Survival Game: Call Me an Honest Businessman

Li Zhi's private messages exploded.

Almost everyone I know sent their congratulations, and some even inquired about the conditions for joining the organization.

Li Zhi only replied to friends with whom he had a close relationship.

Lingqiu: [Congratulations on topping the Lord Ranking!]

Li Zhi: [You're awake? Have you run out of Apocalypse Crystals? I'll teleport you some more.]

After she finished speaking, she teleported 10 units over.

Lingqiu: [You don't need that much. You still have the wealth ranking tomorrow, so you can't spend a single penny now!]

Li Zhi: [Don't worry, I'm very rich. Yi still owes me 111 million.]

Lingqiu: [I know, you've started a betting operation.]

Li Zhi: [Did the one you saw in the river of time also bloom?]

Li Zhi: [Huh? More than 111 million? How much is that? Yi was already furious and embarrassed; if he goes bankrupt, he'll definitely try every means to dig me out.]

Lingqiu: [That was at another point in time. I think you're better off this way now, more stable and safer, and you seem happy.]

Li Zhi: [What? Am I unhappy in the river of time?]

Lingqiu: [Zzz]

Li Zhi raised an eyebrow, unsure whether Ling Qiu was truly asleep or feigning sleep due to a difficult question.

In short, the version of her that Lingqiu saw was probably not as powerful as the one she is now.

Otherwise, Lingqiu wouldn't be so worried.

Li Zhi couldn't help but open the class panel, staring thoughtfully at the class skill "The Last Gambler".

All professional skills can be copied and sold.

However, she has only used this skill once so far, and she doesn't know what the final result will be when the skill is imprinted.

Can those who use the rubbings ask their future selves for help?

Li Zhi thought it was unlikely.

The most likely explanation is that they also sought help from Li Zhi in the future.

Wouldn't that be giving her money?

Li Zhi now feels that this won't work.

She needs to develop and test this skill.

While pondering how to test this skill at the lowest cost, Li Zhi opened Celia's message.

Celia: [The Forging Clan wants to host a celebration banquet for you on their airship in the Emerald Mountains. It's up to you whether you come or not.]

Li Zhi: [Teacher, weren't you at all surprised or congratulatory when your student topped the lord rankings?]

Celia: [I didn't just find out today that you'd be number one.]

Li Zhi: [So you believed what I said before?]

She herself was worried that something unexpected or unforeseen might happen.

Celia: [I have my own judgment.]

Li Zhi: [The teacher's judgment is simply to unconditionally trust me~~~]

Celia: [If you come, remember to bring Perth.]

After replying to the message, Li Zhi went downstairs.

She is now at the exchange in Saint Shadow City.

Today is the second day of the exchange's official opening. It was very lively when I arrived this morning. After the Lord Ranking was released, the number of people coming increased by nearly tenfold.

The lucky ladies, who were sent to help temporarily, are already extremely busy.

But Li Zhi did not appear in public; she was heading to the parliament building.

Mingchun just sent her a message saying that the meeting for the New Lord Ranking has ended, and now is the best time for her to register her territory attributes.

Without hesitation, Li Zhi rushed over immediately.

She had already made her decision when Celia told her about the difference between private and racial territories.

"My territory is classified as an exclusive territory."

The councilors who hadn't left yet all followed and crowded around the office door, curiously looking at the newcomer who had come to register and was at the top of the race leaderboard.

The councilor in charge of registration activated the magic circle and confirmed once again: "At the top of the list of newly emerging race lords, Lord Li Zhi, are you sure you want to register your territory as your exclusive territory? Are you aware that once a territory's attributes are registered, they can never be changed?"

"I am certain that I will register the territory as my own. I am well aware that once the territory is registered, its attributes will never be changed."

"Alright, the registration of the Unforgettable Territory's attributes is complete. Lord Li Zhi, here is your lord's badge."

Li Zhi curiously accepted the badge.

Mingchun smiled and said, "Isn't it similar to the badge in your lord's gift pack?"

Li Zhi nodded.

She hadn't had time to carefully examine the rewards on the lord's list, but the badge was a separate item. As soon as she received it, she saw it. It was a badge interwoven with blue and green, which was round when closed and surrounded by a galaxy in the sunlight. When unfolded, it was two semicircles with special floating crystal fragments in the middle that shimmered with light.

The parliament's emblem looks similar, but it has a metallic color scheme of gold and silver, and it is not a circle that is separated vertically, but rather horizontally.

There is a vertical dividing line in the middle, inlaid with transparent, unidentified energy crystals.

Mingchun: "This is designed based on the emblem of the Lord Ranking, but this is the emblem of the Council, representing the lord level. Your emblem is inlaid with a transparent crystal, a kind of crystal that can absorb and accumulate energy, which means you are a level 1 lord or a temporary lord. Level 2 lords have a cyan crystal, level 3 has a green crystal, then blue and purple, and the highest level is gold and silver."

Li Zhi: "How many lords on the Eastern Qi Continent possess gold and silver insignia?"

Mingchun: "Our Shuangyue Kingdom's monarch, the Witch Spirit Clan's High Priest, the Melting Forging Clan's King, and the Dragon Clan's Dragon Mother—that's all there is to it."

Li Zhi: "Aren't the Titans and the Machines?"

Mingchun: "It's not that the lord of an S-rank race is the highest-ranking lord. A lord's status is related to his territory, and sometimes also to the lord himself. Choosing your own territory is a very smart decision. I believe your badge level will upgrade very quickly."

"You've reached the top of the lord rankings, so I believe you have a deep understanding of territory potential. The increase in lord level is actually very similar to the coefficient of territory potential. Sometimes it's not that the bigger the territory or the more subjects, the better. On the contrary, focusing on improving your own and overall strength, and balancing the quality of the territory and subjects, is much smarter than blindly expanding the land."

I still have my own things to do next spring.

After registering Li Zhi's lord attributes, they left without Li Zhi lingering in the council hall.

She couldn't wait to get back to her spaceship and open the lord's reward pack.
