The entertainment empire began with Liu Yifei's premarital pregnancy.

After putting away the script for "iPartment", Lin Bufan looked at the other two rewards.

Located on Hong Kong Island, above Kowloon Station, the Arc de Triomphe Apartments are high-rise apartments with full sea views. They are considered top-tier luxury residences in Hong Kong, with prices ranging from approximately HK$2.4 to HK$3.6 per square foot.

Converted to square meters, the average price is around 28.

The apartment he signed for, located in Arc de Triomphe, has a total area of 1800 square feet and a total price of approximately 5000 million.

"Not bad!"

Lin Bufan nodded slightly.

Currently, among all the properties that Lin Bufan has signed up for, only the three-courtyard house he signed up for as a novice and the five-courtyard house he signed up for some time ago are unfurnished. All the other villas, apartments, etc., are fully furnished.

Lin Bufan had visited the Yonghe Temple last time and taken a look at that five-courtyard siheyuan. It had a total area of about 5500 square meters, with a side courtyard that was a garden, covering an area of about 1800 square meters. The rest was the main building. Obviously, this siheyuan would have been the residence of a prince in ancient times.

However, it's in a bit of a state of disrepair now. If Lin Bufan wants to live there, it will need to be renovated, and the renovation cost will definitely not be low.

If you want to improve the stay experience, there are even more things that need to be changed.

The final reward was a Maserati Spyder convertible, which was found in the underground parking lot of the Arc de Triomphe Apartments on Hong Kong Island.

……

"Boss, Carter has already sent all of Qiao Shi Hachson's information and photos to your email."

Lin Bufan had just arrived at the film set, and before filming had even started, Bai Bing came over with a laptop.

"Bring it here so I can take a look!"

Lin Bufan waved his hand, opened his email, glanced at Qiao Shi Hachisen's information and photo, and immediately frowned.

To reiterate, he's too old. If "Home Alone" were only going to be made into one movie, he could be used, albeit barely.

However, "Home Alone" is a film series, and the male lead is too old to be the main character of the entire series, which will affect the box office of the following films.

Thinking of this, Lin Bufan picked up the phone and called Carter.

"The male lead has been replaced!"

Lin Bufan said, then thought for a moment, "Home Alone is a movie series, so the male lead should ideally be no older than 10."

After all, as you can tell from the title, the movie is called "Home Alone," so the kid's age can't be too old.

"Understood, Boss. I will continue searching for a male lead!"

Carter didn't know at first that "Home Alone" was a film series, otherwise he wouldn't have chosen Josh Hachson to play the lead role.

After hanging up the phone, Lin Bufan continued to immerse himself in the intense filming.

After the initial adjustment period, the filming process gradually accelerated.

Lin Bufan originally thought that Carter would need some time to search, but to his surprise, he sent over information on several Hollywood child stars the very next day.

After a thorough selection process, Lin Bufan finally chose Dominic Scott Kay, a young actor born in 96 who is now ten years old.

Ten years old is the perfect age; if they're too young, they won't be able to cooperate with the filming.

Once the male lead was confirmed, Lin Bufan stopped interfering and left everything to Carter.

……

Before we knew it, it was January 20th. Today is the Great Cold, another day for holiday check-ins.

[Ding! Congratulations, host! Daily check-in successful. You have received the following rewards: one bottle of Liuwei Emperor Pills (10 pills) + one bottle of Beauty and Nourishing Pills (10 pills) + 100 million US dollars.]

[Ding! Congratulations, host! You have successfully checked in for the festival and received a reward: a Great Cold Festival gift pack.]

[Host, would you like to open the holiday gift pack?]

"Open!"

[Congratulations, host! You have opened the Great Cold Festival Gift Pack and received the following rewards: a script for the TV series "The Difficult Love of a Diamond Bachelor", a villa in the capital, and a BMW 740.]

"This reward..."

Lin Bufan frowned slightly.

The villa in the capital is still under construction and is expected to be completed and put into use in 08. For ordinary people, a BMW 740 is a luxury car, but for Lin Bufan, it is just an ordinary car.

Lin Bufan watched the TV series "The Difficult Love of a Diamond Bachelor" in his previous life. After it was broadcast on satellite TV in his later life, it received a good response and had good ratings.

It is considered a classic TV series in the urban drama genre. The role of Lin Yuxin in the series was played by newcomer Che Xiao, who gained widespread recognition for her cool and intellectual temperament.

The male lead is played by Deng Chao, and it was with the role of Meng Hao that he completely established his status as a top male star in the TV drama field.

However, that was in a past life.

Deng Chao has now signed with Kyoto Entertainment and starred in "Painted Skin". Although the movie has not been released yet, once it is released, he will instantly become one of the top four young actors in the industry.

"Xiao Bai, go ask Deng Chao if he has a job right now?"

Lin Bufan's heart stirred, and he looked at Bai Bing.

"Okay, boss!"

If Deng Chao is currently unemployed, it would be a good opportunity for him to film this TV series before "Painted Skin" is released. Otherwise, if we wait until "Painted Skin" is released before asking Deng Chao to film a TV series, it would seem like we are disrespecting him.

"Boss, I asked the company, and Deng Chao hasn't taken on any acting roles yet."

A few minutes later, Bai Bing returned.

"This script will be reviewed by the screenwriting department, then given to Kang Xiangwen, and Deng Chao will be cast as the male lead!"

Regardless of whose script it is, it must be reviewed by the scriptwriting department before filming. This is a company rule, and even the script that Lin Bufan submitted was no exception.

Unless it's a film directed by Lin Bufan himself, the script can be exempt from this rule.

"Yes, boss!"

As Bai Bing was speaking, he suddenly remembered something: "Boss, Mr. Wang from Tudou.com just called and invited you to a meeting at the end of the month!"

"Okay, I got it!"

Lin Bufan nodded slightly.

He currently owns 25% of Tudou.com's shares, but also has 31.25% of the voting rights.

When Tudou.com was raising funds, it divided its shares into A and B shares. Although the other three investors held 40% of the shares, they were B shares, which together gave them only 25% of the voting rights.

Although Wang Wei only owns 60% of the shares, he has 75% of the voting rights.

Normally, with such a high voting power, Wang Wei could completely control Tudou.com, but the sudden appearance of Lin Bufan broke this balance.
