I told you to change your skills, and you changed them into a nuclear explosion immortal?

"This is... what you meant by not being able to get past the first hurdle???"

Renekton was furious; his face instantly turned red to the roots of his neck.

This isn't just a slap in the face; it's like slapping his face repeatedly with the sole of a shoe.

One second he's shouting happily, the next second the other person is gone. How can he possibly keep his composure?

Seeing this, the others didn't know how to defend themselves and could only stubbornly insist on their version of events.

"That...it must be an illusion...yes! It's just an illusion! He's definitely still in the first stage!"

"That son of a bitch... he can't even die peacefully at the hands of the BOSS! Mr. Renekton, please don't be angry!"

"Enough!!!"

Renekton was furious.

"Even in this state, they're still deceiving themselves!!!"

Renekton roared, his face ashen as he gritted his teeth as he watched Lu Yun disappear on the second step.

"We underestimated him...we all underestimated him!"

"This gray mage isn't as useless as we thought; he's strong... extremely strong!"

Although he didn't want to admit it, and although he was furious, Connor finally came to his senses.

They had traversed this hidden path before, and the bosses were always the same. However, when they passed the first level back then, it took them a full half hour; they were worn down to death by the boss.

That BOSS's health and defense were beyond the reach of ordinary people, yet Lu Yun only took 18 seconds to break through it.

In 18 seconds, they killed the BOSS that they had spent half an hour grinding down. No matter how you look at it, this guy couldn't possibly be trash.

Don't forget, Lu Yun is a mage. Given how fragile mages are, even a sixth-level mage can only withstand two hits at most.

But his appearance clearly showed that he had cleared the level without taking any damage, which was beyond their comprehension.

"Rexton, you're right. We've all underestimated him. We need to abandon our arrogance and re-evaluate him."

"That's right..."

Renekton's envy, jealousy, and hatred reached their peak, but faced with the facts, he had no choice but to accept it.

"He's very strong, so we absolutely can't hold back once he's out. We need to unleash our full power and take him down in one fell swoop."

"No, we can't stop. We must set a death limiter and concentrate fire for at least ten minutes to ensure we kill him!"

"Wait, he's out again!"

Someone exclaimed in surprise, and Renekton and his companion's expressions immediately changed.

Sure enough, Lu Yun appeared on the second step again, and this time he didn't grin foolishly, but calmly stepped onto the third step.

But it's not over yet.

A few seconds later, he reappeared.

Soon, the fourth step.

The fifth step.

The sixth step.

When he stepped onto the seventh step and disappeared, the faces of Renekton and the others were extremely grim.

That was already their best result. If Lu Yun could...

Before he could even finish thinking, Lu Yun reappeared on the seventh step and leisurely stepped onto the eighth step.

At that moment, the scene was completely silent; not a single person made a sound.

This is no longer a question of whether it's strong or not.

How did he manage to do that?!

The whole thing, including the time he spent standing on the steps in a daze, only took 5 minutes.

5 minutes!

They passed through seven trials in such a rapid manner. Not to mention them, no one among all the strong people who have passed through the Path of the Hidden Gods over the years has been able to do so.

Even three hundred years ago, the strongest hidden professional who suddenly appeared and shocked the world took a full three hours to reach the eighth step.

Even so, that person has already been recognized as the strongest in a thousand years.

But now, Lu Yun only took five minutes, just five minutes!

At this moment, Renekton's face was not just ugly, it was completely ashen.

His eyes even showed shock and fear.

"He's out again!!!"

Upon seeing Lu Yun reappear, Connor's face paled, and he pointed at Lu Yun, who had stepped onto the ninth step, with shock in his eyes.

"10 seconds... This time it's 10 seconds! That's 2 seconds faster than level 6!"

"This, this person is a devil... he is a devil!"

Renekton gritted his teeth, his pupils wide with shock as he stared at the vanished Lu Yun, and growled hysterically.

"Impossible... This is absolutely impossible!!!"

"How could he clear level 8 in just 10 seconds?! This is level 8! How did he do that...? Can someone explain this to me?!"

No one could explain this to him, because everyone else was horrified and trembling with fear.

"Third place... Lu Yun has reached third place!"

"My God... second only to the God Emperor and that Dragon Kingdom powerhouse, what exactly is his strength? How could he have ranked third so quickly!"

"He cheated... He must have cheated! Yes! He must have cheated! Otherwise, he couldn't have gotten to third place so quickly!"

Everyone looked horrified, and Renekton and Connor were even more terrified, their faces turning deathly pale.

However, within the ninth level of space.

Lu Yun, however, looked at the BOSS in front of him with great curiosity.

"This is already the ninth level, how come I still haven't encountered the God of Bones? I've already cleared three traces of the gods."

"And... this boss is the God of Corruption?"

Looking at this enormous mountain of flesh that resembled a pile of rotting meat, with disgusting green slime dripping from its body from time to time, Lu Yun felt a bit resistant to it.

But he was already on the ninth level and still hadn't encountered the God of Bones, which was making him feel a bit overwhelmed.

However, to be fair, although not every boss drops Divine Traces and Forbidden Spells, every boss will drop at least one red-tier item.

He now has eight pieces of the red suit.

The reason it's called a "distributed set" is because these eight pieces of equipment have four different names.

Annihilation, demons, necromancy, immortality.

Each set has two pieces, and they are all duplicates of the robe and trousers, making them really hard to tear.

He even wondered if he could get two more sets of robes and pants after he cleared the game.

"Forget it, let's just keep grinding. I don't know what's going on with this Path of Concealment. It's all so weird and mysterious."

Lu Yun made a sarcastic remark and immediately unleashed a lightning spell.

"Snap!"

[You have slain the God of Corruption - Evil Soggas (Source/Avatar), Level +1]

You have gained 100 modification points.

【congratulations!】

You've leveled up!

Watching the item automatically disappear into his backpack and seeing the golden light emanating from his body again, Lu Yun couldn't help but nod in satisfaction.

"Level 496, not bad, not bad."

As for the drops, Lu Yun didn't check them much after the third floor. Since they were already in his pocket, he figured he might as well check them all at once after he finished farming.

Moreover, because he already possessed the aura of the God of Corruption, this BOSS naturally showed no signs of being destroyed.

With a flash, he reappeared on the ninth step.

Hearing the silence behind him, he subconsciously turned around and glanced back.

When he saw Renekton and the others staring at him in astonishment, Lu Yun chuckled and didn't take it seriously at all.

In this dog-eat-dog world, might makes right.

Lu Yun shook his head and slowly stepped onto the tenth step.

however.

When he entered, he was stunned to see the bones and skeletons scattered all over the floor.

"The room is different now?"

Seemingly remembering something, Lu Yun quickly clicked "OK".

next second.

The countless bones on the ground began to wriggle and coalesce, and soon they condensed into a humanoid skeleton that was 15 meters tall, holding a staff, and with huge bone wings on its back.

Lu Yun's eyes lit up when he saw the name on the illustration.

"It really is the God of Bones?!"

"finally found you!"
