The Hulk-like man launched the first attack.

He didn't use any fancy starting moves; he simply pushed his right leg back, creating a spiderweb-like crack in the asphalt road, and then he charged straight at Decade and Final Knight like a detonated cannonball.

The Imperial Knight and the Final Knight simultaneously dodged to the sides, their figures brushing past Wei Cang's shoulders from the left and right.

Wei Cang's punch missed, and he was propelled forward quite a distance by inertia.

He slammed on the brakes, his shoes leaving a deep, long, charred scratch on the asphalt, and a pungent smell of burning rubber filled the air.

He turned around, his eyes, which looked particularly deep beneath the heavy armor, locked onto Decade again, and then strode towards Decade once more.

Seeing his charging stance, Decade did not dodge. He held the Chariot Blade in front of him, the blade reflecting a cold, silvery-white arc of light in the sunlight.

He gripped the sword hilt tightly with both hands and slashed down fiercely the instant Wei Cang rushed in front of him.

The moment the sword blade collided with Wei Cang's raised, armored arm, a blinding burst of sparks erupted, and the sound of the impact bounced back and forth on the empty highway.

Imperial Knight felt a violent shock travel from the hilt of his sword to his shoulder, making his hand go numb.

He glanced down at the lingering energy glow on the sword, then at Wei Cang's unharmed arm, and said in a tone that said, "Are you kidding me?"

"Damn it—it's completely useless. This armor is several levels tougher than that stone golem from last time. Even the punches from Titan form might not be able to break through its defenses."

The final rider stood beside him and twirled the Diend Driver between his fingers.

He saw Decade stagger back several steps from the impact, and let out a soft chuckle, his tone carrying a hint of schadenfreude from someone who had been through it all:

"I already told you, he's as hard as a rock. Last time I fought him, I fired several rounds of regular bullets, but I didn't even leave a mark. In the end, I only managed to break through his outer armor with the penetrating power of my ultimate move. If your sword doesn't change form, don't waste your energy. His weakness is heavy penetrating attacks, not slashing."

Wei Cang clearly did not intend to give them any more time to communicate.

He raised his right palm, which was larger than Decade's helmet, then spread his five fingers and slammed his palm down hard on Decade's head.

The moment the wrist blade collided with the gun, a cluster of extremely fine bluish-green sparks flew up, accompanied by a sharp metallic clang.

Xiao Qing missed her attack, and the corner of her mouth curled up slightly. Then, she disappeared again along with the wrist blade, leaving only a few wisps of dissipating silver energy particles in front of Zhong Qi.

The next second she appeared beside Decade. This time she appeared in an extremely bizarre crouching position below Decade's right arm, and then pointed a strangely shaped energy pistol directly at Decade's temple.

She pulled the trigger, and a dark purple energy bullet shot out from the muzzle.

The moment her finger clicked the trigger, the Imperial Knight jerked his neck to the side, and the dark purple energy blast grazed the side of his helmet, coming within centimeters of his emerald green compound eyes.

At the very moment she disappeared, Wei Cang had already readjusted his posture. He raised both fists simultaneously, clenching his fingers into a giant hammer, and slammed it down hard on the head of the Quasi-Emperor Knight.

Just as his fist was about to land, his body suddenly froze.

A thick layer of frost began to spread upwards from the soles of his feet, and in a very short time, it firmly sealed his lower body in a large block of crystal-clear ice.

The two cards each drew a smooth arc in the air before being inserted into the belt slot and the Diend Driver's read slot, respectively.

"Final AttackRide! De-De-De-Decade!"

A magenta energy halo exploded from the bottom of the Imperial Knight's boots. He slightly bent his knees and leaped into the air. Ten magenta energy card walls appeared one after another in the void in front of him.

"Final AttackRide! Di-Di-Di-Diend!"

The final rider raised the Diend Driver to his chest, aiming the gun at the man in the air, and blue-green energy particles began to gather at the gun barrel.

Ten knight card light arrays, each composed of countless cards arranged in a ring, unfolded in front of him, forming a straight energy channel.

Wei Cang stared at the fireball hurtling toward him at high speed, his expression unchanged.

He clasped his arms together, creating a semi-transparent energy barrier in front of him.

It was a thick shield formed by the compression of multiple layers of energy barriers, with pale blue energy patterns flowing across its surface.

The phoenix crashed into the barrier, and orange-red flames splattered like liquid along the barrier's surface. The point of impact exploded into a blinding burst of light, and the heatwave scorched all the weeds on both sides of the road, turning them curled and charred.

After the flames subsided, Wei Cang slowly lowered his arms. The energy barrier in front of him was intact, without even a crack.

He stood behind the barrier, calmly watching Lin Xingran through the still faintly glowing energy membrane.

Lin Xingran's mouth gaped open, her jaw almost dropping to the ground, and she said in a tone of complete disbelief:

"No way? That was my strongest single-target fire attack—and he didn't even flinch! Is this guy made of iron?! No, even iron should be red-hot by now! This guy is harder than iron!"

Just then, a soft female voice sounded in her ear, carrying a hint of teasing and nonchalant disdain:

"What's wrong? Did you scare the little girl? Your fire phoenix was quite pretty—but it was useless. Wei Cang's energy barrier can even block the cannon fire from your school's arena, so your little flame is just a warming sensation for him."

Lin Xingran suddenly turned her head to the side, and Xiao Qing was standing very close to her right.

The water was a high-density stream condensed by Lin Yumin using her awakened abilities; its impact was enough to overturn more than a dozen armored vehicles.

Xiao Qing was preparing for her next teleportation when she was swept away by the giant wave before she could lock onto her target.

She was thrown backwards several times by the current, and swallowed several mouthfuls of water.

Wei Cang was also pushed back several steps by the current. His weight plus the weight of his armor was close to several hundred kilograms, but it was difficult for him to even stand up in the face of this level of flood impact.

As her elder sister unleashed the flood, Lin Ying spread her fingers wide, and icy blue energy surged from her palms into the ever-expanding flood.

The Imperial Knight kicked Li Wujiu hard, and the moment his boots collided with the black energy barrier, a huge shockwave exploded, causing the clouds to disperse slightly.

Then he felt that familiar headache come back, but this time it was more intense and sharper than before, as if something was drilling out from the depths of his brain.

His fatal attack was abruptly interrupted, causing him to lose his balance and plummet straight down from mid-air, crashing onto the road and raising a cloud of dust.

The final attack from the final rider followed immediately. A thick beam of energy shot out from the Diend Driver's muzzle, passing through ten arrays of card light, and blasted towards Li Wujiu.

But Li Wujiu raised his left hand again, and another black barrier appeared out of thin air.

The energy beam struck the barrier, which absorbed the energy and, after a very short delay, bounced the beam back intact.

He barely managed to dodge the beam by performing a somersault in mid-air. The beam grazed his shoulder armor and blasted a GG sign behind him into pieces.

He landed back on the ground, then looked up at Li Wujiu, who remained expressionless in mid-air, and said in a tone that was a mixture of displeasure and wariness:

"He didn't use this move last time. Last time he only used mental power to interfere, and the barrier was held up by Wei Cang. Now he can maintain both mental attack and defensive barrier at the same time—these guys have strengthened it after fighting me."

Just as he finished speaking, a fine crack suddenly appeared on the surface of the thick ice layer that enveloped Wei Cang and Xiao Qing.

The cracks spread rapidly from the center of the ice layer outwards, and then the entire ice layer exploded, sending countless ice crystal fragments flying through the air and refracting a dense array of rainbow-colored spots in the sunlight.

Wei Cang pulled Xiao Qing to slowly stand up from the ice. He was emanating cold air, but his movements remained steady and powerful.

He looked up at Li Wujiu in mid-air, then looked down at the three Lin sisters on both sides of the road who were readjusting their formation, and then let out a low groan.

Just then, a familiar electronic synthesized sound effect came from afar.

The sound came from the direction at the end of the road, piercing through the wind and clearly reaching the ears of everyone present.

Decade and Finale both turned to look in the direction from which the sound came, their emerald green compound eyes and Finale's blue-green compound eyes locked onto the same direction.

At the end of the road, a tall, slender figure stood backlit by the setting sun.

His magenta armor reflected a warm yet chilling light in the afterglow of the setting sun, and the large white cross on his chest was exactly the same as that of the Decade Knight.

"W, OOO, Fourze, Wizard, Gaim, Drive, Ghost, Ex-Aid, Build, Zi-O, Zero-One! Final Kamen Ride! Decade! Complete 21!"
