Caesar was dumbfounded and gasped:

"resurrection?"

"Is this something so hard to understand?"

Lu Mingfei looked at Caesar strangely, not understanding why he had such a strong reaction.

"Theoretically speaking, resurrection only exists in novels and movies. In reality, it is practically a fantasy to resurrect the dead."

Chu Zihang carefully considered his words. To be honest, he couldn't care less about those sad things now. Lu Mingfei's words shocked him. He silently put "finding a psychologist for Lu Mingfei" as his top priority.

"You said it yourself, it's 'basic,' right?"

Lu Mingfei shrugged. "Theoretically speaking, Odin only exists in mythology, but now we have confirmed that this god has come out of the mythological epic, so resurrecting a dead soul is no longer an impossible thing."

Caesar and Chu Zihang exchanged a glance. This was true robber logic! Because Odin's existence had been confirmed, they felt that nothing in this world was impossible. After all, even Odin from mythology had appeared, so even the most absurd things had a source.

However, both of them were slightly moved and had to admit that they were touched by Lu Mingfei's crazy idea.

"Now we have a common goal."

Caesar looked at Chu Zihang, "You wanted to kill Odin, right? Now I want to kill Odin too, and I also have someone I want to resurrect."

Chu Zihang nodded silently. He didn't ask Caesar who he wanted to resurrect. Everyone has a few reasons in their life that would make you risk your life.

"It seems we've reached an agreement. Should we keep tonight's events a secret from Professor Guderian? The note I left him only said we'd be going out for a stroll tonight."

Caesar snapped his fingers.

"Let's not tell Professor Guderian. This is our own business, and we can only solve it ourselves."

Chu Zihang shook his head, glanced at Lu Mingfei, and said, "I don't think Mr. Caesar would betray us on this matter."

"Of course not. We were brothers before Odin was killed. Those who betray their brothers will go to hell."

Caesar raised an eyebrow. "The problem now is how we get back. All our vehicles are broken. We just drove about 100 kilometers. If we walk back, we might not reach the hotel until dawn."

"I've called someone to pick us up, and I expect to see the car in a little while."

Lu Mingfei said.

Half an hour later, two beams of white light pierced the gray rain curtain, and a black Mercedes-Benz sped toward them from a distance.

Caesar whistled loudly, straightened his soaked coat, and combed his dripping blond hair back with his hand. Just as Nono had said, he was a vain fellow. Whenever there were outsiders present, he would still show off his flamboyant nobleman's temperament even if he was soaked in the rain.

Lu Mingfei and Chu Zihang watched his movements silently, then turned away in unison, wanting to show that they weren't actually very familiar with this guy.

"Hey guys, don't be shy. We did something amazing tonight, that's the time to be high-spirited!"

Caesar put his arms around their shoulders. Even now, he still felt a pang of pride about how high he had come to be. In Odin's kingdom, he could only flee in disarray, but in the end, they had still won a battle. At times like these, one should be proud!

Lu Mingfei and Chu Zihang did not speak, nor did they resist Caesar's enthusiastic embrace; they simply watched the Mercedes approach from afar.

Caesar didn't insist, and put on a radiant smile, a standard eight-tooth smile, looking like he was standing on an award podium preparing to give an acceptance speech.

"Caesar! Chu Zihang!"

The sound of a shrew's roar echoed like thunder in the downpour. A Mercedes stopped in front of them, and a disheveled old man jumped out, holding a black umbrella, and rushed over.

Caesar's smile shattered abruptly.

"Professor Guderian?"

……

"Are your clothes wet? I'll turn on the heater in the back seat; you can't catch a cold in this awful weather."

Guderian greeted Lu Mingfei with a warm smile, and it seemed that if his own clothes weren't so slovenly, he would have gladly taken them off on the spot and let Lu Mingfei change out of his wet ones.

"No need, Professor, my body isn't that weak yet."

"That's good, that's good."

Guderian breathed a sigh of relief, but then suddenly changed his tone, frowning as he scrutinized Chu Zihang and Caesar:

"It's one thing for you two to be crazy, but why did you have to bring Lu Mingfei along? He's different from you. He only recently awakened, and his physical condition isn't as good as yours. What if he gets sick from getting rained on? If someone hadn't seen you drive onto the overpass and left me your exact location at the hotel, I wouldn't have been able to find you..."

Caesar was dumbfounded and wanted to say, "Professor, this is completely unfair treatment. Lu Mingfei was the one who brought them out tonight to have fun. Lu Mingfei single-handedly broke into Odin's kingdom tonight and almost accidentally hurt them with the commotion he caused. And yet you're here worrying about whether Lu Mingfei will catch a cold from getting rained on."

Chu Zihang's expression also cracked, so he simply closed his eyes, crossed his arms, and looked like he was "resting and can't hear anything."

Guderian was amused by these two stubborn pigs who weren't afraid of boiling water, but when he glanced at Lu Mingfei, who was sitting obediently in his seat looking out the window, all his anger melted away. He thought to himself that it was fortunate that his student was such an excellent child as Lu Mingfei. Although he had some psychological problems, his merits outweighed his flaws.

The Mercedes sped along the empty elevated road. Caesar and Chu Zihang remained silent, while Guderian frequently glanced at the rearview mirror.

"Um... Mingfei."

Guderian cleared his throat and said to the rearview mirror:

"What's your decision? I see you're getting along quite well with Caesar and Chu Zihang. If you choose to join Kassel College, I can have the college secretary prepare your admission letter and plane ticket right now. After that, the two of them will give you orientation."

After Guderian finished speaking, he looked nervously at Lu Mingfei in the rearview mirror. Caesar and Chu Zihang also sat up straight and looked at Lu Mingfei.

"Could you give me some more time to think about it?"

Lu Mingfei said, "I need to process all that. I also have some things to take care of in Japan. Could you give me a reply after I've finished dealing with those matters?"

He spoke politely and sincerely, and Guderian couldn't find a reason to refuse. He could only nod and comfort himself, thinking that at least he hadn't been directly rejected, and at least there was hope.

Caesar and Chu Zihang exchanged a glance and said in unison:

"We're going to Japan too."

Guderian was dumbfounded.
