Teacher Wu's body suddenly spun up, transforming into a final tornado. Lightning crackled around the scissors, turning them into a spinning blade of thunder that slashed down from the sky towards the man in black.

The man in black dared not be careless with this attack.

He quickly gathered the chains and wrapped himself up tightly.

Teacher Wu rotates himself, causing the two scissor blades, one facing forward and the other backward, to move.
