Incomplete martial arts techniques, as the name suggests, are martial arts techniques whose lineage is incomplete or that have no complete lineage at all.

Generally speaking, it is rare for low-level martial arts techniques to be found incomplete or fragmented forms.

After all, the only difference between most low-level martial arts techniques, besides the different ways of performing them, is the different paths of true qi circulation.

Even if there are imperfections, as long as you try more, you can naturally complete them or even improve them.

Many martial arts techniques go through this process countless times when they are first created.

With curiosity, Mu Yang scanned the martial arts catalog of the incomplete scroll.

The first name shocked Mu Yang greatly.

"The Sword That Calls the Wind and Rain?"

Mu Yang stared at the incomplete martial arts manual whose creator was ranked seventh, his face full of questions.

Judging from the description, this is a martial art that uses swordsmanship to summon wind and rain.

Inspired by the demonic blood magic of the Jiaolong clan, "Sinking Rain," and a rare bloodline demon that can summon wind magic—the Wind Howling Sparrow.

To this end, the creator of this martial art personally went undercover in the Clear Water Dragon Palace and the Ten Thousand Demon Mountain, observing the Flood Dragon Clan and the Wind Howling Sparrow Clan for ten years each.

Then......

Got nothing.

Of course, it wasn't entirely without any gains.

At the very least, he created a fourth-tier martial art with both wind and water attributes called the "Wind and Rain Dantian Construction Method".

This is a rare method of dantian construction that allows martial artists to possess dual-attribute true qi.

It does sound like it has an advantage over martial artists who rely on a single element of true qi.

However, it is extremely difficult to cultivate, and one must always maintain a balance in the total amount of dual-attribute true qi.

Once an imbalance occurs, it can result in minor injuries or even damage to the dantian (lower abdomen).

This is why all martial arts have a single attribute.

After skipping over "The Sword That Calls the Wind and Rain," Mu Yang continued reading.

The second fragment of the martial arts manual is called "Spiritual Transformation Sky-Wandering Technique".

The effect is to allow the soul to leave the body and roam freely between heaven and earth.

It sounds impressive, but seeing that it's listed under the "Incomplete Martial Arts Manual" category, you know it's clearly a failure.

It is said that the founder made countless attempts to separate his soul from his body, but not only did he fail, he also went insane and eventually died suddenly.

"This isn't some incomplete martial arts manual catalog; it's clearly 'The Complete Fantasy Manual of Neurotic Martial Artists'!"

Mu Yang scrolled down a few more lines, speechless.

You could have just created your own martial arts techniques, but this whole thing is obviously nonsense. It's just asking for trouble...

If it weren't for the truly interesting concepts behind these martial arts techniques, Mu Yang wouldn't have bothered to scroll down further.

Most of these martial arts techniques seem to have originated from rare bloodline monsters.

Mu Yang understood.

After all, rare bloodline demons are quite powerful and possess innate demon blood magic. If one could master even one of them, it would indeed have endless uses.

For example, the terms associated with him.

"The Record of the Destruction of All Laws?"

Just as Mu Yang turned to the last page, he was suddenly drawn to a name.

Destruction?

Could it be related to Yuan Yin's talk about breaking the law?

Driven by curiosity, Mu Yang continued to look.

............

[Once this manual is mastered, every move and technique can reduce all energy-driven martial arts and spells in the world to their essence.]

............

"So this really is a martial art related to the intent of breaking the law!"

Mu Yang felt a mixture of joy and worry.

The good news is that this martial art truly has something to do with breaking the law; the bad news is that it's placed among incomplete martial arts manuals, which is probably just a figment of imagination.

As expected, the following passage confirmed Mu Yang's concerns.

............

[However, to master this technique, one must first fully master all seventh-tier martial arts techniques, including fist, foot, palm, leg, sword, spear, and halberd techniques, and simultaneously master all elemental and non-elemental true qi, such as metal, wood, water, fire, earth, ice, wind, thunder, yin, and yang!]

In this way, we can find their weaknesses during wartime and defeat them in one fell swoop!

............

"Mastering all types of seventh-tier martial arts, mastering all attributes of true qi? This person must be dreaming!"

After reading the introduction, Mu Yang was stunned.

Leaving aside how talented one must be to master all types of seventh-tier martial arts, mastering all the attributes of true qi is simply impossible.

The balance of dual attributes alone is enough to stump 99% of martial artists.

The coexistence of ten attributes is no less than putting the Jade Emperor, Buddha, and Jehovah at the same table.

It's not about making them play cards; it's about making the three of them sit obediently in a row and teaching them about non-mainstream culture.

"Wait, just because others can't do it doesn't mean I can't!"

Mu Yang suddenly realized something.

He doesn't have the true qi of all ten attributes, but he does have the true qi of all ten attributes.

Once he breaks through to the seventh rank, this condition will naturally be met.

As for learning all types of seventh-tier martial arts techniques?

That's not a difficult task at all.

It's just a matter of equipping yourself.

"The only problem is, is this martial art genuine?" Mu Yang looked at the last paragraph.

............

[Note: This is a conceptual idea conceived by predecessors to grasp the meaning of breaking the law; it is merely a theory and has never been turned into reality. Do not mislead yourself!]

............

The five large exclamation marks indicate that this martial art, titled "Record of the Destruction of All Laws," was merely a conjecture of predecessors, and no one had ever truly realized it.

but.......

Mu Yang's eyes gradually hardened: "Let's give it a try, what if?"

Even without cultivating the "Record of the Destruction of All Laws", he would still gather the true energy of ten attributes and learn various types of seventh-level martial arts.

It's simply a matter of spending more time, finding more seventh-tier martial arts techniques, and killing more seventh-tier demon kings.

Even if it doesn't work out in the end, his gains will still be substantial.

"We're making money either way! Let's do it!"

With this in mind, Mu Yang decisively exchanged ten top-tier Earth-level merits for one low-tier Heaven-level merit, and also exchanged for the "Record of the Destruction of All Laws".

The exchange price for a seventh-tier martial skill is generally between 1 and 3 low-level Heavenly Merits.

If the "Record of the Destruction of All Laws" is complete, or has been verified, its price is estimated to be at least three low-grade Heavenly Merits.

Fortunately, it is now classified as a fragment of martial arts manual, so its price is only the lowest level of Heavenly Grade Low Merit.

As for why this isn't free?

If it's really free, a lot of people will definitely redeem it just to give it a try.

Failure is fine, but if I get injured in the process, then it's not worth it.

"?"

Lu Zongsong was puzzled as to why Mu Yang had exchanged for a fragment of a martial arts manual.

But being rather aloof, he didn't say much, and simply led him to exchange for martial arts techniques.

Amidst the surprised looks of the staff, Mu Yang accepted a stack of books.

The topmost book is "The Record of the Destruction of All Laws".

The book had an indescribable sense of antiquity, and it was clearly an antique that had been around for quite some time.

As Mu Yang concentrated, a watercolor panel suddenly appeared.
