The international flight to Los Angeles took off smoothly, the economy class was packed, and the noise of people was gradually replaced by the hum of the plane's engines.

Chen Mo was in a hurry this time and could only get an economy class ticket.

He sat in the middle seat, and just by sitting quietly, he became the most conspicuous presence in the entire cabin.

With his tall and straight figure, sharp and distinct profile, and deep and clean eyes, he drew the attention of the surrounding passengers as soon as he leaned against the wall. Compared to the ordinary passengers around him, his aura completely overwhelmed them.

Next to him by the window was a girl with glasses and delicate features, but her eyes kept glancing in his direction.

From the moment she sat down on the plane, she noticed this handsome guy. She stole glances at him at least five or six times, her heart pounding faster and faster, her cheeks burning slightly. After hesitating for a long time, she finally mustered up the courage to strike up a conversation.

"Hi, are you also going to Los Angeles?"

The girl's ears turned bright red as soon as she spoke, revealing a hint of shyness.

Chen Mo turned to look at her, his eyes gentle, and smiled softly: "Yes, I'm going to take care of some business. What about you?"

"My name is Zhou Jingyi. I'm going to UCLA for my master's degree. I just got accepted!"

Startled by his smile, Zhou Jingyi paused for a moment before quickly replying.

"Los Angeles has a comfortable climate; you've chosen a great place."

As soon as Chen Mo finished speaking, Zhou Jingyi wanted to continue the conversation, but the woman sitting next to Chen Mo suddenly turned her head.

"Jingjing, you're going to be living in the US from now on, so you need to make some good friends there."

The woman pointed to the row next to her.

"Look at those foreign guys over there. They're all tall, handsome, and from good families. If you're looking for a boyfriend, you should look for someone like them. Don't just talk to anyone."

Every word she spoke was like a needle pricking him. From beginning to end, she didn't even lift her eyelids to look at Chen Mo, clearly indicating that she was speaking to him.

She didn't even glance at Chen Mo once, her eyes filled with disdain.

After saying this, she slowly turned to Chen Mo, her face plastered with a fake, polite smile, but the contempt in her eyes was impossible to hide, clearly saying, "You are not good enough for my daughter, stay away."

"Young man, your auntie gets airsick and would like to sit closer to the window. Would you like to switch seats with me?"

Daughter comes to study in the United States, mother accompanies her?

STO Express, YTO Express, ZTO Express, and Yunda Express?

He had heard many similar stories, and the outcomes were never pleasant.

"Amitabha! Infinite Heavenly Venerable! Amen! May God bless you with all good things."

After Chen Mo finished speaking, he got up and switched places with her.

Women were even more disgusted.

"Neuropathy!"

Zhou Jingyi was eager to get past her mother's shoulder to see Chen Mo one more time, but her mother blocked her view with her shoulder, not letting her see him even a little bit.

Immediately afterwards, the mother lowered her voice, but deliberately made sure Chen Mo heard it clearly, and said coldly.

"Remember, don't associate with shady people, or you'll get into trouble."

Meanwhile, on the other side of the aisle, three American female exchange students, Amy, Sophia, and Lily, sat side by side and had their eyes on Chen Mo from the moment they boarded the plane.

Amy whispered to her companion.

"God, this Chinese guy is so handsome, he's absolutely gorgeous!"

Sofia's eyes lit up, and she immediately replied:

"I definitely have to get his phone number later!"

Lily raised an eyebrow and teased with a smile:

"If you guys don't go, I'll go." He'd seen far too many of these self-important snobs.

Amy said to Sophia and Lily:

"That woman was such a snob. Perfect, I'll go and slap her in the face!"

Once the plane had reached a stable flight condition, the flight attendants began distributing meals. Amy immediately stood up and went straight to Chen Mo's seat.

Instead of looking down on him, she gracefully squatted down to meet Chen Mo's gaze, and said with a smile in English:

"Hey, do you speak English? Was that your seat just now? That woman kicked you out."

Chen Mo opened his eyes, looked at Amy, and spoke fluent English with standard and natural pronunciation:

"I know a little. She wanted to change seats, I don't mind."

Amy's eyes lit up, and she leaned forward:

"Then she's really at a disadvantage! It was inconvenient for me to talk to you when you were sitting in the middle, but now that you're sitting in the aisle, I can chat with you the whole time."

After speaking, she extended her hand and introduced herself:

"My name is Amy, and I'm a student at UCLA."

"Chen Mo."

Chen Mo gently squeezed her hand.

He was thinking of finding a Western restaurant after getting off the plane, but now the Western restaurant is being delivered to his door.

Sigh, it's hard for a handsome guy to take the initiative to pick up girls; all the girls are the ones who take the initiative to pick him up!

Now, three tall, voluptuous, and hot foreign women are actively pursuing him.

Sophie and Lily also came over, and the three pretty girls surrounded Chen Mo, chattering away with sweet and bright voices, laughing very happily.

This scene was clearly witnessed by Mrs. Zhou.

She couldn't understand English, but seeing the three American girls surrounding Chen Mo, laughing and being incredibly enthusiastic, her face instantly darkened, and she felt inexplicably uncomfortable. She deliberately turned her head to look out the window.

Zhou Jingyi peeked over her mother's shoulder and saw three girls take out their phones to exchange contact information with Chen Mo. Her lips pressed into a thin line, her heart ached, and her fingers clenched the hem of her clothes tightly.

Then, Amy spoke first:

"Once we land, I'll take you to Santa Monica to watch the sunset; it's absolutely beautiful."

Chen Mo looked at her and said with a smile:

"Then we need to go early; a beautiful sunset won't wait for anyone."

Amy blinked:

I'll message you first thing tomorrow morning.

Sofia immediately interrupted, a smug look on her face:

"I'm interning in Beverly Hills, I know all the good restaurants, let me recommend some!"

Chen Mo turned to Sophia, with a hint of a joke:

"If you recommend it well, I'll treat you; if you don't, you treat me."

Sofia laughed out loud at his joke, gently nudged him, and looked at him with obvious affection.

Lily was even more direct, staring intently at Chen Mo:

"If you were single, I could be your girlfriend right now."

Chen Mo looked at her, paused for two seconds, and said seriously yet teasingly:

"Hey Lily, this question is really difficult for me. I'm a very loving person. I not only like you, but I also like Amy and Sophia."

So I can only answer this question after we've watched the sunset and had dinner together, but you're the most competitive of the three.

Upon hearing this, the three girls burst into laughter at the same time. Their laughter was clear, genuine, and completely unpretentious.

Although Mrs. Zhou couldn't understand the conversation, she could clearly hear the laughter.

This wasn't a polite, fake smile; she was genuinely amused and attracted to the man.

It's completely different from the "neither fish nor fowl" assessment she had in her mind!

Her neck stiffened instantly, her fingers gripping the handrail tightened involuntarily, and for the first time, she felt a pang of panic.

Zhou Jingyi, who was sitting next to her, spoke excellent English and listened to every word.

She just looked down and flipped through the magazine, not moving on that page for a long time, her eyes dim, her heart aching and bitter.

Just then, the silence in the back row was completely shattered.

Two American male students, Jack and Max, watched three female classmates fawning over Chen Mo, their eyes burning with envy. Jack suddenly stood up, walked up to Chen Mo, and spoke to him condescendingly, his tone filled with disdain and deep-seated discrimination:

"You guys came to America just to pick up girls, right? Can't find women back home, so you've come here to make your presence known?"

Max chimed in from the side, his face full of disdain:

"Many Chinese boys at our school have been pursuing girls for four years without getting any attention, but you come here and immediately start acting all high and mighty. It's ridiculous."

The arrogance in their eyes was written all over their faces, attracting the attention of the surrounding passengers.

Amy immediately walked up to Chen Mo and shielded him behind her.

"That's enough, you two. We're not your girlfriends. Get out of here."

Sophia and Lily also stood in front of Chen Mo.

Mrs. Zhou still couldn't understand, but she could tell that something was wrong.

Zhou Jingyi suddenly looked up, staring nervously at Chen Mo.

All eyes in the cabin were on Chen Mo, waiting to see how he would handle the situation.

Everyone thought that Chen Mo would get angry, argue, or even back down.

But Chen Mo simply leaned back in his chair slowly.

"Hey sweethearts, let me handle this, I can manage."

The three women then stepped aside.

Chen Mo looked up at Jack, but didn't say anything. He just stared at him calmly, as if time had frozen.

The silence for those two seconds was terrifying; the air was incredibly tense.

Jack stood there in the aisle, feeling increasingly uncomfortable under Chen Mo's gaze, his expression growing more and more awkward.

Two seconds later, Chen Mo finally spoke, his tone calm:

"Did you pursue any of those three women?"

Jack was stunned and didn't react at all.

"I've chased after him..."

Chen Mo's eyes were indifferent as he continued:

"Did they say yes?"

"not yet……"

"If you didn't agree, then they're not yours. What does it matter to you if I'm dating them now?"

After saying that, he put one arm around Lily and the other around Sofia.

The two girls didn't resist and stayed close to Chen Mo.

"Hey, Chen, I'm here too."

Amy was also right next to Chen Mo.

The three women's affection for Chen Mo grew even stronger; he was handsome, humorous, bold, charismatic, and manly!

He was on a completely different level from those immature little boys in school.

Jack and Max exchanged a stern look, uttered a harsh remark, and slunk back to their seats.

"Fuck! Just you wait, don't let me see you in Los Angeles!"

Chen Mo continued chatting with the three women.

The long flight ended, and the plane landed smoothly at Los Angeles Airport.

Chen Mo calmly got up and stepped off the plane.

There was already someone standing at the arrival gate.

Wearing a dark gray custom-made suit, shiny leather shoes, and standing ramrod straight, he was a ghost.

Upon seeing Chen Mo emerge, the ghost immediately stepped forward and bowed slightly.

"Boss, welcome to America! I thought I had arranged some entertainment for you; I hope you enjoy it."

A black, extended Lincoln slowly pulled up, and Ghost personally opened the car door for Chen Mo, exuding an air of grandeur.

Chen Mo lit a cigarette, took a few puffs, and then got into the car.

This scene was witnessed by Mrs. Zhou, who was pushing her luggage cart out.

She paused, as if nailed to the spot, her mouth slightly open, her eyes wide open, her face filled with disbelief, unable to utter a single word.

Remembering the words on the plane, "Don't associate with shady people," Mrs. Zhou felt a burning pain on her face, wishing she could disappear on the spot, filled with regret and embarrassment.

Zhou Jingyi, holding her hand, was also completely stunned, staring blankly at the Lincoln and Chen Mo's composed figure as he got into the car.

She slowly released her mother's hand, without anger or resentment, but with a clear understanding:

It was her mother who personally pushed her and this radiant man into two different worlds.

Amy, Sophie, and Lily followed them out, watching the departing Lincoln with wide-eyed amazement.

"My god! He's a real big shot!"

Jack and Max were the last to emerge. They stood there, staring at the direction the car had disappeared, their faces pale and silent, their previous arrogance completely gone.

The black Lincoln drove smoothly out of the airport; the interior was quiet and spacious, a completely different world from the outside.
