Huayu: Starting from managing the Mahua FunAge Theater Troupe

I slept for more than six hours.

Nine o'clock in the morning.

Shen Feiyang got up and washed up.

Xiong Naijin groggily got up, her legs trembling slightly. She walked naked to the bathroom door, rubbing her sleepy eyes, and asked, "Why are you up so early?"

Shen Feiyang glanced at the slightly faded marks on Xiong Naijin's body and said, "Go to the company and give the employees some training. If you're hungry, just call the restaurant and have them deliver food. If you're not hungry, go back to sleep. Check-out isn't until 2 PM, so you can leave then."

"Then I'll go back to Fu Yi Yuan this afternoon and wait for you?"

"Okay, but I have a lot to do today, let's see about it tonight."

"Okay."

Xiong Naijin nodded, then walked up to Shen Feiyang, who had finished wiping his face, stretched out her arms, and said in a coquettish tone, "Kiss and hug."

Shen Feiyang hugged her, lowered his head to kiss her, and then focused on the most important parts.

……

It was a little past 9:50.

Shen Feiyang arrived at the company.

Yu Kai and his three assistants have arrived.

These three assistants are senior students from out of town at a second-tier university in Beijing. Their majors are Human Resource Management, Financial Management, and Public Administration, respectively.

With their majors combined with a second-tier university degree, they were at a mediocre level in Beijing. To get a job at Happy Twist, they had to compete with hundreds of other people.

Based on their respective expertise, Yu Kai assigned them to work as human resources assistants, financial assistants, and administrative assistants, respectively.

Financial assistant Wang Ran and administrative assistant Zhu Yao are quite busy, as the company has a lot of financial and administrative work to do.

Compared to them, HR assistant Liu Kai's main job is not much. He mainly does the online media operations work assigned to him by Yu Kai, which is to manage the company's Baidu Tieba and QQ groups.

Normally, people post jokes and silly questions daily on the Happy Twist forum, which has now become a gathering place for online comedians.

The Happy Twist audience QQ group has turned into a local dating group. Liu Kai sends dozens of warnings about the risks of online dating every day, but it's useless.

Yu Kai and the other two sat on the sofa.

Shen Feiyang pulled over the whiteboard in the office, looked at everyone, and started with some persuasion: "The company is still in the early stages of development, and we can't set fixed days off on Saturdays and Sundays for now. Of course, we won't take up your rest time for training today. Everyone will receive a training subsidy of 200 yuan and overtime pay later."

"Thank you, Mr. Shen!"

Wang Ran, Zhu Yao, and Liu Kai looked at Shen Feiyang with great respect. They cherished this job, which included a housing subsidy and a bonus for the end of a performance.

Shen Feiyang, who had taken in all the emotional changes of the three people, continued, "Alright, let's get down to business. Liu Kai, you need to listen carefully to today's training. This new job requires you to cooperate with President Yu. Wang Ran and Zhu Yao, you also need to listen carefully so that we can cooperate in the subsequent work."

The three of them held the notebook and nodded.

Shen Feiyang turned around and wrote the words "Public Relations and Publicity Department" on the whiteboard.

Bang bang bang.

Shen Feiyang tapped the whiteboard and said, "This is a new department established by the company, Public Relations and Publicity. As the name suggests, it is responsible for handling public relations and publicity work. Within our company, it has three specific directions."

Shen Feiyang turned around and wrote a few lines on the whiteboard, pointing to it and saying, "They are media relations, performance promotion, and brand maintenance."

"These terms sound noble, but in reality, I think what we do is still dealing with relationships between people."

Meeting the gazes of the four, Shen Feiyang further elaborated: "The specific things that media public relations needs to do are to build good relationships with grassroots reporters and editors of portal websites, and to be able to send out our voices through the media as soon as possible."

Shen Feiyang continued, "Besides controlling external channels, we also need to manage our current internal media matrix well. Liu Kai, you've already taken the lead in this part."

"These are the Happy Twist forum, BJ Stage Play forum, BJ Performance forum, and the Happy Twist audience QQ group that the company has entrusted to you during this period. To date, we have established connections with tens of thousands of audience members through QQ, which is a very important force."

It turns out this was actually a legitimate job.

Liu Kai muttered to himself.

Shen Feiyang continued, "Besides maintaining and operating external media channels, Baidu Tieba, and QQ groups, Liu Kai, the company also needs you to do a very important job: cooperate with President Yu to build a part-time online sales force."

Shen Feiyang explained, "The concept of 'ground promoter' is the same as in real life, except it has moved online. We use the QQ platform to create online ground promoter groups. We post tasks and have them promote the content we want to promote on various platforms, and then settle accounts with QQ coins or other virtual items."

Liu Kai, Wang Ran, and Zhu Yao seemed to be pondering this.

Yu Kai needs to react faster and must closely monitor financial expenditures, otherwise it could easily become an arbitrage opportunity.

Let's finish talking about media relations.

Shen Feiyang then talked about performance promotion and brand maintenance.

These two don't need much explanation; they are simply a continuation and execution of media relations.

The entire training was completed.

Shen Feiyang then assigned two more specific tasks.

First, establish the Crosstalk Club.

Second, look for online podcasts, chat rooms, and traditional radio stations that cover Beijing and can play crosstalk.

Liu Kai accepted the task.

It's all over.

Shen Feiyang gave the three of them training subsidies and overtime pay on the spot.

……

I went back to Fuyi Garden, took a shower, and changed my clothes.

Shen Feiyang rode his beloved CG125 motorcycle with the Beijing license plate 京A to the residential area where Jiang Yan lived in HD District.

When Shen Feiyang arrived, Jiang Yan had already been waiting at the entrance of the residential area for ten minutes.

Jiang Yan wore a sky-blue down jacket on top and jeans on the bottom, which perfectly outlined the curves of her long legs, and she wore a pair of leather boots on her feet.

Shen Feiyang took off his helmet, his thick, beautiful hair fluttering in the wind, a faint smile on his face: "Sorry, sorry to have kept you waiting so long."

When Jiang Yan saw him, she forgot all about being angry. She lowered her head slightly, her ears burning, and said, "I didn't have to wait too long."

"Hey, put on your helmet, let's hurry to the zoo." Shen Feiyang took the helmet off the handle and handed it to Jiang Yan: "Do you know how to wear it?"

"Not really."

"I'll help you."

Jiang Yan looked up and stared straight at Shen Feiyang.

Shen Feiyang fastened the helmet to Jiang Yan's small head, his fingers pulling on the straps on both sides of the helmet and pulling it towards Jiang Yan's chin. His fingers inadvertently brushed lightly across Jiang Yan's snow-white cheeks.

Secure the connector.

Seeing that Jiang Yan was still in a daze, Shen Feiyang snapped his fingers and said with a mischievous grin, "What, want to kiss me?"

Jiang Yan's cheeks flushed instantly: "No way!"

"Get in the car quickly."

Jiang Yan stepped out with her long legs and sat on the back of the motorcycle.

After getting on the bus.

Jiang Yan put her arm around Shen Feiyang's waist and whispered, "There are too many people during the day, this place isn't suitable."

"Okay. Let's go."
