The entertainment empire began with Liu Yifei's premarital pregnancy.

"BOSS!"

Zhao Liying looked at Lin Bufan with affection in her eyes.

"You wouldn't be thinking of...?"

Looking at Zhao Liying, Lin Bufan had a sudden thought: "This is your first time experiencing this."

"Yes!"

Zhao Liying smiled and looked at Lin Bufan: "That makes it even more meaningful, doesn't it!"

She knew that she was ranked in the teens, or even the dozens, of Lin Bufan's women.

She doesn't have much time or opportunity left.

Right now, it's just her and Lin Bufan on the plane; she doesn't care about the flight attendants at all.

This is a rare and wonderful opportunity.

More importantly, this was on an airplane, and she believed that doing so would give Lin Bufan an unforgettable memory.

Of course, the same applies to her.

"Lin Ya, no one is to disturb me without my permission!"

Since Zhao Liying had said that, Lin Bufan immediately got up, picked her up, and headed towards the lounge.

Lin Bufan had no intention of letting Zhao Liying go this time, since he brought her along.

However, he initially planned to wait until he arrived in America before making any decisions.

……

"I already told you to take it easy!"

When the plane landed at New York Airport, Lin Bufan helped Zhao Liying off the private jet.

Zhao Liying's personality is similar to Liu Yifei's; they are both the type who are bad at games but love to have fun.

"Oh, they're happy, and besides, you're enjoying it too." Zhao Liying turned to look at Lin Bufan and rolled her eyes at him.

"Mr. Lin!"

Just as Lin Bufan and his group stepped off the plane, Bart Elvis appeared before him with Charlie Reginald, COO of Strong Wind Investment Company, CRO Gold, Lister, CCO Butler Miles, and CFO Euphemia Nancy.

Besides Strong Wind Investment Company, Carter Dennis, representing Extraordinary Film Company, also came to pick up Lin Bufan at the airport.

"Get in the car, let's go back to the manor first."

Lin Bufan nodded to the group and then got into the stretch Lincoln parked nearby.

Liu Meng and Lin Bufan's bodyguard team had arrived in New York long before him, and the Hamptons seaside estate had already been thoroughly inspected inside and out.

Ensure there are no safety hazards.

This was the first time Lin Bufan had used this manor since he signed in.

"Go and rest first!"

The convoy drove into the manor, and after entering the building, Lin Bufan looked at Zhao Liying.

"Um!"

Zhao Liying nodded.

She knew that her man had come here on important business, and what she needed to do was not disturb him.

After Zhao Liying left, Lin Bufan's gaze swept over everyone: "Please sit down!"

"Yes, Mr. Lin!"

Bart Elvis and the others responded and sat down opposite Lin Bufan.

"Let me first talk about the company's development over the past few months!"

Lin Bufan picked up a cigar from the table next to him, cut off the cap with a cigar cutter, and lit it.

"Mr. Lin, Strong Wind Investment has been involved in..."

Bart Elvis gave Lin Bufan a detailed report.

Meanwhile, Charlie and the others were also checking for any omissions or errors.

Since the security company was established, they and their families have received full protection.

With these protections, they naturally wouldn't dare to betray Lin Bufan.

In addition, it's also because Lin Bufan really treats them well; their salaries are among the highest even in some of the top investment banks on Wall Street.

To reiterate, Lin Bufan could never completely trust them.

In New York, far from the central government's reach, if no measures are taken, who knows if they might band together to deceive us?

Don't assume that just because these Westerners talk about faith and integrity, they are trustworthy.

From World War I to the present, countless foreigners have immigrated to America, only to be exploited to the point of extinction by these so-called honest foreigners.

In fact, who knows if the extinction of the family line was actually arranged by them?

"You handled the company's IPO process very well!"

Lin Bufan looked at Bart and the others, acknowledging their abilities.

He has historical knowledge about investments, so when it comes to crucial moments, he will naturally tell them how to proceed.

As for ordinary times, we value their abilities.

Throughout Wall Street, there are over a thousand investment banks. Strong Wind Investment ranks around 300th among these banks.

All of this is thanks to them.

However, these are all temporary.

When the projects invested in by Strong Wind reach maturity, Strong Wind Investment will naturally join the ranks of mainstream investment banks on Wall Street.

"Mr. Lin, the heads of Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, and Merrill Lynch want to meet with you before the company goes public!" Bart Elvis reported to Lin Bufan.

In the publicly released list, Lin Bufan is only a shareholder of Strong Wind Investment, owning 5% of the shares.

The remaining shares were split into hundreds of shares and held in cross-shareholding by different institutions.

Lin Bufan knew very well that his Chinese identity wouldn't be enough in America, so he only needed to be a shareholder.

If it were any bigger, it might provoke some resistance in the United States, which is something he doesn't want.

This is why Lin Bufan asked Bart and others to address him only as "Mr. Lin" in public.

"Let's do it tonight!"

Lin Bufan considered it for a moment, then looked at Bart Elvis and set a time for their meeting.

……

By 8 p.m., the banquet hall of the manor had already been decorated.

Zhao Liying did not attend. She suffered some trauma today, and due to jet lag, her body could not handle it, so she went to rest early.

"Mr. Lin, let me introduce you. This is Mr. Sebastian, an investment manager at Goldman Sachs."

Bart Elvis led a white man, about forty years old and wearing a black suit, to Lin Bufan and introduced him.

"Mr. Sebastian, this is Mr. Lin Bufan. Mr. Lin is an internationally renowned director, and he is also a shareholder of Strong Wind Investment Company and Extraordinary Film Company."
