The entertainment empire began with Liu Yifei's premarital pregnancy.

The women quickly learned about the establishment of the Kyoto Charity Foundation.

Ultimately, Zhou Huimin was appointed as the president of the foundation, while Dong Xuan, Jessica, Wan Qian, and Gao Yuanyuan were appointed as vice presidents to help Zhou Huimin handle some of the foundation's affairs.

Since giving birth, Dong Xuan has almost completely retired from acting.

Normally, besides taking care of her children, she doesn't have much else to do at home, but joining the foundation can help her.

Jessica is the same; having left Hollywood, she has no intention of returning and is looking for something to do.

Wan Qian is generally very busy. She rarely acts now, only doing stage plays when she's interested.

Joining the foundation would be a good opportunity to help.

Gao Yuanyuan is simply lazy. This lazy beauty doesn't want to act or pursue her career.

Now I have the title of vice president of a foundation, and I can help out whenever I have free time, which can be considered as improving my social status.

Lin Bufan did not participate in any of these matters.

He dared not call himself a great philanthropist, and he did not even plan to publicize the establishment of his foundation in a grand manner.

He just wants to do what he wants to do.

He can't do the ideal of helping others when he's successful, but he can do what he can. He can afford to spend 500 million a year.

……

"Boss, Director Hong is here!"

"Let him in!"

Zhang Tianai knocked on the door and came in, then looked at Lin Bufan and reported.

A few minutes later, Hong Tao walked in, led by Zhang Tianai.

"Director Lin!"

Hong Tao stood in front of Lin Bufan.

Other senior executives in the group address Lin Bufan as "Chairman," but people in the entertainment industry like Hong Tao mostly refer to him as "Director Lin."

"Hong Tao is here, please have a seat!"

Lin Bufan looked up at Hong Tao, smiled, and stood up to walk out from behind the table.

"The first two seasons of 'The Voice' were quite good..."

In the past two years, each company has basically held its own annual meeting and financial report, which are then compiled and submitted to the group.

"The princess has already decided not to participate as a mentor in the third season, so you shouldn't go looking for her anymore," Lin Bufan said to Hong Tao.

"Yes, Director Lin!"

"What's wrong?"

Lin Bufan looked at Hong Tao's hesitant expression and was somewhat puzzled.

"Director Lin, back in the last season..."

Hong Tao hesitated for a moment, but ultimately decided to tell the truth.

Actually, there was almost a broadcasting accident in the last season, and the main reason was Han Hong.

One contestant came on stage, and what she said was a bit too harsh, even bordering on inhumane.

At the time, that episode generated a huge response after it aired.

Although there was no follow-up, Hong Tao is preparing to change Han Hong's mentor position in the third season of "The Voice of China" for the sake of the show.

The reason he kept going to see the princess was because he didn't want to change two mentors at once, especially two female mentors, as it would be too risky for the show.

"this……"

Lin Bufan frowned slightly.

The main problem is that he was unaware of Hong Tao's considerations.

Hong Tao's consideration is correct. The show "The Voice of China" has already begun preparations for its third season. If two mentors are suddenly replaced midway through, the impact will definitely be significant.

If it were just one, that would be fine.

If he had known earlier, he should have persuaded the princess to participate in this season again last night.

However, he had already promised the other party, so he was determined to keep his word.

"If we were to choose two different people, do you have anyone in mind?" Lin Bufan asked Hong Tao.

"There's only one right now!"

Since Hong Tao had decided to replace Han Hong, he had naturally already chosen a replacement: "Tan Jing!"

Tan Jing!

In the realm of pop music, she may not be widely known, but in the realms of bel canto and folk music, she is a true "national team" member.

Especially in later generations, her song "Nine Children" is enough to demonstrate her talent.

Moreover, the "national team" is undisputed in terms of both strength and prestige, and there is absolutely no problem in replacing Han Hong.

Han Hong has always considered herself part of the "national team," so it's perfectly acceptable to replace her with a new national team.

Now, it is the person who will replace the princess that needs to be carefully selected.

"Director Lin, what do you think of Mao Amin?" Hong Tao thought for a moment and looked at Lin Bufan.

Mao Amin is a recognized leading lady in the mainland music scene, and her reputation and experience perfectly match the role.

"Forget about her!"

Lin Bufan shook his head directly.

The fact that she appeared in a season of "Flowers and Youth" in later years was enough to reveal her true nature. No matter how high her reputation and seniority were, he would not agree to her.

Even if they had to use that big idiot, they wouldn't use her.

Moreover, among the four mentors, Liu Huan and Tan Jing represent the mainland, while Yu Chengqing represents Taiwan. Princess, who should have represented Hong Kong, has now given up, so a singer will definitely be selected from Hong Kong to replace her.

"In Hong Kong, is there any female singer who could replace the princess?"

"Well..."

Hong Tao thought for a moment, then shook his head.

Hong Kong's music scene has long been in a period of transition, especially with very few singers who can rival Faye Wong, and those who can are either senior artists or have already passed away.

"If that doesn't work, we'll switch to a male singer. Go talk to Alan Tam. If he's willing, let him take the place of the princess." Lin Bufan made the decision directly.

Back in the day, when Alan Tam and Leslie Cheung were vying for the title of "Principal," Alan Tam was so famous that there would be absolutely no problem with him taking over the position of "Princess."

"Yes, Director Lin!"

Hong Tao responded and, after chatting for a few more minutes, prepared to say goodbye and leave.

"Wait a moment!"

Lin Bufan called out to Hong Tao, as he had suddenly remembered something about Yu Chengqing.

"Director Lin?"

"Since we're going to change people, let's make a complete change and replace Yu Chengqing too." Lin Bufan looked at Hong Tao with a serious expression.

Later, it was revealed that Yu Chengqing had liked certain comments on foreign websites, making him a two-faced person.

He had forgotten about it before.

Now that we've remembered, we can't pretend we didn't see it. No matter the reason, even if it's just for the show, we can't let them continue as a mentor on the third season of The Voice of China.

"Go talk to Fei Yuqing and see if he's willing to be a mentor on the third season of The Voice of China."

Yu Chengqing's role on The Voice of China is to be a mentor responsible for making people laugh, and Fei Yuqing is a better fit for that role than Yu Chengqing.

In addition, in terms of strength, reputation, influence, and even seniority, he is more suitable than Yu Chengqing.

"Yes, Director Lin, I'll personally fly to Taiwan!"

Hong Tao looked very serious.

Although he was the program director, the final decision-making power still rested with Lin Bufan.
