What does it feel like to care about someone?

Shang didn't know that there is a kind of pain where you know the outcome, but you still cling to it desperately.

In the warm spring of March, a gentle breeze was intoxicating. Shang placed his hand outside the car and let it pass through the breeze, where he could vaguely feel a touch of warmth.

She had a high nose bridge and very good, fair skin. Judging from the color and scent of her lips, it was a typical Chanel lipstick.

"I'm really not interested. Give me the clothes, I have a meeting in a bit!" Shang glanced at the watch on his left wrist; two minutes had already passed.

"You're late! The whole department is waiting for you!" Upon hearing the top leader's words, Shang gave a wry smile.

"Alright, you're always punctual. Something must have happened. Don't let this happen again!" The top leader patted Shang on the shoulder. The latter laughed and took the documents from his office before heading towards the conference room. He had a smile on his face at the door, but once inside, his expression became blank, and he looked much more serious.

"Sorry everyone, I'm late today. As usual, I'll write a self-criticism later. Okay, let's begin today's report. Is Group A's design plan ready? Can Group B finish its progress today?" Shang listened to the reports from his subordinates in an orderly manner, taking notes and communicating with them at the same time.

"Director Kim, someone's looking for you!"

"Looking for me?" Shang walked out of the conference room, puzzled, after hearing the security guard's report.

"Who is the one?"

In the lobby lounge area downstairs at the company, a strikingly dressed woman stood with her back to him; her silhouette seemed vaguely familiar.

"Excuse me, did you come looking for me?" Shang walked over, about to greet her, but froze when he saw her face!

"What? Surprised?" Hearing the woman's words, Shang felt a little helpless; this person had actually followed him here.

"Hmm, that's true. You don't expect me to do your laundry myself, do you?"

"How did you know?" The woman chuckled, but Shang didn't find it funny. However, he was quite surprised that she could find him so quickly.

"Now that it's confirmed, I think there's no need for me to stay here any longer. Goodbye!" The woman stood up and quickly disappeared from his sight.

"What a strange person!" Shang curled his lip, not taking the matter to heart, and went to the conference room to continue the meeting.

"Where are you? I'm coming to find you!" After leaving Shang's company, the woman went to the parking lot and made a phone call.

"What else can I do? I'm playing a game right now. What about you? It's been so long buying breakfast. I'm starving. Why aren't you bringing me some food? Or I won't let you in!" A coquettish voice came from the other end of the phone.

The woman drove very fast and arrived at her friend's apartment complex in the blink of an eye.
