Wu Sui was dumbfounded.

This old bastard led me for over two hours, risking crossing the boundary, just to see the scenery?

"Ah Sui? What's wrong?" Wu Gang asked again when he saw that Wu Sui hadn't moved for a while.

"Should I log off or not? I'm getting really creeped out of here."

Wu Sui snapped out of his daze and turned off the radar.

He scratched his hair in frustration and waved to the crowd.

"Don't cast the net yet, stop the boat and rest for a while."

The crowd exchanged bewildered glances, wondering what Wu Sui was up to.

But since the boss had spoken, everyone had no choice but to comply.

Chen Yang and the others stood guard around the deck, keeping an eye on the sea.

"That scared me to death! I thought we were really going to have a fight with the patrol boat."

Wu Sui ignored the murmurs of the crowd, walked to the side of the boat, and looked down at the hawksbill turtle on the water.

The hawksbill turtle was also looking up, its tiny, bean-sized eyes quietly watching him.

Wu Suiqi laughed.

He pointed at the hawksbill turtle and half-jokingly probed.

"Old buddy, you've lured me all this way here, you're not here to find fish, you're looking for something else, are you?"

The voice just fell.

The large hawksbill turtle on the water seemed to understand, and nodded heavily.

It kicked off with its hind legs, splashing a white spray of water onto the surface.

Wu Sui leaned over the gunwale, watching the direction where the hawksbill turtle had disappeared, and his heart skipped a beat.

What could be so captivating underwater that a sea turtle could be so persistent?

He immediately activated the system in his mind.

The complex underwater terrain gradually appeared on the screen, a continuous and undulating group of reefs with a complex topography.

The blue specks representing hawksbill turtles are rapidly weaving through the gaps in the reefs.

Wu Sui stared at the screen, not daring to blink.

suddenly!

A point of light appeared in a crack deep within the reefs.

The point of light was tiny, only the size of a pinhead, but the light it emitted was dazzling.

gold!

Wu Sui's breath caught in his throat, and his mind went blank.

What made his heart race even faster was that the blue and gold lights completely overlapped and began to rise rapidly towards the sea!

Could it really be what he's thinking?

This old turtle has become a spirit!

It came all this way to lead the way, not to find fish at all, but to retrieve this golden treasure from the seabed to repay a debt of gratitude.

Wu Sui turned off the radar, turned around, and put on a stern face.

The boat was crowded with people, and although they were all relatives and brothers, the golden light represented something too shocking and unconventional.

Money can be tempting, and the worst thing you can do when you're making a living at sea is to be greedy for money.

Once this is exposed, there's no guarantee that some unexpected trouble won't arise.

We must get them away!

"Dazhu, Xiaoyang, Yongqiang!" Wu Sui raised his voice and shouted at the people on the deck.

Chen Yang was leaning over the gunwale, staring at the sea, when he heard the sound and quickly turned around.

"What's wrong, brother-in-law? Going offline?"

"No." Wu Sui pointed to the sea, his face serious. "The currents down there are weird. Let's find another place."

Chen Yang scratched his head, his face full of disappointment.

"Huh? Then why did we run all this way? Isn't this old bastard playing us for a fool?"

Wu Sui ignored him and pointed to the aft deck to give instructions.

"You three go to the back and tidy up the trawl nets. I'll take another look."

"If that doesn't work, we'll head back to the net."

Upon hearing this, Chen Yang's face turned green.

"Brother-in-law, the internet's already down, are you going to fix it now?"

Wang Dazhu walked up from behind and slapped Chen Yang on the back of the head.

"Why are you arguing so much when I'm just asking you to do the work? Brother Sui must have his reasons for asking you to tidy up. What if we encounter a large school of fish and the net gets tangled?"

Chen Yang covered his head, looking aggrieved, and followed Wang Dazhu and Chen Yongqiang toward the aft deck.

Wu Sui turned to look at Wu Gang, who was standing to the side.

"Big brother, go to the driver's seat and help Brother Lei."

Wu Sui lowered his voice, his tone revealing nervousness.

"This place is too close to the border. You keep an eye on the radar on the ship and watch out for the patrol boats on the other side. Don't let them sneak over before we know it!"

Wu Gang was already wary of crossing the boundary, so upon hearing this, he immediately nodded.

"Yes, yes, this matter cannot be taken lightly. I'll go keep an eye on it right away, and I'll call you immediately if there's any movement."

Wu Sui was the only one left at the bow of the boat.

He turned around and leaned back against the ship's side, his palms sweaty.

The waiting time felt incredibly long.

The roar of the fishing boat's engine echoed in his ears, and the sea breeze blew on his face, making Wu Sui feel hot all over.

One minute.

Two minutes.

"Splash!"

The water surface suddenly broke open, and the hawksbill turtle surfaced, paddling with its two front claws, and swam straight to Wu Sui's side.

Wu Sui looked closely and her heart almost jumped out of her throat.

There was a bright yellow object in the hawksbill turtle's mouth.

Wu Sui reacted quickly, grabbing the object and prying it out of the hawksbill turtle's mouth.

It's extremely heavy!

He didn't dare to look closely and quickly stuffed the item into his pocket.

The movements were executed in one smooth motion, without anyone noticing.

After doing all this, Wu Sui let out a long breath and reached out to touch the hawksbill turtle's smooth head.

"Thanks, old buddy. From now on, you can call me Dazhuang."

Wu Sui waved to Da Zhuang.

"Let's get going, don't linger in this area."

"If you ever encounter danger, go to the nearby waters and find my boat. I'll protect you."

Da Zhuang blinked his beady eyes, seemingly understanding Wu Sui's words, then turned and plunged into the deep sea, disappearing completely.

Wu Sui put his hands in his pockets, gripping the heavy object, and forced down his wildly beating heart before turning and quickly walking into the driver's seat.

In the driver's cab, Wu Lei stared at the instruments in front of him, while Wu Gang stood beside him, nervously rubbing his hands.

"Ah Sui, what do you say?" Wu Lei wiped the sweat from his forehead.

"Are there any fish down there? If not, let's get out of here. My eyelids keep twitching; I have a feeling something bad is going to happen."

Wu Sui walked to the control panel and his gaze fell on the nautical chart.

He quickly located the coordinates of his current position and memorized them.

If Dazhuang can bring one up, who can guarantee there aren't any others?

When I have the chance in the future, I'll prepare my diving equipment and definitely come back to explore again.

After noting down the coordinates, Wu Sui straightened up and patted Wu Lei on the shoulder.

"The currents are too turbulent down there, we can't set up a net. Lei, turn around, let's head back."

Wu Lei breathed a sigh of relief, feeling as if he had been granted a pardon.

"Alright, we should have left long ago!"

The fishing boat traced an arc on the sea surface, its engines at full power, speeding towards its own waters against the waves.

It was a full half hour after we left the dividing line before the tense atmosphere in the driver's cab finally dissipated.

Wu Gang let out a long sigh of relief, plopped down in a chair, took out his cigarette case, and lit one.

"Ah Sui, let's avoid doing these kinds of risky things in the future."

"If it gets seized, this ship will be completely wasted."
