I have to go through it all from scratch, which takes up so much time. I need to read through all these documents, go through the financial statements, and then go down and walk around before I can have a clear understanding of the situation. Can we postpone the store opening plan and give me at least a month?"

Xiao Wei said, "We need to replace them all, so let's make do for a few days. Xiao Hui and I are discussing it these days, buying a batch and figuring out which cars to get. You're busy, I'm going to sit with Manager Zhang for a bit. Did you call your aunt and uncle?"

Xiao Wei sat down on the sofa and said, "I was in Longcheng for the past two days and couldn't come to your move, so I had to come and see you. Is everything alright? Is there anything I can do for you?"

Manager Zhang said, "It's alright, it's all about selling goods, it doesn't matter where you sell them. You just need to find a place for the home appliance and hardware store area as soon as possible."

Xiao Wei said, "I just walked around and the flow of people seems okay."

Manager Zhang handed Xiao Wei a cigarette and said, "We don't sell hardware, home appliances, or department stores here. This place is bigger than that one, and with the counter service, the business is doing better than over there. I've been learning these past few days; I was being too conservative before."

Xiao Wei said, "We need to start planning how to run the new shopping mall now, so we don't end up in a mess later."

Manager Zhang nodded and said, "I'm working on it. I got the floor plans from the design institute yesterday, and I'm looking into them now."

Xiao Wei said, "We need to consider cake shops, supermarkets, free markets, large appliance stores, hardware stores, and small clothing stores. We need to figure out how to divide the space and how much space is needed. You should talk to Director Cheng of the design institute more often. He's one of our own, so you can speak your mind without any reservations."

Manager Zhang said, "I think it's better to combine the cake shop and the supermarket, operating them together as a package deal. Then I thought, maybe we could set up some dedicated counters, organized by brand and type, to further segment the products and generate additional revenue. Anyway, we have enough space, and this is an idea I've had for a while."

Xiao Wei said, "Anything is fine. You come up with a plan, and then we'll discuss it together. I'm planning to set up a space here for motorcycles, bicycles, and cars; you should consider that too."

Manager Zhang said, "We used to get our motorcycles and bicycles from the supplies company. Will we continue to get them from there?"

Xiao Wei said, "I'll go back and talk to Director Liu and hear her opinion. Actually, it would be best to get an agency for this. I got the agency for cars in Northeast China. Manager Zhang nodded.

Manager Zhang said, "I did think of that. I brought back the blueprints for Andong Dalian and Xidu, but the one for Bingcheng hasn't come out yet. I'll take a look and think about it."

Manager Zhang chuckled and said, "How could that be? Back then, all companies did it that way, you understand. Now that it's a private company, it's definitely impossible.
