Both start in hell: but their talents are multiplied a hundredfold.

Chapter 392 The Encounter, Spinning Two and a Half Times

Shen Jue suppressed a laugh and nodded: "Okay, I accept."

His voice clearly reached the ears of everyone present.

Thor clearly didn't detect much restraint in his tone. He grinned, revealing an Asgardian-style hearty smile, and strode to the huge alloy table in the center of the command room, pushing aside the holographic map and communicator on it.

Fury's eyelids twitched, but he didn't say anything, only staring intently at the table with his one eye.

That was a custom-made tactical platform for aircraft carriers that he had paid a high price for, capable of withstanding direct missile strikes.

"Come on!" Thor slammed his right elbow on the table, the alloy surface making a dull thud.

"please."

Shen Jue walked over slowly, the hem of his robe brushing the ground.

The smile on his face had faded, but a hint of crescent moon still lingered in his eyes.

Shen Jue raised his right hand and placed it on Thor's palm.

The hand was as big as a shield, and the knuckles were as thick as iron pillars.

The moment their hands clasped, Thor suddenly felt as if his fingers were sinking into some kind of soft abyss.

Shen Jue's hands were small, even delicate, but when she closed them, Thor suddenly realized that his fingers were completely unable to close.

He was trying to grasp at a wisp of air, or a shadow.

"three."

"two."

"one."

Thor exerted his strength suddenly, but he didn't use his full power; he only used 30%.

He didn't want to hurt this unfamiliar god who was both oppressive and inexplicably gentle.

However, the moment he unleashed thirty percent of his power, he felt as if his wrist had collided with his father Odin's sure-hit spear, Gungnir.

Shen Jue's hand remained motionless in place, not even a millimeter to the left.

Thor's smile froze, and he increased his strength to fifty percent.

Shen Jue's lips curved into a smile again.

Thor increased his strength to seventy percent, his shoulder muscles began to bulge, his armor made a metallic scraping sound, and veins stretched from the back of his hands all the way to his forearms.

But Shen Jue's hand remained motionless, and the table didn't make any extra noise.

"I..." Thor was about to say that he was going to use his full strength, but before he could finish speaking, Shen Jue moved.

Shen Jue simply flipped her wrist slightly to the left.

Saul felt as if he had been hit by a speeding Rainbow Bridge train.

His entire right arm tilted uncontrollably to the left, and his body was lifted into the air by that force, spinning two and a half times.

Thor, clad in armor, traced an arc in the air before crashing onto the alloy tabletop.

The alloy tabletop emitted a mournful metallic wail as cracks spread from its center outwards, the fissures extending like lightning to the edges.

The entire table collapsed, shattering into dozens of irregular metal pieces. The fragments scattered and flew everywhere, leaving deep dents on the walls of the command room.

Thor lay on his back in the middle of the ruins, his limbs outstretched, his long golden hair scattered among the broken metal, and his blue eyes staring straight at the ceiling.

The command center was so quiet that you could hear the hum of the aircraft carrier's engines.

Thor's brain is undergoing an unprecedented test.

His arm went numb, and every nerve from his fingertips to his shoulder was sending the same message to his brain: that mortal god was far more powerful than him.

He surpassed Thor Odinson, the heir to the Asgardian throne, the god of thunder, who had once lifted the heaviest weight in all the Nine Realms.

Shen Jue pressed him down as if he were crushing an ant with his finger.

The gap between the two of them is far greater than the gap between an elephant and a paramecium.

"Thor." Loki's voice came from Steve's shoulder, hoarse and deep, with a hint of schadenfreude.

"You really are an idiot."

Thor lay in the pit, slowly raising his hand to look at his still trembling fingers, and then asked, "What terrifying power this is..."

"Even my father... never displayed such divine power."

Shen Jue looked down at Thor and said with a smile, "You lost, Thor."

Thor's face twitched. He lay obediently on the floor of the command room where the crater had appeared, without saying a word, contemplating life.

Shen Jue nodded with satisfaction: "Honest kids are good. We'll talk about your punishment later."

Thor lay in the ruins of the alloy table, while Loki was put down from Steve's shoulder and placed next to Thor.

The two brothers lay side by side in the pit, one with blond hair and the other with messy black hair. Loki, with his swollen face, and Thor, who was in a daze, looked at each other.

Thor opened his mouth, as if he wanted to say something comforting.

Loki spoke first: "Shut up."

Thor shut his mouth.

The two brothers lay silently in the pit, like an Asgardian duo being punished by their parents.

On the other side of the command room, Shen Jue had already turned and walked towards the three people from X Academy.

Jean Grey stood at the front, her red hair falling over her shoulders, her hands slightly clenched.

Storm Ororo stood beside the harp, her long silver hair piled up behind her head. Her dark skin gleamed calmly under the cold white lights of the aircraft carrier. Her gaze was steady, but there was a very faint vertical line between her brows.

Laser-Eye Scott stood on the outermost edge, one hand resting on the edge of his goggles, his body slightly turned towards the piano, like a wall ready to move at any moment.

"The three of you." Shen Jue nodded slightly, his tone gentle.

"Give my regards to Professor Charles."

Qin nodded, her voice carrying a hint of caution that even she herself didn't realize: "I will bring it."

"May I ask your name?"

"Shen Jue, head of Blackwatch Company." Shen Jue took out a business card from his robe and handed it to Qin.

The business card was pure black, with only a gold-stamped cross logo and a phone number on the front.

"Blackwatch?" Jean looked at the business card. "Your current name."

"From New York to Moscow, everyone knows it."

Shen Jue withdrew his hand, put it behind his back, and said, "That's an interesting way of putting it."

Ororo spoke, his voice deep and steady: "I want to know your attitude towards us mutants."

Shen Jue glanced at her, his gaze lingering on her silvery-white hair for a moment.

In that instant, the hairs on the back of Ororo's neck stood on end.

"Why do you ask that?" Shen Jue looked away. "My children also include mutants."

Scott stepped forward, blocking Jean and Ororo: "The children you're talking about aren't the traditional kind."

Shen Jue shook her head: "Ha, kids."

"In my view, there is no difference between mutants and humans."

Qin's fingers tightened around the edge of the business card.

"Coincidentally, my Blackwatch needs all kinds of talent," Shen Jue continued.

"Especially those with special talents, I need their power to spread love and peace."

"Love and peace?" Scott's voice was clearly wary. "I don't think mutants today have ever experienced those things."

"Scott." Ororo raised a hand and placed it on his shoulder, then looked at Shen Jue, "What exactly do you want?"

Before Jean, Ororo, and Scott set off, Professor Charles repeatedly instructed them not to have any conflict with Shen Jue.

Shen Jue smiled slightly: "What I want is exactly what you have been fighting for."

Ororo remained silent for a moment.

Jean and Scott exchanged a glance, and both saw the same emotion in each other's eyes: unease.

Shen Jue's aura was so gentle that it made them instinctively want to get closer.

But the image of Shen Jue flipping his wrist and slamming Thor into the table was still etched in their minds.

"We will not reply to you immediately," Ororo finally said, his voice retaining a final shred of dignity.

Shen Jue nodded, as if he had expected this answer.

"Of course," Shen Jue said, "I never force anyone to join my camp, except for bad guys."

He paused, his gaze sweeping over the three of them before finally settling on Qin's face.

"If one day you encounter a predicament that you cannot face alone," Shen Jue said.

"Please remember, the doors of Blackwatch are always open to you."

"I will remember," Qin said earnestly.

Shen Jue smiled and said, "That's good."

"Well then, I'll leave the rest to you."

"Our Director of S.H.I.E.L.D. seems a little impatient."

Fury ignored Shen Jue's presumptuous farewell; his single eye, like a burning ember, was fixed on the disheveled black-haired figure in the pit.

He strode over, his boots screeching on the scraped metal, and looked down at Loki, whose face was bruised and swollen.

"I don't care if you're a god or some kind of monster," Fury said in a low voice, so low it sounded like it was being squeezed out from the depths of his throat.

"You destroyed my base and took control of my men. What exactly is your plan?"

Loki lay motionless in the pit, his one unswollen eye slowly turning toward Fury, a distorted smile curving his lips.

"Your men?" Loki repeated, his tone carrying a hint of amusement and disdain.

"Are you talking about that archer, or that... what was his name again, Selvig?"

Fury clenched his fists.

Where are they?

Loki didn't answer, but instead shifted his gaze to the ceiling, as if he had suddenly developed a strong interest in the steel beams of the aircraft carrier.

"You know what's most interesting, One-Eyed Man?" Loki's voice was hoarse and slow, each word seeming to be squeezed out from his swollen lips.

"You arrested me, you interrogated me, and you don't even know what the real questions you should be asking are."

Thor propped himself up beside Loki, frowned as he looked at him, his lips moved, but he ultimately said nothing.

"I'm asking you where they went," Fury's voice grew even colder.

Loki turned his gaze back to Fury's dark face, a hint of almost pleasure flashing in his swollen eyes.

"You mortals," Loki began, his voice carrying a weary, condescending pity, "always asking the wrong questions."

Fury didn't speak, but the embers in his single eye dimmed even further.

Loki sat up straight, his swollen eyes barely opening a crack, revealing an almost gentle smile.

"Look at your proud technology, you one-eyed man."

"You call this floating metal box an aircraft carrier? In Asgard, this kind of thing is only fit for a child's bathtub toy."

Fury's jawline is taut.

"Your weapons can't even scratch my skin, your ships can't escape this planet's gravity, and your soldiers can't even match the weakest warrior in Asgard." Loki's tone was as if he were reciting a list.

"All you have is quantity."

"But quantity is nothing in the face of true power."

"Then what are you doing on Earth?" Fury asked coldly.

Loki tilted his head, a gesture that looked particularly comical on his swollen face, yet also exuded an inexplicable elegance.

"Because you are useful," Loki said.

"You are the most obedient group in the Nine Realms, and you will find all sorts of reasons to submit to a more powerful being."

He paused, then his smile widened.

"The only useful thing about humans is to be ruled. You need to be conquered, as long as someone can give your obedience a respectable reason."

Fury’s silence was louder than any roar.

Loki lay back down in the pit, closed his eyes, and looked as if he were enjoying a comfortable bed.

"So, One-Eyed Man," his voice drifted up from below, languid.

"Do not mistake the intervention of that god named Shen Jue for human power."

"You are not worthy."
