In name only: The land of Handong, I shall rule its fate.

Handong Provincial Cloud Big Data Development Company.

This morning, Fang Denggao shared some incredibly good news regarding Lin Zhiyuan's destination.

The online government affairs platform was built ahead of schedule and completed its initial small-scale testing.

"Director Lin, the framework system and functional modules of the online platform have all been developed, and the second round of testing on the three platforms was completed this morning."

While explaining, the chief architect, at Lin Zhiyuan's request, focused on demonstrating the core service module, the appeal interaction platform module, the data and public convenience service module, the data sharing central capability module, the enterprise-specific service module, the cross-regional special zone within the province, and the three-terminal integrated service.

The interface is simple and the operation is smooth; it's almost unbelievable that this is a product from this era.

"There are a few aspects that need further revision:"

First, add a scoring system to the service module;

Second, the family tracing section will be temporarily separated from the appeal interaction platform module for focused monitoring and to receive visits from other places;

Third, the data sharing module and cross-regional, cross-system zones cannot be merely decorative; they must achieve comprehensive integration, meaning a single application and parallel approval by multiple departments in the background.

The chief architect quickly noted down Lin Zhiyuan's requirements, saying, "Please rest assured, Executive Director Lin, except for the third point which requires Engineer Huang's off-site assistance, the others are not difficult."

Huang Wan'er, also known as Huang Gong, is the computer science major's "holy maiden" whom Wu Chunlin snatched from the jaws of the higher-level public security department.

She herself is still pursuing further studies at school, but the core challenges and structural improvements of the online government affairs platform, as well as the most important data security guarantee mechanism, were all driven by her efforts alone.

"Executive Director Lin!"

The chief architect glanced cautiously at Lin Zhiyuan and tentatively asked, "Engineer Huang would like to arrange an online meeting. Would that be convenient for you?"

"Is there a scheduled time?"

Lin Zhiyuan countered with a question.

The chief architect quickly shook his head, "It all depends on your schedule."

"Then let's do it now."

Lin Zhiyuan was also very interested in this junior school girl who was about twenty years younger than him.

The online meeting place was provided by the kind-hearted chairman, who said that the meeting room was too crowded and there was a risk that Executive Director Lin and Engineer Huang might discuss confidential projects.

Lin Zhiyuan accepted this explanation.

"Senior Lin!"

A sleepy-eyed girl in a bunny costume appeared on the screen. What a girl! She won't officially turn 18 until the end of this year.

Talent is just that unreasonable.

The chief architect who received Lin Zhiyuan today would be a top expert even in the outside world, but he was like a primary school student in front of Huang Wan'er.

"Hello, junior sister Wan'er."

Lin Zhiyuan greeted him.

"Senior Lin is even more handsome than the photo on the school's honor wall."

Huang Wan'er yawned again, lacking the introverted and professional demeanor of a typical engineer, more like a high school student her age who had stayed up all night watching dramas. "So, could you get me a signed copy of Senior Yan's complete novel?"

"Oh? Is that so subtle?"

Lin Zhiyuan didn't expect this to be a social bull.

"I'm a fan of Yan's light novels, and I also really like her essays and poetry collections."

Huang Wan'er's eyes sparkled, but her tone carried a hint of disdain, "It's a pity that Senior Yan married you so early in her senior year and then stopped writing."

Good news, my wife has fans;

Bad news: her own haters will probably start by saying the only good thing Huang Wan'er can say to her.

"Sign tonight! The whole package!"

"Send it out tomorrow morning."

Lin Zhiyuan quickly shut the little girl up.

"Yay!"

Huang Wan'er was very excited, "It was worth signing the internship contract with Handong."

"I've read the requirements you made today, senior. It should take about a month to complete, but it won't affect the uploading and operation of data from various units. We can break down the information silos first, and I can modify it according to the actual situation."

Lin Zhiyuan nodded.

"And senior, could you give us some more challenging tasks? This kind of thing isn't fun at all. It's a little novel at first, but then it's all repetitive work."

Huang Wan'er complained.

"It seems the things on the ground aren't enough for you."

Lin Zhiyuan laughed and said, "Interested in trying the ones in the sky?"

In the sky?

Huang Wan'er's sleepy eyes regained a bit of clarity.

"right!"

Lin Zhiyuan nodded. "If you're interested, leave a short number marked as Tianshan Capital for access today. They'll discuss the details with you."

The online government service platform seems to have gotten off to a good start, or perhaps it's the harvest season after nearly half a year of hard work.

May good fortune and prosperity come to you!

Wen Yiyan also brought good news: Nandao Hexin Technology has made a decision to set up its mainland headquarters in Jingzhou and its factory in Xiaochu.

This marks the first step in the concentrated establishment of Wen Yiyan's southern business enterprises in Handong and the surrounding areas, and is also an important step in establishing cross-strait relations. Everyone is driven by profit, and only with sufficient mutual interests can both sides be willing to sit down and discuss other matters.

At the same time.

The variety show "Be Arrogant, College Students!" on Handong TV successfully concluded its run in Chang'an.

Despite a poor start, a team from the host Chang'an High School turned the tide, defeating their strongest competitor, Ezhou, to claim the championship.

It can be said that a team of college students, including the champions and runners-up, has no shortcomings in any aspect.

However, Wu Chunlin started his work very early, and before the year was over, he had already contacted some college students who had failed to be selected early on but had special talents through the filming crew.

On the contrary, the further we went, the less we looked forward to it.

Because of the students' strong personal abilities, they have more choices: going abroad, staying at the university, starting their own businesses, and receiving offers from various organizations and companies. Many of them are even already engaged or married.

For them, traveling all the way to Handong was not a particularly appealing option.

Similarly.

Handong now needs high-end talent, but it also seeks a large and sufficient number of qualified candidates. Given the need to expend a lot of energy and resources, Wu Chunlin prefers ordinary students.

After all, this "ordinary" only applies to outstanding individuals, but these individuals are themselves top students cultivated by key universities.

The phoenix's tail is also a phoenix.

Wu Chunlin will provide as many as he needs, as long as they pass the screening.

Wu Chunlin recruited over 8000 young talents in one go, a number that accounts for almost one-tenth of the total number of fresh graduates recruited by Handong Province, public institutions, and state-owned enterprises in previous years. However, he did not feel overwhelmed at all, and the shortage in Handong today is destined to be very large.

Only two obstacles remain in the way of these students: exams and themselves.

"Dear students, no, I mean, dear comrades, thank you for signing your internship contracts from all over the country. From today onwards, we are like-minded comrades-in-arms."

Wu Chunlin met with them in batches, and at this moment he stood in front of a group of students and gave a passionate speech.
