The entertainment empire began with Liu Yifei's premarital pregnancy.

"Mr. Lin, what do you think?"

Jiang Jiajun looked at Lin Bufan and asked tentatively.

"Let's skip Lin Xinru."

After careful consideration, Lin Bufan immediately rejected the idea.

"Besides Lin Xinru, are there any other candidates?"

"That's all, Mr. Lin!"

"Who do you think would be the most suitable candidate for the male lead?"

Lin Bufan is still undecided about the female lead. To be honest, Lin Xinru is quite suitable, but he doesn't like her.

"As for the male lead, Mr. Lin..."

As for the choice of the male lead, Jiang Jiajun listed several candidates, including Peng Yuyan, Raymond Lam, and Huang Zongze from Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Peng Yuyan gained considerable popularity in mainland China for his role as Tang Yu Xiaobao in "Chinese Paladin," and his appearance also fits the character of Yi Xiaochuan.

Raymond Lam is a popular actor at TVB with a good public image, while Wong Chung quickly gained popularity, especially in Hong Kong and Taiwan, with his roles in dramas such as "My Savage Granny" and "Heart of Greed".

On the mainland side, Huang Xiaoming, Tong Dawei, Deng Chao, Nie Yuan, and Hu Ge are all within the selection range.

"Let's skip the Hong Kong and Taiwan films. Deng Chao has another movie coming up, so let's choose Hu Ge!"

The TV series "The Myth" falls into the category of historical dramas. Hong Kong and Taiwanese stars generally have a poor grasp of history, which makes their performances somewhat incongruous.

Huang Xiaoming's acting skills are inconsistent, and since "The Return of the Condor Heroes," he has become somewhat greasy and is completely unsuitable for the role of Yi Xiaochuan.

Tong Dawei and the others were even less capable.

After much thought, I still think the original Hu Ge is the most suitable for this role.

Moreover, in terms of public attention, Hu Ge has received a great deal of attention since his car accident last year and his comeback this year. Having him play Yi Xiaochuan would also be beneficial for the TV series.

……

Lin Bufan made the final decision and instructed someone to send the script for "The Myth" to Tangren Media.

"Come on, let me introduce you. This is our company's newly signed artist, Liu Shishi!"

Cai Yinong, with a smile on his face, led Liu Shishi into the conference room from Tangren Film and Television, and introduced her to Hu Ge, Yuan Hong and others.

"Shishi, call him 'Senior Brother'!"

"Senior brother!"

Liu Shishi stood obediently beside Cai Yinong, her eyes curiously glancing at Hu Ge, Yuan Hong, and the others, addressing them sweetly.

"Junior Sister"

"Junior Sister!"

Hu Ge and Yuan Hong gave Liu Shishi gentle smiles.

Tangren Media is currently preparing for "Strange Tales of Liaozhai". Liu Shishi has been cast as Xin Shisi Niang. Tangren Media's current leading lady was originally Sun Li, but since she started dating Huang Lei, she has become more and more laid-back. If it weren't for Cai Yinong's strong insistence, she wouldn't have been willing to act anymore.

"Oh, by the way, K-sister, Kyoto just sent an invitation..."

Suddenly, a staff member remembered something and hurriedly reported it to Cai Yinong.

"Oh?"

After taking the document and glancing at it, Cai Yinong had a thought flash through his mind: 'Kyoto Animation is filming another TV drama...'

Since the broadcast of "The Ming Dynasty: Hongwu Emperor" and "My Own Swordsman", Kyoto Entertainment has been making waves in the television industry.

They have successively created "The Yongle Emperor of the Ming Dynasty", "The Starry Night", "Boss & Me" and "Difficult Love", although they have not yet been broadcast.

However, with the previous two TV series as a foundation, both industry insiders and audiences are still full of expectations for the TV series that Kyoto Entertainment will release next.

Now, they've started filming another movie called "The Myth," truly befitting a top entertainment company in the industry.

"Hugo, what are your thoughts?"

Cai Yinong looked at Hu Ge.

Cai Yinong has a very high opinion of Hu Ge and treats him like one of his own. Even after Hu Ge's car accident last year, he did not abandon him.

"K-sister, I want to try it!"

Hu Ge thought for a moment, then looked up at Cai Yinong.

"good!"

Cai Yinong nodded, then looked at his assistant: "Help me make an appointment with President Lin in Kyoto."

"Yes, Sister K!"

After his assistant left, Cai Yinong's eyes darted around before he looked at Liu Shishi and said, "Shishi, come with me to see President Lin tonight. Hu Ge, you come too."

"Okay, K-sister."

Hu Ge and Liu Shishi nodded in agreement.

……

Before we knew it, it was evening.

Cai Yinong had booked a private room at a five-star hotel. As it approached eight o'clock, the waiter opened the door to the private room, and Lin Bufan walked in with Bai Bing.

"President Lin!"

"Director Lin!"

Cai Yinong, Hu Ge, and Liu Shishi quickly stood up.

"President Cai."

Lin Bufan nodded to Cai Yinong.

Cai Yinong's name sounds old-fashioned, but you'll find that he's actually very handsome when you meet him in person.

Of course, she's still a little less attractive than a beautiful female celebrity.

As he spoke, Lin Bufan looked at Hu Ge and Liu Shishi.

"Mr. Lin, let me introduce you. This is Hu Ge, one of our Tangren employees."

"Director Lin, hello!"

Hu Ge stood in front of Lin Bufan and greeted him respectfully.

"kindness!"

Lin Bufan nodded slightly.

This was the first time Lin Bufan and Hu Ge had met.

"President Lin, this is Liu Shishi, a new artist signed by Tangren Media." Cai Yinong said, looking at Liu Shishi, "Shishi, greet her!"

"Director Lin, hello!"

Liu Shishi bowed slightly.

As expected of someone majoring in dance, her posture and demeanor are truly impeccable.

In later generations, Cai Yinong promoted Liu Shishi under the slogan of "Little Liu Yifei," which was an attempt to piggyback on Liu Yifei's fame.

Of course, Cai Yinong succeeded, or Liu Shishi succeeded.

Liu Shishi, who initially gained attention in the entertainment industry by using the name "Little Liu Yifei", quickly became popular. However, after she became famous, she had to put in a lot of effort to get rid of the name "Little Liu Yifei".

Even after the internet became more developed in later generations, fans of other groups would often use this to attack Liu Shishi.

"Hello!"

Lin Bufan smiled and looked at Liu Shishi.

"Liu Shishi signed with Tangren Media so early..."

Lin Bufan had also forgotten when Liu Shishi signed with Tangren in his previous life, but the current Liu Shishi was really young.

Her delicate face was so tender that you could squeeze water out of it with just a little pressure.

"Mr. Lin, please!"

After introducing everyone, Cai Yinong gestured for Lin Bufan to sit down.

"Mr. Lin, I wonder if Tangren Media could invest in the TV series 'The Myth'?"

After a lively chat, Cai Yinong looked at Lin Bufan and tentatively asked him a question.

This was Cai Yinong's real purpose in inviting Lin Bufan to dinner: she wanted Tangren to invest in Kyoto's project, thus gaining a powerful connection with Kyoto Entertainment.

Currently, the biggest constraint on Tangren's development is its inability to integrate into the film industry, limiting it to television dramas.

Cai Yinong also wanted Tangren to enter the film industry, but not everyone can make movies, or rather, not everyone who makes movies can make money.

If Tangren Media could invest in "The Myth", they could gradually get closer to Kyoto Animation and perhaps enter the film industry through Kyoto Animation in the future.

Even if things don't go well, Tangren has so many signed artists, so building a good relationship with Kyoto Entertainment is definitely the right thing to do.
