Who else is on this island besides them?

If a wild animal had broken in, it wouldn't have moved things so methodically. The campfire had been lit, which was clearly the work of a person.

Qin Chuan's heart tightened, and his right hand subconsciously reached for the bone blade at his waist.

The pupil technique was activated at full power, and the scanning range covered the entire camp.

No targets were found outside the cabin. None were found around the campfire, behind the stove, or in the corner of the yard where miscellaneous items were piled up.

However, the scanning effect inside the cabin is limited. The wooden walls weaken the penetrating power of the eye technique.

Qin Chuan vaguely sensed two heat sources inside the wooden house.

It's not very big; it must be human.

Another bolt of lightning struck, followed by a deafening clap of thunder. The rain poured down harder, and the wind howled stronger.

Qin Chuan gripped his machete tightly and cautiously approached the wooden house.

He walked along the wall to the entrance of the cabin and listened intently.

The sound of rain and thunder was so loud that it drowned out the sounds inside.

Qin Chuan took a deep breath and pushed open the door of the wooden house.

The door creaked open, and Qin Chuan quickly slipped inside, his machete held horizontally in front of him, ready to attack at any moment.

The corridor was dark. The faint light from the luminescent stone was only enough to illuminate a distance of two or three steps.

Qin Chuan slowed his pace and walked in step by step.

He heard a sound as he reached the door of the second room.

It is a human voice.

"Nana, you have to hang in there! Come on, get up and eat something."

A woman's voice. It was trembling with sobs, and she sounded very anxious.

"Liu Yan, I'm dying."

Another woman's voice. Very weak, barely a whisper.

Qin Chuan's hand froze in mid-air.

Nana? Liu Yan?

Qin Chuan used his pupil technique to scan the room again. Two heat sources were detected, one lying down and the other crouching. He confirmed they were two women, and neither of them carried any weapons.

Qin Chuan didn't recognize the two names, but judging from the content of their conversation, they were most likely survivors of the Century Cruises.

With over a thousand people on the cruise ship, it's impossible for Qin Chuan to know everyone.

Qin Chuan put away his weapon and tapped the wooden planks of the corridor with his knuckles.

"Knock knock".

The sounds in the room vanished instantly.

After a few seconds of silence, a trembling voice came out.

"Who?"

Footsteps sounded. The curtain in the room was lifted slightly.

A girl peeked halfway out from behind the curtain, looking warily down the corridor.

Qin Chuan stood in the corridor, still dripping wet, completely soaked.

The moment the girl saw Qin Chuan, she took a step back, her face turning deathly pale.

"Ah! Who are you!"

Qin Chuan raised his hands, making a gesture that said "I mean no harm".

"The owner of the house."

The girl was stunned.

Qin Chuan used the dim light to examine the girl.

She was about 1.7 meters tall, with long, wet hair clinging to her face, and delicate features. Even in the dim light, her natural beauty was evident. She had an oval face, gentle eyes and brows, and full lips, exuding a natural charm.

She was wearing a short-sleeved shirt so dirty that its original color was unrecognizable, and a pair of denim shorts with several holes. The clothes were thin and clung to her body after being soaked by the rain, making her chest very prominent. Judging by her bust size, it was at least an FZ cup.

She has a very slim waist, but she's got all the curves she needs.

Qin Chuan glanced at it a couple more times before quickly looking away.

"Are you a local native?" the girl asked cautiously, staring at Qin Chuan's face.

"A native? Have you ever seen such a handsome native? I'm a survivor from the Century Cruises. What about you?"

Upon hearing the words "Century Cruises," the girl's expression instantly changed. Her tense body relaxed, her shoulders slumped, and her guard dropped considerably.

"That's great." She breathed a long sigh of relief. "I didn't expect you to be a survivor too. We are both survivors."

At this point, her tone suddenly became urgent.

"Do you have any food? My friend Nana and I haven't eaten for three days."

Qin Chuan's gaze passed over her and looked into the room.

Another girl lay on the bed. She was covered with a thin coat, her body curled up in a ball, her face sallow, and her lips chapped.

Even in this weakened state, the beauty of her face couldn't be concealed. A high nose bridge, deep-set eyes, and a slightly mixed-race look—her features were so sculpted they seemed almost natural. Although her skin appeared somewhat rough due to dehydration, her bone structure and lines were still superb.

He is estimated to be over 1.7 meters tall, with a slender figure, moderately broad shoulders, and long legs.

Next to the girl lying down, there was a coconut shell bowl on the ground. Inside the bowl was some murky water and a few cleanly gnawed bones.

Qin Chuan recognized them at a glance; those bones were leftover deer ribs that everyone had eaten and had thrown into the garbage dump outside the camp.

Not a single piece of meat was left; it had been completely devoured.

Qin Chuan sighed inwardly.

Having gone three days without food, relying on bones scavenged from garbage dumps to boil for water, these two people are incredibly lucky to have survived this long.

"There's not much food here right now," Qin Chuan said honestly. "But I'm curious, it's been almost ten days since the shipwreck. How did you manage those days? Where did you stay?"

The girl wiped the rain and sweat from her face and began to speak.

"My name is Liu Yan. The person lying inside is my friend, Dilina."

"After we fell off the cruise ship, we clung to a piece of plank and drifted for a long time until we were washed ashore on the east side of the island. There was a cave by the sea there, and we hid inside."

"A tent and two bottles of mineral water drifted ashore on the boat, and we survived on those things for a few days. Later, we ran out of water and food. For the past two days, we've been walking west along the coastline, trying to find any signs of human habitation, and that's how we ended up here."

"We saw traces of your cabin and campfire and assumed someone was staying here. But when we came in, we found no one, so we waited here. But several hours passed, and no one came back."

Qin Chuan nodded.

No wonder he hadn't been able to find them. He hadn't explored the eastern coastline; the terrain there was complex, with many reefs, making it unsuitable for setting up a camp.

"We did stay here before. But we moved to another campsite this morning. It's better there; there are hot springs, food, and fresh water."

Liu Yan's eyes lit up immediately.

"Another camp? How far is it?"

"About five kilometers. In a cave deep in the dense forest."

Qin Chuan paused for a moment and looked at the increasingly fierce wind and rain outside.

"The wind is getting stronger; a typhoon is probably coming. This wooden house's structure can't withstand strong winds. We'd better move to the cave as soon as possible. There's food and water there."

When Liu Yan heard the words "food" and "drink," she almost burst into tears.
