Author's Note on the Launch of Chapter 70

Old Ma's first book will be available tomorrow.

How should I put it? My feelings are really complicated.

Around February of this year, Lao Ma, who had been reading books for over twenty years, was inspired to write his own novel.

And so, Old Ma plunged headlong into this road of no return.

It took Lao Ma more than three months from being repeatedly rejected at the beginning to successfully signing a contract.

This is Lao Ma's first contract, and he knows that there are many areas where he has not done well. He originally just wanted to accumulate experience and did not expect the data to be particularly good.

Old Ma was already prepared to write 300,000 words out of passion before publishing it.

When the new book was put into storage, Lao Ma didn't even expect it to get a round of recommendations, but unexpectedly, it actually made it through a round, albeit with some stumbles.

Good.

Even after one round, Lao Ma felt that it would be a one-round exit at most, and the 300,000-word version would still be published.

The result was once again beyond Lao Ma's expectations, and he successfully advanced to the second round.

This is truly an unexpected delight, meaning that Lao Ma doesn't need to publish a 300,000-word novel anymore; he can publish one with 200,000 words.

Old Ma was happy for a while, but he never even considered the tricycle.

I heard that those who can ride three wheels have top-notch stats.

But things often turn out unexpectedly.

Old Ma not only advanced to the third round, but also made it to the final fourth round.

I actually beat the game!
