They immediately received a massive 2TB of text, image, and video reports from Victoria Hand and Diana Lister. Victor von Doom reviewed the data on his tablet before returning to the castle in a Fire Knight armored personnel carrier to handle official business and prepare for the next state visit. Hammurabi, however, boarded the Pegasus-type assault transport vessel and delivered the intelligence of interest to the Emperor.

Although some of the information overlapped with that provided by Victoria Hand, one of the Guard's roles was to help the monarch see the bigger picture; relying on only one source was insufficient. Hammurabi watched as the monarch's brow furrowed deeper as he reviewed the data panel. He fully understood the monarch's emotions, as he had already seen the information on the panel himself. In just a few days since the reopening of travel, the Virus and Bacteria Management Department under the Bio-Gene Laboratory had already detected as many as three different viruses in inbound and outbound travelers, stowaways, and international trade goods. Although these infectious diseases were eradicated by the intelligence agencies at an extremely rapid pace (referring to fusion weapons and flamethrowers), the vaccines distributed to the public also worked, preventing those exposed to the viruses from becoming infected, and all pharmaceutical companies within the country underwent rigorous inspections to ensure there was no collusion with foreign intelligence agencies.

Victoria Hand was extremely cautious, but the aftershocks of the purge seemed far from over; news of the secret arrests and the disappearances of pharmaceutical company executives still leaked out. This indicated that Latvia was now facing an extremely serious biological warfare situation. Anyone attempting to leave against these rules will be mercilessly killed by the independently operating sentry turrets using lasers, explosives, and plasma. These extinction-level biological weapons are designed for the economic extermination of alien races and planets worshipping evil gods. However, this doesn't mean Latvinia wouldn't use them on Earth; at least, Hammurabi had no psychological reservations about such actions, hence his plan for reciprocal retaliation.

"Spreading the virus is less dangerous. It can disable the other side's government and trigger social conflict," Hammurabi said. "Given the current situation, if we don't do it, the other side will, and then we won't be the only ones who suffer losses."

Salomon rolled his eyes, ignoring the foolish question, and continued reviewing the intelligence department's arrest list, mentally assessing the potential social impact of the incident and what methods would be needed to quell it. The purge of the news media was progressing far behind schedule, because many news outlets in the Balkans were now foreign-owned. Only after painstakingly clarifying the shareholding relationships and identifying the financial backers of each major news outlet could the media, acting as mouthpieces for foreign powers, be truly cleansed.

This is an extremely troublesome and meticulously planned task. The control of the world by international financial groups and Jewish media is no joke. Religious elements like the All-Seeing Eye and the pentagram even appear blatantly in school textbooks and currency. This is the root of the current divisions in American society. As for why the Immortal City chose the Clinton family as its primary target when establishing its sorority, it's because Hilary Clinton's code name in the Moloch sect was Athena, and the Moloch sect had always been a target of the Immortal City. Therefore, raiding the Clinton family's human trafficking network was a logical next step.

The intelligence department's data terminal would report the operation's results to his dedicated data panel in real time. While reviewing the data, he discovered that a university professor and a wealthy Hungarian had been arrested. The latter had even visited the capital after the First Latvian War of Expansion, presenting many valuable gifts. Since the First Purge primarily targeted heavy industry, the wealthy man escaped unscathed, and his antiques were moved to a museum for public viewing. As for the foreign investors holding shares in pharmaceutical companies and news media, there are also solutions in place.

Viktor von Dum, still aboard the armored vehicle, told the Emperor that he had dispatched assassins to carry out the mission.

The plan involves targeting a single family holding shares, placing them all on an assassination list from the highest-ranking member down to the last heir. Then, fabricated information is used to lure family members together, and the assassins are delivered directly from orbit using airdrop pods. Simultaneously, the family's trust funds will face financial attacks from the Malik family. “Thank you for your concern, Hammurabi, but I’m not some fragile mortal. Even without the armor, my constant magic is far more useful; I only wear it to conceal my identity.” Salomon inserted the data pad back into the data command center integrated next to the main seat on the Pegasus-type heavy assault transport ship. Other intelligence provided by Victoria Hand indicated that Tony Stark was actively searching for the robot after discovering Vision’s disappearance, and that the transfer and interrogation of the notorious criminal James Buchanan had begun. This was his last chance to join these events. “Once the armor arrives, we’ll head to Germany. I need to close my eyes and rest for a while; don’t disturb me.”
