Chapter 30: Enough with the commotion.

Su Mobai had only been outside quietly being a handsome man for a short while when Liang Bing called him back in with a "Come in."

He stood at the doorway, his hand still resting on the edge, and glanced inside first.

Liang Bing leaned against the table, a slight smile playing on her lips, her eyes almost too bright. Keisha sat beside him, her expression calm, but her gaze remained fixed on him, not looking away as usual.

Not right.

Something is very wrong.

Su Mobai paused, "Are you finished talking?"

Liang Bing looked at him with a smile, "We're done talking."

"Can I leave now?"

"cannot."

Su Mobai's heart skipped a beat.

He answered those two words so quickly, as if he had been waiting for him to say them.

He looked up at Keisha, trying to find some clues on her face. Keisha didn't come to his rescue, but just watched him quietly, a faint interest in her light-colored eyes, as if she were waiting for a small play to begin.

Su Mobai immediately understood.

So the review isn't finished.

The program has changed.

Liang Bing beckoned to him with her finger, "Come here."

Su Mobai didn't move. "Get to the point. I can hear you standing here."

Liang Bing raised an eyebrow. "Scared?"

"It's not that I'm afraid," Su Mobai said seriously. "I'm just maintaining a safe distance and respecting each other's boundaries."

Liang Bing chuckled upon hearing this, then turned to look at Keisha, "Sister, look, he's doing it again."

Keisha didn't respond.

But she was indeed watching.

Su Mobai was completely different from the male angels she had ever met.

Those sons of the powerful and wealthy often have an ingrained sense of entitlement when it comes to women. When they look at a maid, they see her as an object; when they look at an ordinary female angel, they see her as something to amuse themselves; even when facing noble ladies of higher status, they merely wrap their desires in a veneer of etiquette, waiting for the day when they can use their power to pry it open.

They are rarely nervous.

Because they never feel the need to be nervous.

Su Mobai, however, was not like that.

He can be stubborn, he can dodge, and when pushed close, he'll straighten his back, his eyes clearly trying to remain calm, but his ears will turn red first. When he faces Liang Bing, it's not like he's facing something he can possess, but rather like an unlucky person cornered but still trying to maintain his dignity.

Fun.

It's also very rare.

Keisha's fingers rested lightly on the side of the chair, her gaze moving from Su Mobai's face to his shoulder, and then back to his eyes.

She suddenly understood why Liang Bing liked to tease him.

If she stood up, walked up to him, and got a little closer like Liang Bing, how would he react?

Will they back away?

Will you lower your head?

She still put on that serious face again, saying something like, "Sister Keisha, please have some self-respect."

Keisha's eyes flickered slightly as she thought of this.

No.

We're not that close yet.

She's different from Liang Bing. Liang Bing can disregard rules, reaching out whenever she wants, teasing people whenever she wants. If she really did that, Su Mobai might not just be shy.

However, watching Liang Bingdou is not bad either.

Liang Bing had already walked up to Su Mobai.

She didn't touch him immediately, but instead slowly walked around him, as if showing Keisha a new and interesting thing she had just discovered.

"Sister, let me tell you, the most interesting thing about this guy is that even though he's panicking inside, he can still put on a brave face."

Su Mo's eyelids twitched. "That's enough."

Liang Bing acted as if she hadn't heard and continued, "Look, he's starting to get anxious now."

"I'm not in a hurry."

"You're getting impatient."

"I'm really not in a hurry."

"See, still being stubborn."

Su Mobai took a deep breath, turned to look at Keisha, and said, "Control your sister. Look at her now."

Keisha said calmly, "I'm watching."

Su Mobai:

"————"

Look?

You actually watch it?

Liang Bing almost burst out laughing. She raised her hand and gently tapped his shoulder. "Don't look for your sister, it's useless."

Su Mobai stepped aside half an inch, saying, "A gentleman uses words, not fists."

"I'm not a gentleman."

"You're quite self-aware when you say that."

Liang Bing narrowed her eyes, her smile becoming even more dangerous. "Say that again?"

Su Mobai immediately shut up.

Keisha watched the back and forth, her interest growing even stronger.

No wonder the father didn't kick them out.

Liang Bing leaned close to Su Mobai's ear, her voice low and soft, "Didn't you say you liked both of us? Then why are you afraid to look at me now?"

Su Mobai finally couldn't hold back any longer and turned to look at her, "That's enough."

"Oh, you're being mean to me now."

"This is a reasonable protest." Su Mobai took half a step to the side, trying to create some distance, but Liang Bing seemed to have known he would dodge, and blocked him again with a step.

Keisha then spoke up: "Liang Bing, don't bully him too much."

Su Mobai immediately looked over as if he had seen a savior.

Keisha looked at Liang Bing and said, "Don't bully him too much."

Liang Bing turned her head. "Sister, weren't you watching quite intently just now?"

"It's fine to look," Keisha said, "but if you keep teasing him, he'll get annoyed."

Upon hearing this, Su Mobai almost burst into tears.

Keisha is the one who makes the most sense.

Liang Bing crossed her arms, somewhat unconvinced. "What's he angry about? He was just arguing with me."

He's arguing with you because you teased him first.

"So what?"

Keisha glanced at her.

Liang Bing's lips moved slightly, and finally she let out a soft hum, which was considered a temporary halt.

Su Mobai finally managed to step back half a step from her encirclement and stand in a relatively safe position by the table.

"Keisha is still the best."

These words just slipped out.

The room fell silent for a moment.

Liang Bing slowly turned her head to look at him.

Su Mobai knew something was wrong as soon as he finished speaking.

It’s over.

I spoke too quickly.

A slight smile flickered in Keisha's eyes, but it was fleeting and she quickly suppressed it.

Liang Bing narrowed her eyes. "What did you say?"

Su Mobai immediately changed his tune, "I meant, Sister Keisha is fair."

"Oh?" Liang Bing walked back step by step. "And what about me?"

As Su Mobai watched her approaching footsteps again, alarm bells rang in his mind.

He said that Keisha was good, which was originally just a genuine expression of emotion after surviving a disaster.

But in Liang Bing's ears, it probably already means "my sister is better than me".

This is very dangerous.

very dangerous.

So he immediately tried to salvage the situation: "Hello to you too."

Liang Bing stood in front of him. "What's good about it?"

Su Mobai looked at her with a sincere expression, "Lively."

Liang Bing smiled. "Anything else?"

"That's all."

Liang Bing was so angry she laughed.

She reached out to pinch him, but Su Mobai was prepared and took a step back towards Keisha.

"Sister Keisha, save me!"

Keisha watched him hide on her side, her eyes flickering slightly.

Liang Bing stopped in her tracks, clearly even more annoyed. "You really know how to pick a spot."

Standing to Keisha's side, Su Mobai felt a little more confident. "People need to know how to make good use of the terrain."

Liang Bing sneered, "Are you sure that's terrain?"

Su Mobai glanced at Keisha, then at Liang Bing, and immediately shut up.

Keisha finally stood up.

As soon as she stood up, Liang Bing's momentum to continue attacking was greatly suppressed.

"alright."

Keisha said, "That's enough of the commotion."

Liang Bing pouted, "I haven't had enough fun yet."

"There will be plenty of time later."
