"Shanks is more cautious than Newgate. He's observing and waiting," Shen Jue said.

"Wait until this war is over, and until cracks appear in the new world order."

"That man is waiting for the true purpose of the new navy."

"He's waiting for my little brother Luffy."

Shen Jue shook his head and said, "The Red-Haired Pirates are living in seclusion in a remote corner."

"We will not make a statement until we have a clear understanding of the new navy."

Chopper gripped his deer hooves tightly.

Two of the Four Emperors joined forces, while the other two remained neutral.

The new navy must face the combined forces of Beasts and Big Mom alone.

"Are you scared?" Shen Jue suddenly asked.

Chopper suddenly raised his head, his antlers swaying.

"No!"

"It's normal to be scared." Shen Jue's hand came out from under his robe and pressed it on Chopper's head, rubbing the fur between his antlers.

"I'm scared sometimes too."

Chopper was stunned.

Even Brother Shen Jue gets scared?

Chopper recalled Shen Jue's battle against the Fallen Beast on the Sabaody Archipelago.

That terrifying power, capable of cleaving mountains and splitting seas, is enough to frighten ordinary people so much that their souls would leap out of their bodies.

Chopper also remembered the day Shen Jue led Kizaru and Aokiji to defect from Marine Headquarters, when the sky over the Sabaody Archipelago cracked open.

Chopper remembered Shen Jue standing on the podium at the founding ceremony of the new Navy, with the storm clouds of the new world behind him, and the words he spoke.

"True justice is not about protecting the Celestial Dragons, but about protecting every innocent life on this sea."

From that day on, Chopper made his decision.

He also wanted to fulfill Shen Jue's dream.

Dr. Hiluluk taught him what dreams are, while Shen Jue showed him the path to realizing his dreams.

"Brother Shen Jue." Chopper's voice trembled slightly as he excitedly lowered his voice to say this.

"No matter how many enemies Wano Country has, no matter how many people Kaido and Big Mom send, I will defeat them!"

"Ha," Shen Jue chuckled softly.

"The new navy is far from needing your support, Chopper."

After experiencing the combined physique of SpongeBob SquarePants and Shen Jue, Shen Jue said in a low voice, "Just two mere pirate emperors."

"Kaido, Charlotte Linlin."

"To me, they're just speed bumps."

Suddenly, a loud ship horn sounded from the sea outside the ship.

The sound was rough and harsh, like the roar of a mammoth crushing across the sea.

Chopper's ears perked up instantly, and his body tensed up immediately.

Shen Jue's finger stopped on Chopper's head, and his gaze, hidden under the hood, went over the cabin window to the distant sea.

A giant ship was cutting through the waves, speeding toward them.

The ship's prow was not an ordinary figurehead, but an enormous, exaggerated mammoth skull with two curved tusks protruding forward, gleaming pale in the sunlight.

The sails were jet black, with the Beasts Pirates' symbol painted on them.

At the top of the mainmast hangs a flag with three bones crossed.

That's Jack the Drought, one of the Three Disasters and the top scouts of the Beasts Pirates.

"He really has no manners." Shen Jue withdrew his hand from Chopper's head and tucked it back into his robe.

"They don't even greet you before getting close."
