

Jiang Xun is 1.83 meters tall, so his shirt is naturally too long for Sun Yining. If she takes off her stockings, it will just cover the middle of her thighs.

"Take it off."

Sun Yining shrank back, and came out a moment later.

Her long hair was draped over her shoulders, and her white shirt hung loosely over her shoulders, the hem just covering her upper thighs.

The shirt collar was slightly open, revealing a section of collarbone and snow-white skin. The whole person had shed the previous deliberate look and gained a touch of laziness and casualness.

"Unbutton the top two more buttons," Jiang Xun instructed.

Sun Yining obediently did as she was told.

The shirt collar was opened a little wider, revealing glimpses below the collarbone, which looked particularly alluring under the warm yellow light.

She lay back down on the bed and followed Jiang Xun's instructions to perform a few poses.

But halfway through the shoot, Jiang Xun noticed a problem: she wasn't wearing leggings.

The hem of her shirt rose slightly with her movements, revealing glimpses of its black edge. It wasn't lace, but it was still incredibly arousing.

Jiang Xun took a deep breath and forced himself to focus his attention on the camera.

"Okay, last one, approved."

He stood up to get the camera, but tripped over something.

Whether it's the bed sheet, the power cord, or even my own shoelaces, there's no time to think about it anymore.

His body suddenly lurched forward, and he fell off the chair, landing squarely on Sun Yining.

Their skin was pressed tightly together through the thin shirts.

Sun Yining trembled all over, as if she had been scalded, and her cheeks instantly burned.

Jiang Xun's face was almost touching hers in that instant, and her breath could be heard.

He quickly realized what was happening, and placed his hands on either side of her head, managing to create a small distance between them.

"I'm sorry, it was an accident." His voice was a little strained.

Sun Yining blushed and stared at the pair of clear yet flustered eyes so close to her. She was frozen in place, unable to react.

"It's...it's okay," she finally managed to say.

Jiang Xun supported himself with his hands for a long time, and his arms began to ache.

His stamina was very selective; sometimes it was terrifyingly strong, and sometimes it was pitifully weak. Especially at times like this, his breathing became heavier and heavier, and both his arms began to tremble slightly.

His face slowly moved closer to hers.

Sun Yining closed her eyes.

The next second, their lips touched.

"Hmm..." she let out a soft hum, as if surprised, or perhaps tacitly agreeing.

Things have developed to this point, and it's no longer within Jiang Xun's control.

His hands suddenly regained their strength, and instead of supporting themselves on the bed, they wrapped around her waist.

The kiss deepened.

Only the intertwined breathing of the two people remained in the room, along with the faint sound of cruise ship horns drifting from the Huangpu River outside the window.

.........

The next morning, Jiang Xun was awakened by his phone vibrating.

Sun Yining was still fast asleep beside me, breathing evenly.

He opened his phone and saw a message from Tian Xiwei.

Tian Xiwei: "You've come to Shanghai?"

Tian Xiwei: "Why didn't you call me?"

Tian Xiwei: "I should have left with you."

Jiang Xun: "How did you know?"

Tian Xiwei: "Brother, a lot of people are posting about you on Douyin!"

Jiang Xun: "This event came suddenly, I didn't have time to inform you."

Tian Xiwei: "Hmph! Fine, next time tell me in advance, and I'll treat it as a serious matter!"

Jiang Xun: "Shall I come to the Shanghai Theatre Academy to have dinner with you later?"

Tian Xiwei: "Okay! I'll take you to eat some authentic Shanghai cuisine."

After lying down for a while, Sun Yining also woke up.

She rubbed her eyes, feeling the discomfort in her body. She frowned, then rummaged in her pocket for a cigarette, lit it, leaned against the headboard, took a drag, and gently exhaled the smoke toward Jiang Xun.

Jiang Xun woke up again when he smelled the aroma.

"Want to smoke?" Sun Yining asked.

"I don't smoke."

"You went too far last night, it hurts," Sun Yining complained.

Relationships between men and women, unless it's a one-night stand in an alley where you pay money, can easily bring you closer.

"I'll be more careful next time."

"I'll pay next time." Sun Yining stubbed out her cigarette, hooked her slippers with her toes, and went to the bathroom naked.

Jiang Xun followed him inside.

"Ugh! You do it again!"

"Let me test if this bathroom is big enough."

"Watch out! You poked me!"

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry, the bathroom is quite big, please bear with it."

……

This time, the two were fully dressed. Sun Yining walked to the door first, opened it, and then turned to Jiang Xun, saying, "We're not dating, little brother."

"Wasn't it when you called for Daddy last night?"

Sun Yining rolled her eyes.

Jiang Xun stopped being sarcastic: "I'll send it to you once the video is edited. If it doesn't go viral, it's definitely my fault, and I'll reshoot it for you."

"I'm leaving." She said, then closed the door.

After sitting in the room for another half hour, Jiang Xun went downstairs to return the camera and left the hotel.

Overnight, the room became hot and sticky. After taking a breath of fresh air, Jiang Xun felt refreshed.

I took a taxi to the Shanghai Theatre Academy, and on the way I sent a message to Tian Xiwei, asking her to come out and pick me up.

The car was parked at the school gate.

Today, Tian Xiwei wore a high ponytail, a black windbreaker, and denim shorts, revealing her long, white legs that shone brightly in the sunlight. She was squatting by the roadside, playing with a stray cat.

"Xiaotian!" Jiang Xun rolled down the car window and called out to her.

Tian Xi looked up and saw Jiang Xun. She immediately smiled, strode over, and opened the car door for him.

"After three days apart, I cannot help but miss you."

"That's enough, that's enough." Jiang Xun smiled as he got out of the car.

"Shall I take you to see the school? Or should we eat first?"

"Sure, I'm quite curious since I've never been to university."

"What's there to be curious about? It's just like that, not much different from high school."

"I didn't go to high school either."

Something must have tickled Tian Xiwei's funny bone, because she immediately threw her head back and burst into laughter, a hearty laugh that drew the attention of everyone around her.

"Stop laughing, it's embarrassing." Jiang Xun patted her head.

Tian Xiwei wiped away her tears and led him into the school.

The school was crowded, especially with groups of two or three girls, all of whom were fair-skinned and beautiful.

No wonder they're from an art school.
