However, the thought that they had already obtained the method to attain enlightenment filled them with joy. Once they attained enlightenment and became saints, what good things couldn't they get?

Time flies, and another three thousand years have passed.

With guidance from Mo Xuan, the Three Pure Ones began to seek opportunities for enlightenment through teaching.

When Lao Tzu traveled among the human race, he gained some insights and preached the Tao on the spot, explaining the method of alchemy to the human race.

Thus, Lao Tzu preached the Way among humankind for nine hundred years, establishing the orthodox tradition of humanism and attaining the position of a sage.

Yuanshi and Tongtian followed closely behind, establishing the Chan Sect and the Jie Sect respectively, and attaining the status of sages.

Jieyin and Zhunti also immediately realized this, broke away from the Xuanmen sect, and established the Western Sect.

However, the reason why the Three Pure Ones were able to successfully attain enlightenment was due to the legacy of Pangu. Part of Pangu's merit in creating the world was drawn out, which allowed the Three Pure Ones to successfully attain enlightenment.

The two Westerners, however, had nothing. In desperation, they borrowed a massive amount of merit from the Heavenly Dao to attain sainthood.

"Junior brother, we have gone through countless hardships and endured much scorn, but we have finally succeeded in attaining enlightenment. From now on, let's see who will look down on our Western Paradise." Jieyin was moved to tears.

Zhunti was also in tears at this moment, equally excited.
