At this moment, the three demons are flying towards Baoxiang Kingdom.

They heard from the Bodhisattva that the pilgrims were in the Kingdom of Baoxiang.

The Kingdom of Treasure Elephant is not close to Lion Camel Ridge, but it is a distance that the Golden-Winged Roc can easily reach.

"Third brother, you have wings, why don't you fly away and capture that Tang Sanzang?"

The green lion and white elephant transformed into their original forms and roamed through the forest.

They weren't golden-winged rocs; they didn't have wings and dared not fly in the sky, so they could only run away.

But Ermo still had some hesitation in his heart.

Eating the Buddha statue is no small matter; they have committed a capital offense, and the higher-ups will absolutely not forgive them.

"Eldest brother, second brother, I can't capture Xuanzang by myself. He has the Yellow-haired Weasel and Sun Wukong by his side. Only with the help of the two of you will it be safe."

The Golden-Winged Roc simply laughed.

It's not that he can't do it; his Yin-Yang Two Qi Bottle technique is so powerful that he's not afraid of Sun Wukong at all.

But he still has no intention of doing it himself.

What they were doing was a matter of life and death; their only chance of survival was to win over the pilgrimage team.

After all, he was the younger brother of the Buddha Mother Peacock. Even if he committed a terrible mistake, the Buddha could only bear the consequences.

Even if he eats Xuanzang, he will not die.

But the Golden-Winged Roc's plan was not to eat Xuanzang.

"Third brother, why don't we go back and wait for the Buddhist sect to punish us?"

The green lion and white elephant looked up at the golden-winged roc flying behind them.

The two demons trembled, feeling that disaster was imminent, but the Golden-Winged Roc was so confident that everything would be fine as long as he ate Xuanzang.

How could things be so simple?

However, they couldn't come up with any ideas at the moment, so they could only follow the Golden-Winged Roc.

"Third brother, who do you think the Buddhist sect will send?"

The two demons trembled for a moment, but still couldn't help asking.

"My two brothers need not worry. Everything is going according to plan. Once we have eaten that monk, we will not be afraid of any Buddhist or Taoist sects. We will only be afraid of our own Lion Camel Sect."

The golden-winged roc smiled lightly on the surface, but inwardly it sneered.

Who's coming?

If Buddhism were to intervene now, only one person would come: the Buddha!

If Buddha were to intervene, it's uncertain whether he would die, but Ermotie would have no chance of survival.

"In that case, we need to find that monk quickly and eat him."

The blue lion and white elephant looked at each other and nodded repeatedly.

Their idea is that they have no idea.

The three quickened their pace and ran towards Baoxiang Kingdom.

At this moment, Xuanzang had no idea that he was about to encounter the three most terrifying demons in the entire journey to the West.

He got up from the ground at noon the next day.

The sunlight was perfect at that moment, falling on Xuanzang with a warm, bath-like sensation that almost made him unable to wake up.

But soon, Pigsy's voice came from beside my ear.

"Master, wake up, Master!"

After a while of rubbing and shaking, Xuanzang reluctantly woke up from his dream.

Suddenly, a pig's face loomed in front of him, startling him so much that he screamed.

However, he soon realized that it was Pigsy in front of him.

"Bajie, where are we?"

Xuanzang sat up and looked around.

They were surrounded by green mountains and clear waters, and they were lying on a large rock, completely out of sight of any other people.

One glance was enough to tell that this was definitely not the Kingdom of Baoxiang.

"Master, I don't know either. I only know that the King saved us."

As Pigsy spoke, he pointed to the Yellow Wind King standing to one side.

At this moment, the Yellow Wind King was holding onto the tail of the wind, and his expression was not very pleasant.

"Your Majesty."

Xuanzang stepped forward and called out twice to the Yellow Wind King.

The Yellow Wind King then realized what was happening and turned to look at Xuanzang, saying:

"Holy monk, there is no need to worry. We have already left Baoxiang Kingdom and are now on our way west."

"Your Majesty, this journey has been tiring for you."

Xuanzang clasped his hands together and bowed to King Huangfeng.

Without King Huangfeng, they would likely have died in Baoxiang Kingdom.

King Yellow Wind simply shook his head, then turned to Xuanzang and said:

"Holy Monk, things might get a little complicated now. Perhaps you should find a place to hide?"

Xuanzang was greatly surprised and asked the Yellow Wind King:

"Has Your Majesty received any news?"

The Yellow Wind King pointed westward, towards the direction of Mount Ling.

His brows furrowed deeper and deeper, and his expression grew increasingly grim.

"The wind coming from the west has a fishy smell, and it's getting stronger and stronger; it's dangerous."

The three demons exuded a strong aura of blood, so strong that even the Yellow Wind King found it difficult to withstand.

This bloody smell can only be smelled by a great demon that has devoured countless people.

Even the Yellow Wind King could sense that a dark cloud was floating in the distance, with lightning flashing and thunder roaring within it, and occasionally bolts of blue lightning would fall down.

King Yellow Wind knew this all too well.

It was a tribulation sent down by heaven to prevent the birth of a great demon that would wreak havoc on the world.

If this tribulation lightning cannot stop the great demon that is about to be born, then what follows will be a great calamity for the human world.

"Master, a great calamity is coming."

King Yellow Wind took a deep breath.

He didn't want to confront this monstrous demon who was causing havoc on the world.

"A great calamity? How can it compare to previous calamities?"

Upon hearing this, Xuanzang immediately shuddered.

Although he didn't know what the great calamity was, he could tell from the expression on the Yellow Wind King's face that the newcomers were up to no good.

But he still held a sliver of hope, wanting to get the truth from the Yellow Wind King.

"Compared to this, previous calamities are merely mortals compared to immortals, tigers and leopards compared to Wukong."

Upon hearing this example, Xuanzang's face turned deathly pale.

He didn't know the difference between mortals and immortals, but he had seen with his own eyes the difference between tigers and leopards and Wukong.

"Your Majesty, is this calamity unavoidable?"

"There's no escaping it."

King Yellow Wind shook his head.

This was ultimately a trial on the journey to the West, and without external interference, Xuanzang himself absolutely could not voluntarily avoid it.

But not being able to hide doesn't mean you can't conceal yourself.

If we can hide him well, and he can't find Xuanzang in this ordeal, things will be much easier.

Such a powerful demon would surely be beyond the reach of the Western Paradise. King Yellow Wind could simply travel to the Western Paradise and ask Buddha for help.

"What should we do?"

Xuanzang was terrified.

"Quickly find a place to hide, I'm going to find someone."

The Yellow Wind King's expression suddenly changed, and he spoke to Xuanzang.

Having said that, he ignored Xuanzang's expression and rode straight up into the sky on the white clouds.

Xuanzang, who was below, was completely bewildered.

He didn't know what to do next, so he could only stare at Pigsy.

Pigsy was also terrified by the Yellow Wind King.

Previously, most problems had been solved by the Yellow Wind King, so in Pigsy's mind, there was almost nothing the Yellow Wind King couldn't do.

But now that the Yellow Wind King has run away, it means that this matter is very serious.

"Let's disperse. This journey to the west ends here. Everyone, take your belongings and go home. You might still have a chance to save your lives."

Pigsy shook his head. Things had come to this point, and he was someone who valued his life; he was unwilling to continue the journey to the West.

Pigsy didn't value the journey to the West much; he just wanted to coast along and see if he could attain enlightenment in Buddhism.

But now that his head is about to be lost, he can't possibly continue the performance.

"Shut up! This is Emperor Taizong's death warrant! I swore a solemn oath in the East that I would go to the Western Paradise, and it will be a fight to the death!"

Xuanzang was furious and shouted angrily.

Pigsy had no choice but to reluctantly pull the horse and head into the mountains.

The king of wasps is currently in a state of great anxiety.

He stood in front of Sun Qiong, his expression extremely unpleasant:

"Brother, something terrible has happened."

Upon hearing this, Sun Qiong frowned.

He certainly understood what was going on; the three demons were coming with overwhelming force, and Xuanzang would truly have a hard time surviving.

"I know that this great calamity comes from the west. It is caused by three demons: a blue-haired lion monster, a yellow-toothed elephant, and a golden-winged roc."

"These three demons are extremely dangerous! Especially the Golden-Winged Roc. The relationship between this fellow and the Buddha is far closer than we imagine. If he attacks, we will have no power to resist at all."

King Huangfeng was, after all, a Buddhist monk, and just by hearing these three names, he knew that these three guys were extremely dangerous.

If it involves them, the most likely outcome is death.

Even if they die, Buddhism will not help them punish the murderer.

Therefore, Sun Qiong had other ideas:

"Let's intercept and kill them."
