In name only: The land of Handong, I shall rule its fate.

For dangerous tasks like this, you should ask him to do them.

It's unbearable to repair!

Unfortunately, given his position, he has no choice but to listen. It's infuriating.

"Secretary Tian, I investigated the reasons for Linzhong Technology's loans and found that the funds Linzhong Technology absorbed were mostly invested in stable sectors and there were no major high-return financial projects. The rate of return was seriously insufficient to meet the investors' expectations."

"This forced the company to make up the difference by borrowing money through fictitious projects."

"And it has already borrowed from multiple companies in multiple rounds. If it continues to develop, it will become another Dafeng Factory that operates on borrowed funds."

Speaking of which...

Qiu Tianhen's voice became much heavier, "I also checked other P2P companies in Handong, and their situation is different from Linzhong Technology's. Their funds mainly come from three parts:

Firstly, the profits transferred from other business segments by the company's shareholders are used to maintain the initial investment;

Secondly, attracting new users.

Using new customers' money to pay for returns from old customers;

Thirdly, as mentioned earlier, is money obtained through fictitious loans and financing.

"Its essence lies not in sophisticated investment methods, but in attracting new users and continuously expanding the Ponzi scheme through new recruits. However, there is a limit to the number of new users in the market, and when the limit is approached, this Ponzi scheme will end."

"A once-thriving financial sector can instantly turn into a scene of utter devastation."

Qiu Tianhen tapped the table heavily.

Tian Guofu remained silent. He was the secretary of the provincial discipline inspection commission, not an incompetent fool. Of course, he had already investigated and knew everything. But who knew what kind of monster was lurking in these deep waters?

By then.

Tian Guofu's physique isn't even enough to fill a tooth gap; his father-in-law will be in trouble.

"Secretary Tian, I'll take the lead in the battle, but I need your and the Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection's conclusion and investigation."

Qiu Tianhen said sincerely.

But Tian Guofu's right eyelid twitched violently, and he felt that something big was about to happen.

"Governor Tianhen, please calm down and don't do anything impulsive."

Tian Guofu quickly tried to dissuade him.

"Death is inevitable for everyone; it may be as weighty as Mount Tai or as light as a feather."

Qiu Tianhen waved his hand to refuse the other party's kindness and said firmly, "Secretary Tian, let me be frank with you."

"I'm going to get involved!"

It was only six words, but each one seemed to have been uttered from between Qiu Tianhen's teeth.

"To leave life and death to the opponent is too childish; I'd rather take it myself."

Qiu Tianhen said in a bloody voice.

Tian Guofu felt his throat go dry and kept swallowing.

Is it worth it?

Tian Guofu spoke with difficulty, asking the question.

"My only aspirations are to make progress, to find peace of mind, and to benefit the people."

Qiu Tian laughed.

A smile, more sacred than plum blossoms in winter, bloomed on his usually cold and aloof face.

This sanctity contains both public and private elements.

But this is just an ordinary person with emotions and desires.

"Secretary Tian, the tea at Executive Director Lin's place is much better than yours. You might as well go and visit him more often."

"Bring some back with you."

"Next time I come, I really don't want to drink Yuexi Cuilan."

Qiu Tianhen stood up and took his leave.

Ha ha!

Tian Guofu's lips twitched. Fine, let him go. Why did you have to insult him like that?

What a mean mouth!

But I'll just go visit Lin Zhiyuan...

Tian Guofu's eyes trembled violently as he couldn't help but think of the recent vitality of the provincial government system, which was truly enviable!

Just like Qiu Tianhen.

If it really works out, his future prospects will be far beyond my reach.

But things are never that simple, though it is indeed time to have a talk.

He took out his phone and dialed a number.

"dad!"

While Qiu Tianhen was busy, everyone else in the provincial government system was doing the same.

Especially Luyang Mountain.

As the vice governor in charge of culture, education, health and sports, his power was among the lowest, slightly higher than that of Bao Wenbin, the vice governor in charge of rural areas, agriculture and water conservancy.

Now that we have the opportunity, what reason is there not to try?

the next day.

He met with the directors of the provincial sports bureau and the sports bureaus of thirteen cities, as well as the director of the provincial culture department and the director of the provincial tourism bureau, right in his office.

"It's settled then!"

Lu Yangshan waved his hand and said, "The Hanchao Football League, which will start next April, is a cultural, tourism, and sports calling card for our Handong Province to promote to people both inside and outside the province."

"One month! I'll give you one month!"

"I expect to see your annual work summary and project reports by the end of December."

"Anyone who can't do it should say so in advance."

"If you don't do it, there are plenty of others who will. Don't come to me with all sorts of excuses later, saying it's impossible to get it done."

"Oh!"

"Anyone who dares to take away my livelihood, I'll crack their skull open."

Lu Yangshan slammed his fist on the table, making a loud banging sound, like an enraged Tarzan. The 16 cadres didn't dare to lift their heads and frantically took notes.

As for what I wrote down...

neither knows.

But action did indeed take place that afternoon; the Provincial Sports Bureau, the Provincial Department of Culture, and the Provincial Tourism Bureau issued a statement that same afternoon:

Joint Announcement Regarding the Holding of the 2014 Handong City Football League

In order to thoroughly implement the "National Fitness Regulations" and the "National Fitness Plan (2011-2015)," and to carry out the 2014 deployment of the State General Administration of Sport's work on popularizing grassroots football, and in conjunction with the province's work arrangements for cultural benefits for the people and the development of all-for-one tourism, to further consolidate the foundation of grassroots football, integrate sports events, urban culture, and cultural tourism consumption resources, cultivate local grassroots football brands, and enrich the spiritual and cultural life of the masses, the Provincial Sports Bureau, the Provincial Department of Culture, and the Provincial Tourism Bureau have decided to jointly organize the 2015 Handong City Football League.

Thirteen cities quickly followed suit at this crucial juncture, and informed the public of the detailed competition information and selection requirements.

"Honey, look, I'm forwarding your message."

A young couple of local college students, who were out for a stroll, had just left a barbecue restaurant when the girl exclaimed in surprise as she looked at her phone.

"What?"

The boy was still a little confused as he looked at the forwarded message: "Handong City Football League, abbreviated as Hanchao".

"Holy crap!"

"This works?"

"Honey, why don't you give it a try? You've been playing soccer all along, haven't you? Participating in the city sports bureau's preliminary selection will earn you extra credits, and if you're officially selected, you'll get paid whether you're a substitute or a starter!"

The girl excitedly added, "Moreover, their training fully respects the players' work and study time, and does not affect their normal work except for necessary training camps and matches."

"Substitutes should earn no less than 5,000 yuan per month, and starters no less than 7,000 yuan per month."

"Holy crap! Holy crap! Holy crap!"

The boy was equally excited, "The minimum is five thousand, that's a huge sum of money! There will also be revenue sharing from team endorsements and personal endorsements later on."

This amount of money is negligible for professional players, but for college students and social workers looking to earn extra money, it's a dream part-time job.

You can fully showcase your hobbies and even make money.

What could be better than turning your hobby into a job, having fun and making money at the same time?

"Hey, handsome guys and beautiful girls, what are you talking about? Han Chao? Football?"

The commotion they made had already attracted the attention of those nearby, who asked curiously.

"Go check the provincial government's official website."

The young couple exchanged a glance and then ran away, leaving only a soft sound behind.

Such a good thing should be done before others realize it.

The Municipal Sports Bureau is conveniently located not far from here.

First come, first served!

"Holy crap!"

Exclamations rang out, and many eager-to-run men, upon seeing the announcement, also took off running.
