The entertainment empire began with Liu Yifei's premarital pregnancy.

Yang Tianzhen knocked on the door and came in.

"Boss!"

"The online public opinion has been controlled!"

Since the crisis communication team was established, Yang Tianzhen has been in charge of the team and selected more than a dozen people from the publicity department to join the team.

The first thing the group did after its formation was to reverse the online opinion of Lin Bufan.

In Yang Tianzhen's writing, the online comments about Lin Bufan "playing with women's feelings" have now been transformed into a series of positive evaluations such as "a romantic and talented man".

"good!"

Lin Bufan looked at Yang Tianzhen with admiration.

This woman certainly lived up to my expectations.

"From now on, your group will keep an eye on online public opinion. Any negative comments about your company's artists, or Liu Yifei and the others, do not need to ask me for instructions. Just take action to reverse the public opinion."

Lin Bufan looked at Yang Tianzhen and gave her instructions.

"Yes, boss!"

Yang Tianzhen nodded.

...

[Ding! Congratulations, host! Daily check-in successful. You have received the following rewards: one bottle of Liuwei Emperor Pills (10 pills) + one bottle of Beauty and Nourishing Pills (10 pills) + 100 million US dollars.]

[Ding! Congratulations, host! You have successfully checked in for the festival and received the reward: Double Ninth Festival Gift Pack]

"Wow, I've already received another holiday gift pack!"

Lin Bufan glanced at the calendar. Today was October 30th, and the day after tomorrow was the day to sign in again.

"Open!"

[Ding! Congratulations, host! You have opened the Double Ninth Festival gift pack and received the following rewards: a script for the movie "Twilight: New Moon", a detached villa in Oriental Villa, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, and a Land Rover Defender.]

As soon as the system finished speaking, several rewards appeared in front of Lin Bufan.

"Land Rover Defender, not bad..."

Lin Bufan picked up the Land Rover Defender's car keys and casually tossed them into the dimensional space.

For him, this car will most likely just sit in the garage collecting dust again.

"A villa in Shenzhen..."

Lin Bufan picked up the villa's keys and property certificate and glanced at them.

He had heard about Oriental Villas some time ago. It's a new villa development in Shenzhen that opened this year, with a total of 102 townhouses and more than a dozen detached villas.

The villa Lin Bufan signed in at is a detached villa inside the Oriental Villa complex.

Located in Nanshan District, it will hold its value very well in the future.

Finally, Lin Bufan's gaze fell upon the script for the movie "Twilight: New Moon".

The Twilight series, with a global box office exceeding $10 billion, is another money-making machine.

After putting away the script, Lin Bufan made a decision: these Hollywood movies must be made as soon as possible, otherwise, in the future, with America being so righteous, the impact on the box office will be too great.

Why not take advantage of the current popularity of Hollywood movies in the global market and quickly produce these films to cash in on the profits?

……

"Xiao Bai, send this script for review!"

Lin Bufan handed the script for "Lust, Caution" to Bai Bing.

Lin Bufan intends to release this film in China, so domestic censorship is inevitable.

"Yes, boss!"

Bai Bing left with the script for "Lust, Caution".

Filming for "2012" has wrapped up, and special effects are currently being produced by Tiangong. Lin Bufan has already communicated with Tiangong about the effects and concepts.

Now, all he needs to do is check the progress and some images sent over every few days.

It's time to start the next project.

The main plot of the film "Lust, Caution" is about Lingnan University's relocation to Hong Kong in 1938 before the fall of Guangzhou.

Wang Jiazhi, a female student at the school, fell in love with Kuang Yumin, a fellow student, while in Hong Kong.

After learning that Yi Mocheng, the head of the secret service of the Wang Jingwei regime, had come to Hong Kong, Kuang Yumin and several classmates decided to carry out an assassination, and Wang Jiazhi also joined them.

After a series of plans, Wang Jiazhi, disguised as "Mrs. Mai," approached Mrs. Yi and successfully attracted Yi Mochen's attention. However, not long after, Mrs. Yi suddenly called Wang Jiazhi, informing her that she and Yi Mochen had been ordered to evacuate Hong Kong. The assassination operation that the group had carefully planned was ruined before it even began.

Three years later, Wang Jiazhi, who was studying at a university in Shanghai, unexpectedly reunited with Kuang Yumin and, under his persuasion, participated in the assassination operation again.

After careful planning, Wang Jiazhi once again disguised herself as "Mrs. Mai," a shill in Shanghai, to get close to Mrs. Yi and successfully move into the Yi family home.

Wang Jiazhi and Yi Mochen quickly rekindled their old romance, while Kuang Yumin and others were actively plotting an assassination. On the day of the assassination, Yi Mochen and Wang Jiazhi went to a jewelry store to pick up a custom-made diamond ring. When the shop owner took out the 6-carat pink "pigeon egg" for Wang Jiazhi to try on, she realized that she had fallen in love with Yi Mochen and told him to leave quickly, causing the assassination to fail.

Lin Bufan and Li An have different opinions about this movie.

In Li An's version, there is too much eroticism, and in fact, the plot of the movie is somewhat fresh but rather drags on and is long.

In fact, many people, after watching "Lust, Caution," focused more on the three fight scenes.

Lin Bufan, on the other hand, rewrote the script of "Lust, Caution".

First, Lin Bufan canceled the three hand-to-hand combat scenes. He wouldn't depict these three scenes in as much detail as Li An did.

In fact, many domestic directors, in their pursuit of winning awards abroad, have focused on "nudity".

They believed that as long as they took their clothes off, they could win an award.

Just like with the movie "Summer Palace", Hao Lei even broke up with his boyfriend for this movie, just so he could win an award for it.

The director wants to win awards, and the actors want to win awards too.

The simplest way is to take it off.

It is undeniable that Li An's "Lust, Caution" did win awards, but the film has a profound plot and is not just about nudity for the sake of nudity.

Lin Bufan's "Lust, Caution" aims to prove that as long as the film's plot resonates with the audience, it can still win awards.

The film "Lust, Caution" can be used to explore the darker aspects of human nature, as well as the choices people make when faced with difficult dilemmas.

Wang Jiazhi's betrayal was ultimately revealed through a pigeon egg diamond, which overly obscured the emotions.

If it weren't for that pigeon egg, would she not have betrayed him?

Lin Bufan had a lot he wanted to express about the film "Lust, Caution," so he chose Leung Ka-fai as the male lead.

Undeniably, Tony Leung's acting skills are indeed excellent; otherwise, he wouldn't have won the award.

However, in Lin Bufan's opinion, Leung Chiu-wai's performance in "Lust, Caution" can only be considered adequate, far from being the kind of acting that makes people's eyes light up or amazes them.
