Chapter 501 The King’s Declaration

Chapter 501 The King's Declaration (Second Update)

"This is a foolish conspiracy," the sorcerer declared, summarizing the incident. He bombarded Alexander Pierce with questions: "Have you considered how to formulate monetary policy? How to enact new laws? You're just playing the game within the American political framework, Pierce. You can't even abolish the dollar, because that would crash the world economy, bankrupt your allies, and you still have many political friends to appease, friends to keep in high positions. You don't even dare to reclaim the Federal Reserve's power to print money. Ultimately, you're a tool held hostage by capitalism, your role being merely to improve administrative efficiency, while the corruption inherent in capitalism will only worsen."

“I know Hydra. I know it better than you, Mr. Pierce.” Salomon knew Natasha Romanov’s gun was pointed at the back of his head, and Nick Fury was ready to attack at any moment. But he didn’t care about anything and continued to talk. “Hydra is an ancient organization that originated at the beginning of human civilization and worships a superhuman who has undergone alien modification.”

"Until World War II, a portion of Hydra broke away from its original worship and joined the Nazis, quickly gaining dominance within Hydra. These are the Hydra we know today, just like you, Mr. Pierce. However, even after abandoning its original faith, this part of Hydra still believed in the existence of supernatural forces in the world, which is why Hitler mobilized forces to search for the Holy Grail, the Spear of Destiny, and even to the doorstep of Kamar-Taj."

"But none of this has anything to do with Kamar-Taj. I knew about Hydra from the beginning. Even before the Highway 4 attack, I knew those special forces soldiers were Hydra's men," Salomon said with a smile. "Hydra observes human society, and we observe Hydra. If Hydra wants to exterminate humanity, we will eliminate them."

“Listen, I know where you come from, but isn’t killing 20 million people considered extinction?” Governor Powell asked.

"Twenty million people, and then what?" Salomon retorted. "White people have caused hundreds of millions of deaths and injuries in Africa through burning, killing, and looting. Our Mr. Fury's ancestors were survivors of that era. Do you really think Kamar-Taj is involved in something like that? Or do you think white lives are more valuable?"

"I……"

"Don't change the subject, Salomon." Nick Fury stared intently at the sorcerer with his single eye. "Explain what's going on!"

"I took action when you sensed something was amiss within S.H.I.E.L.D." Salomon smoothly returned to the topic. "I revealed the truth about the Hydra they worshipped to the most traditional Hydra members, demonstrated my power to them, and rewarded them accordingly. After a series of bloody purges, I consolidated the influence of that conservative Hydra faction and took control of their power. The reason you haven't received any news, Mr. Pierce, is because you've been completely abandoned."

"So what do you want to do now?" Natasha asked.

"All I want is to build an army capable of dealing with alien invasions and even enabling humanity to establish itself in the galaxy. Although I don't need money, research equipment always requires dollars to buy, and talent also needs to be paid for. Conservative Hydra just happens to have what I need." Salomon raised an eyebrow. "So, I am now the king of Conservative Hydra."

"Those girls in power armor are your army?" Nick Fury pointed to a candid photo of a sorority combat squad provided by Maria Hill. "Why are they wearing eagle badges?"

“They are alchemical androids, and they are entitled to use this insignia,” Salomon said. “You might not know the origins of S.H.I.E.L.D., Nick Fury?” He glanced at Alexander Pierce; even this leader of the Nazi Hydra seemed intrigued by the arcane storyteller’s tale. “I’ll finish quickly; my alchemical androids are almost done with their mission,” he said. “It’s an organization founded by the ancient Egyptian Imhotep, and Howard Stark was a member…”

Salomon recounted the founding of the Brotherhood of the Shield and its key figures, emphasizing the incubation of the infant Celestials and the subsequent destruction of the Brotherhood. He also mentioned Odin's account of killing the Celestials and the impact of corrupting them on life on Earth, though he omitted the locations of these events, making it seem as if he had seen them in a library and was now recounting them. He meticulously described the Celestials' immense power to everyone present—energy-conscious life forms of unknown matter, one of the earliest life races to emerge in the universe. Their forms and states were enormous, and their energy composition remains unknown and incomprehensible to human civilization.

The birth of early humans was caused by the Celestials who descended to Earth a million years ago.

"I originally intended to give you the legacy of the Brotherhood of the Shield as a gift, Nick Fury." Salomon's face held the youthful bashfulness and shyness characteristic of young people. "But then I realized I needed those things, those technologies and alchemy that combined the wisdom of almost every sage in human history, because the Celestials will come seeking revenge on us. So far, Earth has experienced three Celestial descents. The third time, the gods of each civilization repelled the Celestials, but the gods have slowly faded from the historical stage, because the Celestials are the gods of the Prime Material Plane, far more powerful than the Asgardians."

"Ladies and gentlemen. We can never reconcile with the Celestials, nor will they have any affection for lab rats. In the eyes of the Celestials, we are nothing more than genetically contaminated experimental subjects. For the Celestials, time is measured in tens of thousands of years, but that time is not far off; their gaze has turned back to Earth." He looked around. "An apocalyptic catastrophe is looming before us. I simply cannot understand why humanity would still fight among itself under such circumstances, vying for a few scraps of paper and insignificant power."

"Shortsighted, narrow-minded, selfish, arrogant, and ignorant—that's all humanity is like today." Salomon turned to face Natasha Romanoff. He unfastened the name tag from her collar and tossed it aside. "I don't care how many people die; I only care whether their deaths were worthwhile, including my own. That's the first thing my teacher taught me: sacrificing for humanity is worthwhile because Kamar-Taj is the recognized ruler of humanity, and secular governments have no right to speak. But humanity is running out of time. Dark forces are rising, and terrifying powers are eyeing Earth from both the prime material plane and outer dimensions."

"What do you want to do!" Nick Fury saw a group of androids in black power armor land on the tarmac and stride toward the office. He could see the blood and flesh dripping from the chainsaw swords and the bullet holes in the power armor, indicating that they had been through a fierce battle.

"All replacements complete," the leading android said.

"I will use all my strength to resist the foreign invasion. Including these three Sky Carriers." Salomon Chotita nodded. He waved his hand, and the three carriers that had been standing above the Tri-Wing headquarters vanished instantly, and Agent Maria Hill's command screen also lost all trace of the Sky Carriers. Like a classic David Copperfield magic trick, except this time it wasn't the Statue of Liberty that disappeared.

"And all of S.H.I.E.L.D. and Hydra's resources." The androids teleported through the portal and issued the ultimate command. The aircraft carrier floating on the dark sea was also towed away from the surface by four powerful ships, and almost all of S.H.I.E.L.D.'s external vehicles instantly lost their satellite positioning.

"Ladies and gentlemen, the war has begun. We are the ones being slaughtered." Salomon spread his arms wide, announcing to everyone in the office. His figure grew taller and more charismatic, his voice irresistibly resonating in everyone's hearts. "But from this moment on, we will be the instigators of this war, and only humanity can decide when it ends. For I am Hydra, I am the Brotherhood of the Shield, I am Kamar-Taj. I declare once again, by the breath of the planet and the anchor of the Quanta Sea, bestowed upon me by Gaia, the Earth Mother."

"I am the successor to the Sorcerer Supreme. The future ruler of humanity. The unofficial contractor of Vishanti. The practitioner of the covenant with Asgard. The heir to the King of Midgard. The rightful heir to Great Britain. The future king of the Celts. The wielder of the Holy Sword and the Holy Lance. The last of the Knights of the Round Table. Count of Londinion. Lord of the Immortal City and the Pillars of Demons. The adopted son of the Goddess of Wisdom. The living saint. The savior. The unofficial chief priest and king of the Jews. The lord of Hydra. The successor to the will of the Brotherhood of the Shield."

"I will burn the entire galaxy in flames, just for the sake of humanity's eternal existence!"
