Yukari Umezawa shook her head. "Impossible. Even if the prince is gone, he still has a son to inherit the throne."

"How many sons does he have, and where are they?"

Ye Kai arrived at the top floor and kicked open the door to the chairman's office. A middle-aged man was working there and was startled by Ye Kai's actions.

He is none other than Prince Chaoxiang's eldest son, Chaoxiang Taro. Chaoxiang Taro slammed his hand on the table.

"Baga, who are you? How dare you barge into my office?"

Ye Kai retorted with a curse, "You idiot, are you Asaka Taro?"

Prince Asaka Taro held a prominent position in the Imperial Capital. Apart from the Emperor and his father, Prince Asaka, no one dared to call him by his name to his face, let alone curse him.

He flew into a rage, "How dare you insult me! I'll teach you a lesson you won't forget!"

Ye Kai glared at him, and two beams of white light shot out, taking control of his brain. Ye Kai placed a transfer agreement on the table and commanded, "Sign it!"

Chao Xiang Gong Taro obediently picked up the pen and signed his name on the agreement.

Ye Kai put the agreement away, took out the laser gun and fired a shot at Chao Xiang Gong Taro. A flash of white light, and Chao Xiang Gong Taro turned into a pile of ashes.

A woman pushed open the door and entered. Seeing Ye Kai, she was startled. "Ye Kai, what brings you here?"

Upon closer inspection, Ye Kai realized that the woman was none other than Fuji Mieko.

"Mieko, what are you doing here?"

"I, I..." Fuji Mieko stammered.

Ye Kai could tell from Fuji Mieko's expression that she was already Asaka Taro's subordinate.

"Have you sided with Super Fragrant Prince Taro?"

Mieko Fuji said angrily, "I had no choice. You bought out my family's business, and everyone in my family is dead. What else could I do but seek refuge with Taro Miyako?"

"Would it do you any good to side with him? He can't even protect himself, how can he protect you?"
