Lin Mo leaned back in his chair, tapping his fingers lightly on the table, his gaze falling on the hand-drawn map hanging on the wall.

The lines are rough, the proportions are all estimated, and the elevation differences and terrain are not intuitive.

Using this thing to command battles is only slightly better than playing chess with your eyes closed.

"No, we need to get a surveying drone as soon as possible."

He muttered something to himself, then with a thought returned to the main world.

He first called Su Qing to ask her to come pick him up, and then dialed Xin Lu's number.

"Sister Lu, do you know any aerial surveying companies?"

I want to buy two large mapping drones, the kind equipped with laser radar.

"Surveying drones? What new project are you up to now?"

Xin Lu's tone was curious, but she interrupted Lin Mo before he could answer.

"Forget it, I won't ask you anymore. You won't tell me anyway."

Let me ask around for you. I worked with an aerial surveying company when I was doing engineering projects before!

"Okay, thank you for your help!"

"It's no trouble at all. It's just that my aunt has been talking about you a lot lately. She says she's not feeling well again. When would be a good time for you to come and check on her?"

"Okay, I'll head over as soon as I'm done with my work in the next couple of days!"

After hanging up the phone, Lin Mo changed into normal clothes.

Less than fifteen minutes later, Xin Lu sent a phone number along with a message:

"I've already spoken to him; just go directly to the boss, Yang Wei."

Lin Mo replied with a thank you, and just as he put his phone back in his pocket, the deep roar of a G-Wagon engine came from downstairs.

Su Qing was wearing a dark gray suit skirt today, with flesh-colored stockings covering her straight calves. She was focused on the road ahead while driving.

The car drove out of the residential area and onto the main road. She remained silent for a while before suddenly speaking, her voice a few decibels softer than usual:

"Xiao Mo, is Yang Liu also one of your women?"

Su Qing was very nervous, gripping the steering wheel tightly with both hands.

Moreover, she doesn't seem to be in a good state lately, and it's clear that this problem has been on her mind for quite some time.

"Yes."

Lin Mo admitted directly that this kind of thing couldn't be hidden; it had always been discovered sooner or later in the past.

"Is the child in her belly yours too?"

"right."

Su Qing nodded slightly and didn't say anything more, but just gripped the steering wheel tighter.

The shadows of the roadside trees outside the car window swept across her expressionless face, her lips pressed into a thin line.

Lin Mo reached out and placed his hand on her leg, which was covered in shredded flesh, and stroked it a few inches up from her knee:

"I will not show favoritism."

You hold a place in my heart as heavy as the willow branches.

She is my woman, and so are you.

This won't change.

Su Qing gave a soft "hmm," her tense shoulders relaxing slightly, but the trace of disappointment in her eyes hadn't completely disappeared.

The car soon arrived at the address Xin Lu had sent, an office building located in the new district.

Lin Mo told Su Qing to wait in the car, and got out of the car alone.

Yang Wei personally greeted them downstairs at the company.

The other person was in his forties, wore frameless glasses, and shook hands with both hands, his enthusiasm bordering on solicitation.

"Mr. Lin, right? President Xin personally called to tell you that you are a distinguished guest."

"Come, come, please come upstairs."

Lin Mo followed him into the elevator and got straight to the point:

"Mr. Yang, I'd like to buy your large mapping drones, the kind with laser radar and oblique photography modules."

"No problem, Mr. Lin. You're Mr. Xin's friend, so you're my friend too. Just name your name when you see one you like, and I'll give you the lowest price."

With a beaming smile, Yang Wei led Lin Mo into the company showroom, through a card-swipe access gate, and into the warehouse at the back.

The warehouse was brightly lit, and rows of shelves were filled with drones of all models, from small entry-level models to large drones that were more than half a person tall.

Lin Mo glanced around, his gaze finally settling on a black drone in the corner that was noticeably larger than the other machines. It had sharp lines, six rotors, and a complete sensor array mounted below it, and it looked very professional.

"What model is this?"

"Mr. Lin has a keen eye. This is our top-of-the-line model, the CW-35 long-endurance mapping drone, which integrates a laser radar and a five-lens oblique photography system. It has a single flight time of four hours and a maximum range covering 200 square kilometers."

This system comes standard with a ground station, a backup battery pack, a licensed genuine 3D modeling software, and a one-year hardware warranty, costing a total of six million.

"Okay, no problem. But I have one condition: Mr. Yang needs to send your best technician to walk through the entire process, from aerial photography to post-production 3D modeling, right in front of me today. Is that alright?"

Yang Wei was stunned for a moment.

He was prepared to haggle over the six million offer, but to his surprise, the other party didn't even try to lower the price!

His smile deepened even more, and he rubbed his hands together in front of him.

"No problem, no problem! Mr. Lin, to be honest, I am the most professional technician in this company."

I personally led all the demonstrations and training for this aircraft. Shall we begin now?

"Can."

Yang Wei, along with the two others, drove to a nearby open park and chose an unobstructed lawn. He began by explaining the ground station setup before takeoff.

He broke down and explained every step—route planning, real-time monitoring, and data collection—to Lin Mo.

Lin Mo sat at the control panel, with the parameters and flight path diagrams displayed on the screen. Yang Wei explained it once, and Lin Mo could repeat the key steps. He could also ask questions that Yang Wei himself hadn't thought of.

When it came to the later stages of aerial triangulation and 3D model generation, Yang Wei originally planned to only give a general overview and have other technicians teach him the rest later. However, Lin Mo directly took the plunge and ran through the entire process.

From importing aerial photographs to generating point clouds, from building meshes to mapping textures, everything is done seamlessly.

The 3D model on the screen rotated slowly, with a clear outline and high precision. Even Yang Wei himself might not be able to get it right on the first try.

Yang Wei stood there, stunned. He pushed up his glasses and, after a long pause, finally managed to utter:

"Mr. Lin, you really have never encountered this before?"

I've flown with drones a few times before.

Yang Wei silently gave a thumbs up and didn't ask any more questions. In his mind, he had already categorized Lin Mo as one of those unassuming tech gurus.

It was already evening when Su Qing and I returned to the warehouse office with the equipment.

Since he couldn't do anything even if he returned to World One, Lin Mo put the equipment into his spatial storage and pointed to the sofa at the dejected Su Qing.

Su Qing blushed and, understanding the unspoken message, lay down on the sofa.

Su Qing clung tightly to Lin Mo's clothes, her eyes brimming with tears, her voice filled with expectation:

"Xiao Mo, Auntie also wants to have a child for you."

"Then let's have it."

The warm-faced Su Qing leaned against Lin Mo's chest:

"Xiao Mo, how about coming to my house for dinner tonight? You haven't been to my new house since it was renovated."

"it is good."

Thinking that it had been a long time since he had seen Lin Qingyue, and that the girl had asked him on the phone with a pitiful look on her face when he would be free, Lin Mo nodded in agreement.
