Chapter 59 Our Adventure
"Does Veronica know about this?"
“I don’t know,” Amber said. “The three of them rarely explain each other’s actions. Veronica seems to tacitly allow the magician to ask any questions.”
"That sounds suspicious," Chu Sheng said in a low voice. "A full cloak, black books, doesn't eat, looks like a villain."
Amber didn't understand, but she roughly guessed what it meant: "Veronica trusts her."
"That night, Veronica stayed at the Royal Court's guest quarters. After drinking too much, the female warrior lay down in the courtyard and fell asleep. The magician, on the other hand, disappeared without a trace."
"They disappeared the next morning."
"disappear?"
“There are no signs of teleportation magic,” Amber said. “Their room is clean, the beds haven’t been slept in, and the food on the table is untouched.”
"Veronica left behind only one silver coin."
"silver?"
Amber took out an old coin from her sleeve and placed it in Chu Sheng's palm.
The silver coin was thin and worn at the edges. The obverse depicted an armored figure, and the reverse a sword stuck in a stone.
"What is this?"
"An imperial silver coin from the Reinhard era," Ambermint said. "These coins are now almost impossible to find after the empire reminted them. Veronica placed it on the table and left a note."
Chu Sheng gripped the silver coin tightly: "What did she write?"
Amber said softly, "When the Sacred Tree awakens, please send someone to Autumn Sleep Mountain with a letter."
Chu Sheng stared at the silver coin in his palm, remaining silent for a long time.
"So Veronica went to Mount Autumn Slumber?" he asked, looking up. Mount Autumn Slumber was a famous mountain in the empire, located far away on the other side of the map.
"I can't confirm," Amber shook her head.
Chu Sheng let out a sigh of relief, but Ambowen suddenly reached out and took the silver coin back from his palm.
"His Majesty?"
"I can't give you this silver coin right now." She put the coin into her sleeve. "It's safer for it to stay with me."
"I just glanced at it."
One glance is enough.
"Not enough!"
"You said the same thing when you were looking at me."
Amber laughed: "Are you this honest about everything you want?"
"Not really," Chu Sheng muttered softly, "It depends on the person."
"And what about me?"
Chu Sheng looked up and saw An Bowen looking at him.
She sat in the morning light, her long dress clinging to her mature and voluptuous body, her waist cinched extremely thin, while her chest, hips, and legs possessed a captivating weight that drew the eye.
Amber reached out and pulled him closer. Caught off guard, Chu Sheng was brought in front of her. She lifted her leg, her ample thighs beneath her long skirt clamping his knees. She braced herself against the ground behind her with one hand and wrapped the other around his waist, trapping him between her legs.
The two were very close, and the warmth of her mature body wafted towards him. Chu Sheng could see the dazzling white skin beneath her neckline, and her large breasts were almost unfair.
Amber lowered her head and said softly, "Chu Sheng, I want you too."
Chu Sheng's computer crashed; he hadn't expected An Bowen's confession to come so suddenly.
"Your Majesty..." Chu Sheng raised his head with difficulty, "Isn't this progress a little too fast?"
Amber didn't answer, but reached out to support the back of his neck.
"If you hate it," she whispered, her fragrant breath brushing against his face, "push me away now."
Chu Sheng was taken aback.
Amberham adopted a strong stance, but ultimately returned the final choice to him.
Chu Sheng opened his mouth.
Damn it, I don't care about your walkthrough progress bar, let's go!
He raised his hand and firmly grasped her wrist that was resting on his waist.
Amber understood.
The next instant, she leaned down and kissed him. Chu Sheng's head was supported by her, giving him no chance to lean back.
Soft yet dangerous!
Amber didn't engage in the typical girlish probing. She knew exactly what she wanted. With one arm around Chu Sheng's waist and the other supporting the back of his neck, she leaned forward with her mature and tall body, holding Chu Sheng firmly in her arms.
Chu Sheng was trapped between her plump thighs, and her arms tightened around his waist. Every mature curve of her body exuded a powerful and oppressive aura, drawing him in without any room for argument.
Chu Sheng's hand stiffly pressed against her waist. Her waist looked slender, but you only realized how soft it was when you actually touched it.
Amber noticed his stiffness and chuckled softly.
"Weren't you very eloquent just now?" she asked in a low voice.
Chu Sheng was breathing heavily, but he still stubbornly insisted, "I'm not very good at close combat."
Amber's eyes held a doting smile: "Then I'll teach you."
She kissed him again.
This time it was deeper and slower than before. She didn't rush to finish, as if she was slowly confirming Chu Sheng's reaction.
Chu Sheng initially tried to remain rational, but when An Bowen gently stroked the back of his head, his last shred of rationality vanished.
He closed his eyes and began to respond to her.
Amber trembled slightly. Then, she tightened her grip on his waist.
Chu Sheng was forced to lean forward and bury himself in her arms. Her mature, full, and soft body enveloped him, and he could clearly feel her heartbeat.
That's a bit fast; even the Queen can lose control.
The thought had barely crossed his mind when Amber, as if punishing him for his absent-mindedness, gently bit his lip.
"Look at me," Amber said, pressing her lips to his.
Chu Sheng opened his eyes, his long, pale golden hair hanging between the two of them, his reflection shimmering in his emerald-gold eyes.
"Your Majesty," his voice was a little hoarse, "you're not very skilled at this either."
"Where are you not familiar with it?" Amber raised an eyebrow slightly, her fingertips sliding down the back of his neck to his ear, giving it a gentle pinch. "Then you teach me?"
Chu Sheng took a deep breath; he actually knew the answer to this question.
Gala Gemu's reputation is well-deserved. Even if you haven't eaten pork, you've surely seen pigs run, right?
So he raised his hand, awkwardly but earnestly hugged Amber's waist, and whispered, "I request to continue to the second round."
Amber looked at him for a moment, her eyes softening: "Naughty boy."
She finished speaking softly, then lowered her head and kissed him again.
This time, Chu Sheng hugged her tightly, like a disheveled and anxious little koala.
As the morning light slowly rose, it fell upon the two of them. In the distance, the wind rustled the leaves, creating a pleasant whisper.
Amber kissed him for a long time before finally letting go.
Chu Sheng was finally able to breathe deeply, his arms still around her waist, his eyes slightly dazed.
Amber looked down at him, her lips a vibrant red, her voice calm: "Do you still want to teach me now?"
Chu Sheng paused for a moment, then replied seriously, "We're evenly matched... Shall we request a third round?"
Amber chuckled softly: "Okay, but not now."
Chu Sheng felt somewhat unsatisfied. He felt a burning heat in his chest, knowing that he must have already completed the walkthrough.
Amber lowered her head and gently flicked his forehead: "Let's get down to business first, you're still too young."
"Eighteen is considered young?" Chu Sheng touched his forehead, then suddenly remembered something: "Why didn't you send someone to look for Veronica back then?"
Amber's smile faded: "I've looked for it."
"Didn't find it?"
"The three teams we sent out all got lost in the forest. They weren't injured; they just wandered back to the gates of the royal court."
"A ghost wall?"
"It was probably done by that black-cloaked magician," Ambermin replied, unaware of the meaning of "being trapped in a maze."
Chu Sheng asked in a low voice, "Veronica never showed up again?"
"no."
"Where are her two companions?"
"No, not at all."
"If she were still alive three years ago, what would I be now?"
Amber raised her hand and gently pressed it against Chu Sheng's chest, which was burning hot.
She didn't use any force, but simply placed her palm on his chest, as if feeling his heartbeat and the warmth of the manual.
"You are Chu Sheng," she said. "Don't be too hasty in trying to fit yourself into a pre-written story."
Chu Sheng remained silent for a moment, seemingly understanding but not quite, then nodded.
Amber looked up towards the Gray Domain, slowly stood up, her long dress cascading down her voluptuous and tall figure. She looked down at Chu Sheng and reached out her hand.
Chu Sheng took her hand, and she gently pulled him up.
The Queen was quite strong; when Chu Sheng stood up, he lost his balance and bumped into her. Amber didn't push him away immediately; instead, she raised her hand to support his back, letting him lean steadily for a moment.
Amber whispered, "Let's go, little hero."
"Where to?"
"Let's embark on our own adventure."
