The passenger ship slowly docked, and as soon as the gangway was lowered, Natsu was the first to rush out.

The moment his feet touched the ground, he sprang up like a firecracker, tilting his head back and spewing a burst of flames into the sky.

"Hooray! We've finally disembarked!"

Natsu raised his hands above his head and spun around several times.

Carrying their luggage, the group walked along the palm-lined path toward the hotel.

The sea breeze, carrying a salty, damp scent, caressed my cheeks, and the sound of waves crashing against the rocks drifted from afar. The entire island was enveloped in a relaxed, vacation atmosphere.

Upon arriving at the hotel reception, everyone lined up to register and check in.

The staff handed over a set of keys and an event flyer, which was printed with colorful patterns and eye-catching slogans.

Sunrise and Mirajane naturally moved into one room, while the other two rooms were given to Elfman and Lisanna respectively.

The resort island is hosting a large-scale competition where villas can register to participate in various recreational activities. The team with the highest score will receive a generous reward.

Two solid golden lights shone from Lucy's eyes, so bright they could almost be used as searchlights.

She grabbed Happy's tail, lifted the whole cat upside down, and shook it back and forth frantically.

"Happy! Tell me this isn't a dream! Tell me!"

Harpy was shaken so badly he saw stars, and his two paws flailed wildly in the air.

"Yes, yes, it's not a dream... Aye... I feel like throwing up..."

Lucy tossed Happy aside, cupped her face in her hands, and became completely absorbed in her beautiful fantasy.

"I never expected to get a reward for visiting!"

Riyao strolled over leisurely, holding a glass of iced juice he had just bought. He took a sip and then slowly poured a bucket of cold water over Lucy.

"Your luck... is comparable to mine."

Lucy's smile froze on her face. Her lips twitched twice, and she slowly turned her head to glare at Riyao, her eyes filled with "No one will think you're mute if you don't speak."

Happy got up from the ground, shook his head which was still full of stars, and raised a paw to ask a question.

"With Riyue and Mira sharing a room, wouldn't the villa have an extra person?"

The staff member flipped through the rules manual and explained with a smile, "Only the highest score from each item is counted in the total score, so having more people doesn't necessarily have an advantage. The key is whether you can get a high score in every item."

Sunrise and Mirajane exchanged a glance and shrugged simultaneously.

They just wanted to have a nice vacation; competitions and rewards were irrelevant to them.

However, the reactions of other guild members were completely different.

Even Makarov got excited. He put his hands on his hips, tilted his head back, and let out a string of his signature laughs.

"Oh ho ho, it seems this time I have no choice but to get serious."

Fairy Tail's damned competitive spirit has spread like a virus among its members.

Makarov naturally teamed up with Macao and Vakaba.

Three old guys, whose combined age exceeds 150, stood together, arms crossed, striking a pose that suggested they were still going strong – the Old Deng trio.

Lisana tugged at Mirajane's sleeve, swaying back and forth and acting coquettishly, her voice so sweet it could drip honey.

"Sister, let's join this competition too!"

Elfman poked his head out from the side and slammed one fist into the other palm, making a loud "smack".

"A real man's job is to win!"

Mirajane looked down at Lisana's puffed-out cheeks and couldn't help but reach out and poke them with her finger. The soft touch made her smile.

"Well done, let's make the Strauss family name known!"

Riyao stood to the side, hands in his pockets, his gaze fixed on the childlike excitement on Mirajane's face, a helpless yet indulgent smile unconsciously appearing on his lips.

Oh well, as long as she's happy.

Everyone was full of enthusiasm and began looking for teammates to move into the villa together.

The square was bustling with people, with shouts and laughter rising and falling, making it as lively as a sports meet.

Jade and Troy simultaneously extended Erkang's hand, their faces filled with the tragic sorrow of being abandoned.

"Levy! Is the Shadow Gear Squad going to disband?"

Levy turned around, stuck out her tongue playfully, and hugged Lucy's arm tightly with both hands, practically hanging on Lucy.

"I'm sorry, but since I'm a girl, of course I should live with other sweet and lovely girls."

Jade and Troy's hands froze in mid-air as a sea breeze blew by, making their figures appear particularly desolate.

Alzak stood at the edge of the crowd, his gaze secretly drifting towards Bisca's direction.

His heart raced, and he took a deep breath before mustering the courage to take his first step.

Erza and Cana strode past, each grabbing one of Bisca's arms and pulling her away without a word.

As Bisca was being dragged away, she glanced back and saw only Alzac's outstretched hand and his face filled with disappointment.

The girls formed teams incredibly quickly, dividing into groups in no time, and everyone's face beamed with the joy of finding their tribe.

Things were a bit chaotic on the boys' side...

Natsu and Gray were arguing about who should be the captain, while Gajeel stood by, chewing on a screw and watching coldly. Jade and Troy were still wailing over Levy's "betrayal".

After putting their luggage away at Riyue, the four of them went out to explore and see what activities were available on the island.

Sunlight filters through the coconut palm leaves, casting dappled shadows, while in the distance, the roar of a roller coaster and the screams of tourists can be heard.

The four followed the sound to the entrance of the roller coaster, where a huge sign stood next to the queuing area, with the project description written in exaggerated font.

Lisana stood on tiptoe and read it out word by word, her voice growing more and more excited.

"Speeding at 300 kilometers per hour! Maximum vertical drop of 20 meters!"

Elfman clenched his fists and shouted to the sky.

"A real man should ride a roller coaster!"

Just as he was about to rush into the queue, Riyao reached out and grabbed the back of his collar, gesturing with his chin towards the front of the line.

"Let Natsu and the others finish playing first, I'm worried about the rain."

Mirajane tilted her head, looked up at the cloudless blue sky above, and squinted slightly at the bright sunlight.

"Huh? Isn't it a sunny day now?"

Riyao didn't explain, but just smiled meaningfully, crossed his arms, and adopted a posture of waiting to see a good show.

The four stood outside the fence, watching Natsu, Happy, Gray, and Gajeel board the roller coaster.

The rules for the roller coaster challenge are simple: score points based on the volume of your shouts; the louder you shout, the higher your score.

Gajeel only brought his two roommates over because he thought he had a loud voice.

He sat in the front row of the roller coaster, arms crossed, a smug, triumphant smile playing on his lips.

The roller coaster slowly started moving, the gears and tracks rubbing together and producing a low rumble.

Natsu's face was starting to turn slightly pale, and he covered his mouth tightly with both hands, his cheeks puffed out like a frog's.

Gray sat next to Natsu, and when he caught a glimpse of Natsu's appearance out of the corner of his eye, his pupils suddenly contracted, and a strong sense of foreboding welled up in his heart.

Without saying a word, he clasped his hands together, and ice magic condensed in his palms, instantly forming a thick ice helmet, which he then slammed onto Natsu's head.

The roller coaster began to accelerate, the wind whistled past my ears, and the tracks twisted rapidly before my eyes.

The train sped through one curve after another, its speed increasing and increasing.

Gajeel took a deep breath, expanding his chest to its limit, then opened his mouth wide, and a sonic wave carrying magical power burst forth from the depths of his throat.

Lisana covered her face with her hands, peeking through her fingers.
