Three thugs rushed up and surrounded Jin Lisha.

Jin Lisha fought back fiercely, punching and kicking, but she was a girl after all, and had just gone through a strenuous physical labor, so she was exhausted and was quickly captured by the men.

Ye Kai rushed forward and slapped a man across the face, sending him flying through the air in an arc before crashing into a large tree. His eyes rolled back, and he died.

The other two men, seeing this, released Jin Lisha and pounced on Ye Kai.

Ye Kai jumped up and used a spinning kick in mid-air, sending the two flying seven or eight meters away, landing on the ground like broken sacks.

Jin Lisha threw herself into Ye Kai's arms in terror. Ye Kai gently stroked her hair and comforted her.

After a long while, Jin Lisha slowly regained consciousness, and she remembered some practical issues.

"Ye Kai, come work for my company."

"Why? I was doing just fine working for the Su family."

"I don't want to be separated from you. If you come to my company, we can be together every day."

"What could I possibly do there?"

"You can be my security manager, or my assistant, either is fine. If you think that's too low a position, I'll make you the deputy general manager!"

"Nobody's satisfied with me being the deputy general manager."

Jin Lisha declared confidently, "Anyone who dares to disagree, I'll kick them out!"

"We must win people over with virtue."

"I won't. Those who obey me will prosper, and those who defy me will perish!" Jin Lisha showed her strong-willed side.
