After getting the room key, the group went upstairs again; the triple room was on the 11th floor.

A dozen or so people went up and down the stairs, and they only booked one triple room. None of the staff asked them a single question.

After putting their things away, everyone climbed one floor to reach the twelfth floor.

Floors 12 and 13 are office floors; the elevator doesn't go there. You need to get off on the 11th or 14th floor and walk up. There's a reception desk at the stairwell entrance.

The hotel has restaurants on the second and third floors, staff rest area, storage and cleaning area on the fourth floor, conference area on the fifth floor, offices on the twelfth and thirteenth floors, high-level rest area and internal conference and event center on the fourteenth floor, and guest rooms on all other floors.

The man said, "I was assigned here by the finance manager to supervise."
